Cotton Woven Jackets in Poplin, Twill and Canvas from Bangladesh for USA Outerwear Buyers

Our woven jacket program is made to order in our Bangladesh factory - the whole woven outerwear range in one place: light poplin shells, mid weight twill jackets and firm canvas styles, sourced together on shared blocks, one size file and one branding standard, so an outerwear buyer builds a full department with a single factory instead of three.

Materials: Cotton poplin, cotton twill and cotton canvas in jacket weights from light shells to heavy duck, all matte with the weave clear to the eye, dyed to your colour standard cloth by cloth.

Functionality: Button, zip and snap fronts, shirt and stand collars, chest and lower pockets set per style, unlined, mesh lined and quilted settings, each style sewn to its approved sample.

Size: Men's and ladies sizes S to 4XL on the program's own grading, or sewn to your size chart, with fit held across every cloth in the range.

Customization: Your woven label, branded buttons and snaps, chest embroidery, patches, hang tags and packing format carried across the whole range.

Woven Jackets

Three Woven Cloths, One Jacket Program Built Around Your Range

An outerwear buyer rarely buys one woven jacket. The department needs a light shell for spring, a mid weight twill for the main season and a firm canvas style that leans toward work. Bought from three factories, those jackets arrive on three size charts, in three readings of the same colour, with three label formats. Our woven jacket program keeps the whole range in one Dhaka factory, where Siatex Bangladesh has sewn garments since 1987: all cut on shared blocks, labelled from one file, packed to one standard.

Every order is made to order - your styles, cloths, colours and branding, each style held to its approved sample.

Woven Jacket Cloths From Lightweight Poplin to Heavy Cotton Duck

Three woven cloth families carry the range. Cotton poplin is the light one: a fine plain weave with a smooth, dry hand, sewn as unlined shells for the warm end of the season. Cotton twill sits in the middle: the diagonal weave gives body and a clean face that suits field jackets, trucker cuts and casual styles. Cotton canvas, up to heavy duck, is the firm end: a dense plain weave that holds pocket stitching and carries the work-leaning styles.

Each style takes its cloth at sampling, with finishes set per cloth - a garment wash to soften a canvas, a peached hand on a twill, a crisp unwashed poplin shell. Colours are dyed to your standard, lab dip by lab dip, cloth by cloth, because the same dye sits differently on poplin than on duck; approving each cloth separately keeps shades matching on the rail. Working shades run through khaki, stone, olive, grey and burgundy.

Shell, Lining and Trim Choices Set for Each Woven Style

Fronts close with buttons, a full zip or snaps, set per style; collars run from a classic shirt collar to a stand collar and a soft blouson neck. Pockets follow the style: flap chest pockets and lower patch pockets on the field and utility cuts, welt pockets on the smarter casuals, an inside pocket across the range. Cuffs adjust with a button tab; hems sit straight.

Linings are a per-style choice, not a program default: unlined for warm weather shells, mesh for a light clean finish, flannel check for shoulder seasons, a light quilt for cold markets. Under the styling, the sewing standard stays constant across every cloth - shoulders, armholes and pocket corners double stitched and bar tacked, buttons and snaps set to pull tests. Each style's approved sample is the standard its bulk is sewn and audited against.

Woven Jacket Sizes S to 4XL Graded for Canadian Outerwear Buyers

Because the range shares blocks, one size file covers every cloth: men's and ladies sizes S to 4XL, with every measurement growing together at each step, so a size L in the poplin shell measures like a size L in the canvas. Canadian buyers ask for extra body and sleeve length to layer over knitwear; that setting is written into their file and held under the buyer's name.

Ladies styles are graded on their own blocks, never scaled from the men's. Send your own chart instead if you have one: it is locked into the production file, checked at final audit, and kept on record for next season.

Your Brand Carried Through Every Woven Jacket in the Range

A woven range sells as one brand, so the branding file is shared across all three cloths. Your woven label sits at the neck of every style, size tabs and care labels follow one format, and your name can go onto the hardware itself - branded buttons, snaps and zip pulls. Chest embroidery and stitched patches are placed to a template, digitised for the cloth they sit on, because a badge that lies flat on poplin can pucker on duck if the stitch density is not reset.

Artwork is sampled on each real cloth before bulk. Jackets arrive folded or hung to your format, with hang tags and carton marks from the same file, so the whole woven department lands reading as one brand.

How a Woven Jacket Order Runs From Cloth Booking to Final Audit

An order opens with your range plan: styles, cloths, colours, size chart and artwork. We book the cloths, send lab dips for every cloth and colour, and return a costed quotation per style. A pre-production sample follows for each style in its main cloth and colour with branding applied - check the fit across the range, wash the samples, compare shades cloth to cloth. Only on your written approval do we cut bulk, with inline checks and a final audit before packing.

The minimum order is 3,000 pieces per order, across the whole woven range; within it, each colour and style runs from 800 pieces, so a buyer can open with one style in each cloth instead of filling the total with a single jacket. Approved samples, charts and colour standards stay on file under your name, ready for the next season.

Markets We Ship Woven Jackets To

USA: Full Woven Jacket Ranges for Outerwear Brands and Importers

American brands and importers build the whole woven department on this program - shells, twill mid weights and canvas styles on one size file, one colour standard and one branding file.

UK: Woven Field and Casual Jackets for High-Street Outerwear Buyers

British buyers take the field and casual cuts as steady seasonal lines, unlined and mesh lined for the long mild months, topped up in the same shades season after season.

Germany: Cotton Jacket Lines for Catalogue and Mail Order Houses

German catalogue houses order coordinated cotton jacket lines - cloths and colours planned together, sizes graded to their own chart, packed for central warehouse intake.

Canada: Lined Woven Jackets for Long Cold Seasons

Canadian buyers weight the range toward flannel lined and quilted settings, with longer body and sleeve grading in their file, so the jackets layer over winter knitwear.

France: Garment-Washed Woven Jackets for Lifestyle Labels

French lifestyle labels take washed twill and canvas styles with a softer first wear, closer cuts set into the blocks, and smaller runs spread across several colours.

Australia: Unlined Woven Jackets for Mild-Climate Retail

Australian chains order the light end of the range - poplin shells and unlined twill styles, sizes and colours combined into one shipment for the long warm season.

Questions USA Buyers Ask Before Ordering Woven Jackets

Can poplin, twill and canvas jackets run inside one woven program?

Yes - that is the point of the program. All three cloth families share blocks, one size file and one branding standard inside a single order.

How is the order minimum shared across the three cloths?

The total is 3,000 pieces per order across the range, with each colour and style from 800 pieces, so the split follows your department plan.

Can every cloth carry its own lining and trim?

Yes. Linings, buttons, snaps, zips and pocket layouts are set per style and per cloth at sampling, each combination approved on its own sample before bulk.

Will the jacket colours match across different woven cloths?

Yes, because each cloth is dyed and approved against your standard separately. A shade sits slightly differently on poplin than on canvas, so lab dips are signed off cloth by cloth before bulk dyeing.

Do you sample every woven style before bulk production?

Yes. Every style gets a pre-production sample in its main cloth and colour with branding applied, and bulk cutting starts only on your written approval of the full set.

Can finished woven jackets be shipped directly to the USA?

Yes. The range ships with full export documents and cartons marked to your format, through your forwarder or freight arranged by us.

If a woven jacket range belongs in your next season, send us your styles, cloths and artwork - we will reply with a quotation per style and a sample plan.
