Crew and V-Neck Jumpers Knitted in Bangladesh for USA Sweater Programs
Our knitted jumpers are made to order in our Bangladesh factory - a true pullover with no front opening, knitted panel by panel and linked loop to loop, with a neck band that sits flat and a body that comes back after washing. Knitwear buyers order it because the stitch is clean and even, the shoulders are shaped on the machine rather than cut and sewn, and the same style returns under your label season after season.
Materials: Cotton, cotton-acrylic and acrylic yarns, plain or anti-pill, knitted in fine 12-gauge, mid-weight 7-gauge and chunky 5-gauge, each with a visible stitch structure and a matte surface.
Functionality: Crew, V and round necklines, set-in, raglan or saddle shoulders, fully-fashioned shaping at the armhole, and ribbed cuffs and a ribbed hem knitted with recovery.
Size: Ladies sizes XS to 3XL and mens S to XXXL, graded to your chart, with body and sleeve length held in proportion at every size.
Customization: Your woven neck label and tags, your yarn colours, chest embroidery or a woven badge where the style calls for it, and folded retail packing to your format.

Knitted Jumpers Made to Order in Bangladesh
A jumper is judged by its stitch. The buyer turns the shoulder to the light to read the fashioning marks, runs a thumb down the side seam to feel the linking, stretches the cuff and watches it come back, and holds the body up to see if it hangs straight. All of that is settled at the knitting machine and the linking table, not at final inspection. Our factory in Dhaka has made garments since 1987, and knitwear buyers return to this style because bulk production holds the hand, the fit and the finish of the approved sample, order after order.
Every order is made to order: your specification or ours worked to your size chart, your yarn colours and neckline, your label, produced as one controlled run in our own plant.
Cotton and Acrylic Jumpers Knitted from 12-Gauge Fine to 5-Gauge Chunky
The yarn decides the season the jumper sells in. Cotton carries the spring and school styles. Acrylic, plain or anti-pill, carries the winter volume, warm and light. Cotton-acrylic blends sit between the two, with cotton softness at the face and acrylic holding the shape behind it. Fine 12-gauge knits a smooth, close stitch for dressier styles, 7-gauge carries the core of most ranges, and chunky 5-gauge shows a bold stitch for winter. Plain stocking stitch, rib, cable and jacquard structures are all knitted on the same machines, and every yarn is checked for shade and hand before it is loaded, with any off-shade cone set aside rather than knitted into a garment.
Crew Necks, V-Necks and Fully-Fashioned Shoulder Shaping
The make is set by your specification. Necklines run as a crew, a V deep enough to take a shirt collar and tie, or a round neck, each band linked on stitch by stitch so the join sits smooth and does not ridge. Panels are fully fashioned - shaped on the machine, not cut - so the armhole carries proper fashioning marks and there are no cut edges inside the garment to thicken a seam. Shoulders are set in, raglan or saddle, side seams are linked so the body hangs straight, and cuffs and hems are ribbed with recovery yarn worked in, so they grip without bagging.
A Pullover Body That Keeps Its Shape Through the Wash
Our jumper block is cut for real wear: room through the body to go over a shirt, a sleeve that follows the arm without pulling at the shoulder, and a length that covers the waistband without riding up. Knit panels grow if they are handled warm off the machine, so every panel is rested, then measured against the pattern before linking, and the finished jumper is steamed to size and measured flat - chest, body length, sleeve length and hem - against the approved sample. The fit that is approved is the fit that ships, size for size.
Jumper Sizes XS to 3XL Graded for the UK Retail Market
The ladies run covers sizes XS to 3XL and the mens run S to XXXL, graded with the ease, body length and sleeve length held in proportion, so a 3XL keeps the medium's line instead of simply widening. British buyers run two programs side by side: school V-necks that sit over a shirt and blazer and survive a term of weekly washing, and retail crew necks graded to a high-street chart. Their sets carry a slightly longer body as standard, and any buyer's own chart can be followed the same way. A full size set is measured before bulk knitting starts, and production does not begin until the set passes.
Your Woven Neck Label, Hang Tags and Folded Retail Packing
The jumper leaves our floor as your product. Your woven label sits at the back neck, the size and care wording follows your artwork, and your hang tags, price tickets and barcode stickers go on at packing. A chest embroidery or a woven badge is stitched in-house from your artwork where your program calls for one, colours can be mixed inside one order, and nothing on the garment or in the carton names us.
How a Jumper Order Runs - From Shade Approval to Sealed Cartons
An order starts with your specification: yarn, gauge, stitch, colour, neckline and shoulder style, size chart, label artwork and packing. We send shade cards and stitch swatches in your yarn, knit the sample and send it for approval; comments come back, the sample is corrected, and only the approved sample releases bulk knitting. The run is checked at knitting, linking and finishing, with a final inspection against the approved sample before cartons are sealed. Programs start from 3,000 pieces per order, with colours and styles combined from 800 pieces each, so a crew neck, a V-neck and a school style can be built inside a single run.

Questions USA Buyers Ask Before Ordering Jumpers
Can the same jumper style run in cotton and in acrylic?
Yes. The same block and gauge can be knitted in cotton for a spring program and in anti-pill acrylic for winter, so the style keeps its fit and its look across both seasons. Each yarn version is sampled and approved separately before bulk.
Can we add a chest embroidery or a woven badge to the jumpers?
Yes. Chest embroidery and woven badges are stitched in-house from your artwork, with thread colours matched before sampling. School and club programs usually run the badge; retail programs run a small chest mark or none at all.
Can ladies, mens and school jumpers run inside one order?
Yes. The three blocks are graded separately, and each style counts from 800 pieces per colour inside the order total, so a buyer can build a ladies crew, a mens V-neck and a school jumper in one shipment.
What is the minimum order quantity for jumpers?
Programs start from 3,000 pieces per order. Inside that total, colours and styles combine from 800 pieces each, so core colours, a chunky style and a school V-neck can run together in one order.
Do you deliver jumper orders to the USA?
Yes. The USA is one of the main markets for this style, and every order ships with full export documentation, through your nominated forwarder or freight arranged by us. The other markets we serve are covered in the markets section above.
How are the jumpers packed for retail sale?
Every jumper is steamed, checked one by one and folded or flat packed to your format, with your tags and tickets on. Cartons are marked to your specification, packed the way your warehouse or stores need them.
