Men's Graphic T-Shirts from Bangladesh for USA Retail and Merch Buyers

Our graphic t-shirts are made to order in our Bangladesh factory - a regular-fit crew neck in soft cotton jersey, built around one thing: a big, bold chest print that stays sharp wash after wash. Send your artwork and we print it exactly as drawn, in the colours you approved. Every order leaves as your product: your label, your size chart and your packing.

Materials: Combed cotton single jersey with a smooth, matte print face, in heather grey, burgundy and your own range colours; mid-weight as standard, other weights on request.

Functionality: Ribbed crew collar with a taped back neck, shoulder seams taped so the shirt keeps its line, side seams that stay straight, and a print cured to hold its edge and colour through washing.

Graphic T-Shirts

Graphic T-Shirts Printed and Sewn to Order in Bangladesh

A graphic t-shirt stands or falls on its print. The shirt underneath has to fit well and wash well, but the picture on the chest is what the customer pays for. That is the shirt we make: our Bangladesh factory cuts, sews and prints graphic tees to order for retail brands and merch programs that need the same artwork, in the same colours, run after run.

Every order starts from your artwork and your tech pack. We check the artwork, print a strike-off, sew the fit sample, and then open the bulk run - so the last shirt off the line carries the same print as the first one you signed off.

  • Made to order in our own Bangladesh factory, never bought in as finished stock
  • Your artwork printed as drawn - no redraws, no substituted colours
  • Printed strike-off and fit sample approved by you before bulk starts
  • Your label, your size chart and your packing from the first carton

A Chest Print That Carries the Whole Shirt

The standard build is a large chest print sitting clear of the seams, in flat spot colours that hold a hard edge. Solid areas stay solid, fine lines stay open, and the print cures matte, flexing with the cloth instead of cracking across it.

Placement is set on the sample and locked for the run. Print centre, neck distance and width are measured on the approved sample and rechecked on the first bulk pieces - scaled or fixed in size exactly as your tech pack asks.

  • Large chest prints placed and measured against the approved sample
  • Flat spot colours with sharp edges and a matte, flexible finish
  • Back prints, sleeve prints and neck prints from the same artwork file
  • Print position checked on the first bulk pieces, not just the sample

Screen Print, Plastisol, Water-Based and DTG - The Right Method for Your Artwork

Four methods cover almost every graphic a buyer sends us, and each suits a different kind of artwork. Screen printing is the workhorse for bold chest graphics: one screen per colour, ink through mesh, cured hard. It gives the strongest colour and the lowest cost per shirt on a real production run.

Plastisol ink sits on top of the cloth, so it stays bright on dark garments where other inks sink and dull - the standard choice on burgundy or charcoal. Water-based ink soaks into the fibres instead, leaves almost no feel on the hand, and suits the soft, slightly vintage finish many fashion graphics are drawn for. DTG sprays the artwork straight from the file, handles photographs and many-colour designs, and suits short runs and test drops.

  • Screen print for bold spot-colour graphics on production runs
  • Plastisol for bright, opaque prints on dark garment colours
  • Water-based ink for a soft, no-feel finish on light colours
  • DTG for photo artwork, many-colour designs and short test runs

All-Over Prints and Panel Prints from the Same Line

When the artwork runs past the chest, we print the panels before the shirt is sewn. Cut pieces go to the print table flat, the design is printed edge to edge at true size, and the panels move to the sewing line. That is how an all-over print keeps its scale - a distorted print is what comes from forcing a finished shirt onto a small platen.

All-over work needs the artwork at full size, pattern pieces in mind. We tell you plainly at checking if a design cannot repeat or align as drawn - better fixed on screen than found on a sewn shirt.

Cotton Jersey That Holds the Print and Its Shape

The base cloth is combed cotton single jersey, knitted smooth because a print is only as clean as the surface under it. Loose fibres break up fine lines, so the jersey is compact-spun, singed for a flat print bed, and pre-shrunk. The standard weight sits in the middle - heavy enough to hang properly and carry a solid print, light enough to sell as an everyday tee.

Heather grey and burgundy are standing range colours; any other shade is dyed to your swatch and held across repeats. Print colours are matched on the strike-off before bulk printing starts.

  • Smooth, compact single jersey knitted for a clean print surface
  • Pre-shrunk cloth - the approved size is the washed size
  • Colour dyed to your swatch and held across the full order
  • Print colours matched on the strike-off before bulk printing

Sizes S to 3XL Graded to Your Own Chart

We grade to your chart, not to a house standard. Send your measurements and the pattern is cut to them, with the print sized as you specify - one fixed size across the run, or scaled grade by grade so a small and a 3XL carry the same proportions.

Your Brand at the Neck, Your Packing in the Carton

The shirt carries your woven label at the back neck, your size marks and your care wording. Hang tags, stickers and barcodes follow your packing list, each shirt folded and bagged as your warehouse expects. A customer who buys it twice, a season apart, should not be able to tell the two runs apart.

Tech Pack, Print Sample, Bulk Run - How a Graphic Tee Order Moves

Send the artwork, the garment colour and the size chart. We check the file, flag anything that will not print as drawn, and return a printed strike-off on the real cloth. With your approval we sew and print the fit sample; with that approved, bulk cutting and printing open. Finished shirts are checked print by print and cartons packed to your list. Quantities are agreed per style in plain discussion with our team, honestly, rather than quoted from a fixed table.

Markets We Ship Graphic T-Shirts To

USA: Graphic Tees for Retail Chains and Merch Programs

USA buyers order bold chest graphics for retail ranges and event merch. We print to the approved strike-off and ship graded runs to 3XL.

UK: Printed Tees for Own-Label and Online Brands

UK own-label brands lean on water-based prints with a soft hand. We match that finish and hold the artwork unchanged across repeats.

Germany: Graphic Shirts Built for Repeat Catalogue Programs

German catalogue buyers want the same graphic, identical, season after season. Screens and colour references stay on file, so reprints match.

Canada: Seasonal Graphics for Short Selling Windows

Canadian buyers often print for one season or event window. Strike-offs move first, approvals turn around fast, and DTG covers test quantities.

France: Fashion Graphics with a Soft, Worn-In Finish

French fashion buyers ask for prints that feel like part of the cloth. Water-based inks on combed cotton give that worn-in hand.

UAE: Bright Prints That Hold Colour in Hard Sun

UAE retail and promo buyers need prints that stay bright in strong light and heat. Plastisol colours are cured for wash and light fastness.

Questions USA Buyers Ask Before Ordering Graphic T-Shirts

What is the minimum order quantity for graphic t-shirts?

It depends on the artwork and the print method - screen print and DTG are different work. Quantities are agreed per style with our team before sampling.

Can we send our own artwork, and who checks it?

Yes - your artwork starts the order. Our print team checks it for size, colour count and detail that would close up on cloth, and flags problems before the strike-off.

Which print method suits a large chest print?

For a bold chest graphic in a few spot colours, screen printing gives the sharpest edge and best run cost. On dark garments plastisol keeps colours bright; on light garments water-based ink feels softer.

Can you print all-over designs as well as chest prints?

Yes. All-over designs are printed on the cut panels before sewing, keeping the artwork full size and in position. Send it at full scale and we confirm the fit on each piece.

Do you deliver graphic t-shirt orders to the USA?

Yes - the USA is our lead market for graphic tees. Orders ship packed to your list, labels and barcodes on, graded across your sizes.
