Our sleep tee block is not a day t-shirt made bigger. The body is cut longer than a standard tee, falling past the hip so it covers properly worn with shorts or on its own, and the ease is placed through the chest and waist so air moves and the cloth does not cling. Sleeves are set loose with a wider opening, the side seams are sewn flat so nothing rubs, and a short vent at each side of the hem lets the shirt move when the wearer turns. Fit samples are checked for length, neck opening and fall before approval, and the approved fit is the one cutting follows, size for size.

The details are set by your design. Necklines run crew, V and scoop, finished with self-fabric binding stitched flat so the edge does not roll or scratch. Sleeves are short for the core range and long for cold-season styles, each finished with a soft twin-needle hem. Prints are a large part of this style: a placed chest print, a small pocket-position motif, or an all-over pattern across the body, each printed to your artwork, strike-off approved before bulk. Plain dyed versions in your colour palette run in the same order.
