Classic V-Neck Medical Scrub Sets from Bangladesh for USA Hospital Teams
Our medical scrubs are the classic two-piece set, made to order in our Bangladesh factory: a V-neck top and a drawstring trouser cut from the same cloth run, so every set matches on the rail, in the wash and on the ward. The set is sold, packed and reordered as a pair.
Materials: Poly-cotton twill with a visible diagonal weave and a dry matte face, dyed to one approved standard across tops and trousers, in a firm scrub weight that holds colour through hot washing.
Functionality: A pull-on V-neck with a stitched band, two patch pockets and a chest pocket, side vents at the hem; trousers on a drawstring waist with an elastic back, a straight leg and an optional cargo pocket.
Size: Unisex sets from XXS to 5XL, tops and trousers graded together so the pair keeps its proportions at every size, with two leg lengths.
Customization: Embroidered names and logos on the chest, your woven label at the neck, and sets packed in your size ratios by department or site.

The Classic Medical Scrub Set, Made to Order in Bangladesh
Ask a ward manager what a uniform problem looks like and it is rarely a torn seam. It is a top from one delivery worn with a trouser from another, two shades of one colour on the same shift. The classic scrub set avoids that by treating the pair as the product: one top pattern, one trouser block, one cloth, one colour standard. Siatex Bangladesh has sewn garments in Dhaka since 1987, and our medical scrub program is built around that set.
Every order is made to order: your cloth setting, your colours, your embroidery, your label and your packing, produced as one controlled run in our own plant.
Top and Trouser Cut from One Cloth Run, So Every Set Leaves as a Pair
The set cloth is a poly-cotton twill, the blend hospital laundries ask for. The polyester in the weave holds the colour through repeated hot washing, resists creasing and dries quickly for the daily turnaround; the cotton keeps a twelve hour shift bearable. The face is a dry matte twill with a visible diagonal rib.
Tops and trousers are cut from the same cloth run and shade-checked side by side before sewing, and each finished set is paired and checked as a set at final audit. Replacements are dyed to the approved standard held on file, so a set bought this year sits comfortably beside one bought last year.
The V-Neck Top: Pull-On Neckline, Three Pockets and Vents That Let It Move
The top pulls on with no fasteners to catch, loosen or fail in the wash. The V-neck band is stitched flat so it sits clean against the chest, short set-in sleeves give a full reach, and two lower patch pockets take the everyday carry. A chest pocket holds the badge clip, and every pocket mouth is bar tacked where hands pull at it.
Side vents at the hem let the top move when the wearer bends, lifts and turns, and a straight, cleanly finished hem keeps the line tidy worn loose or tucked. Nothing on the top is decorative: every stitch line earns its place.
Drawstring Trousers with an Elastic Back and a Leg That Works the Whole Shift
The trouser sits on a drawstring waist with an elastic back, so one size settles comfortably across a shift of sitting, standing and walking, with no belt or button digging in. The leg is straight, finished with a clean hem, and the seat and inner leg seams are reinforced where trousers actually wear.
A cargo pocket can be added to one leg on request, and trousers come in two leg lengths per waist size, so tall and shorter staff wear the same set without turned-up hems.
Scrub Set Sizes from XXS to 5XL Graded for the UK Hospital Market
Sets grade unisex from XXS to 5XL, and the two pieces grade together: as the chest grows, the top length, the trouser waist and the rise grow, so the largest sizes keep a proper shoulder and the smallest keep a grown-up cut. British hospital and care buyers asked for a slightly longer top body across the middle sizes; that setting sits in the block under the buyer's name.
Send your size chart and we produce to it instead. The chart is locked into the production file and checked at final audit, so a size L next season measures the same as this season's.
Chest Embroidery, Woven Neck Labels and Sets Packed Ready to Issue
A name read across a ward does real work, and ours is embroidered to be read. Names and logos sit on the chest, stitched with the density and backing set for the cloth so the fabric stays flat around the letters. We sew a sample with your actual artwork on the real cloth before bulk, so you approve the lettering as it will truly look.
Department colours are set at the cutting table, one colour per team, each set paired in that colour. Your woven label sits at the neck, and finished sets are packed in your size ratios, split by department or site, ready for the uniform room to issue.
Ordering Medical Scrubs: Size Census, Sample Set, Then Bulk Cutting
Send your specification - cloth setting, colours, size chart, embroidery artwork and packing - with a size census from your staff list, and we return a costed quotation. A pre-production sample set follows in your lead colour: put it on your team, run it through your laundry, work a shift in it. Only on your written approval do we cut bulk, with inline checks on measurements, pairing and colour as the run proceeds, and a final audit before cartons close.
Orders start from 3,000 pieces in total per order, tops and trousers combined; within that total, each colour and style runs from 800 pieces. Your approved sample, chart and colour standard stay on file, so the next order starts as a reorder.

Questions USA Buyers Ask Before Ordering Medical Scrubs
Will the top and trouser still match after a year of hot washing?
Yes. The pair is cut from one cloth run and dyed to the standard held on your file, and the blend is chosen because it holds colour through repeated hot washing; replacements are dyed back to that standard.
Can we order more tops than trousers in the same run?
Yes. Many programs run extra tops against each trouser for the laundry rotation. Set your ratio per size when you order and we cut, pair and pack to it, with the balance made up in tops.
Can each finished set be labelled with the wearer's name?
Yes. Send the staff list with sizes and departments, and sets can be bagged and labelled per wearer, or packed by department in size runs if your uniform room prefers to issue them.
How many pieces does a first order of scrub sets take?
Orders start from 3,000 pieces in total, tops and trousers combined; within that total, each colour and style runs from 800 pieces, so a two-colour program fits comfortably inside one order.
How long from sample approval to finished sets ready to ship?
That depends on the size of the run and the number of colours, and your quotation carries the production schedule before you commit. Bulk cutting starts only on your written approval of the sample.
If your teams are due new scrub sets, send us your specification, size census and artwork. We will reply with a quotation, cloth options and a sample timeline.
