Interlock covers the styles that want a smoother, denser face. Cotton-modal blends sit at the soft end of the range. A small share of elastane goes into waistband and leg elastic rather than the body cloth, and every cloth is matte, with the knit structure visible on the face, checked length by length before cutting.

The men's side runs a classic brief with a contoured front and a longer-leg trunk, both from the same cloth and waistband elastic, alongside the rib vest that basics departments sell as a year-round staple. The ladies side runs brief and hipster cuts, with a matching camisole sewn in the same jersey and packed with the briefs as a set. Because every style shares the cloth shelf and the size file, a buyer can put men's, ladies and set lines into one order and one shipment instead of splitting the range across factories.

Covered Elastic Waistbands, Bound Leg Openings and Flat Seams

Undergarments are judged on the skin, so the construction is kept flat and soft. Waistbands are either a woven elastic stitched down with two rows or an elastic covered in the garment's own jersey, so no bare elastic edge sits against the body. Leg openings are bound or finished with covered elastic at a tension set on the approved sample. Seams are overlocked flat, ladies briefs carry a lined gusset in the same jersey, and there are no scratchy labels inside any garment - size and care wording is printed on the inside back panel or carried on a small printed label.

The men's run covers sizes S to 3XL and the ladies run XS to 3XL, graded together on one size file so a retailer's men's and ladies charts agree at the waist and hip points where their customers compare them. Dutch basics buyers ask for a slightly longer trunk leg and a fuller ladies brief on this program, and their ranges are graded to that chart as standard; any buyer's own measurements can be followed the same way. A full size set from both runs is measured before bulk cutting - waist relaxed and stretched, hip, leg opening and vest length against the approved samples.
