Our flame resistant coveralls are made to order in our Bangladesh factory - a one-piece suit sewn from flame-retardant treated cotton twill, closed with a concealed snap front, and built for the crews who weld, grind, pour and maintain around heat and flame risk. Industrial buyers order it in their own colours, sizes and tape layouts, under their own label.
Materials: Flame-retardant treated cotton twill with a visible diagonal weave and a dry matte face, in orange, khaki, stone grey and red; blended FR cloth settings for programs that run lighter.
Functionality: Concealed press-stud front under a cloth flap, action back pleats, elastic side waist, two chest pockets with flaps, swing pockets, back pockets and a leg rule pocket, bar tacks at every strain point.
Size: Chest 36 to 58 in regular and tall lengths, torso and leg graded together to your chart.
Customization: Your woven label, embroidered chest or back logo, and reflective tape sewn at chest, arms and legs to the layout your program specifies.

Flame Resistant Coveralls
Flame Resistant Coveralls Sewn to Order in Bangladesh
Some crews work where a stray spark, a flash or a hot surface is part of the day: welders, foundry hands, refinery fitters, chemical plant maintenance teams. Their one-piece suit has two jobs: cover the whole body like a good work coverall, and be sewn from cloth treated to resist flame, while still fitting and washing like ordinary workwear. This suit is built for that brief in our Dhaka factory, sewing workwear since 1987, as one controlled run so cloth, shade and stitching come back the same on every order.
Every order is made to order: your cloth, colours, size chart, pocket and tape layout, and your label.
Flame-Retardant Treated Cotton Twill and Blended FR Cloths
The standard cloth is a mid-weight cotton twill, flame-retardant treated at the mill. The treatment is carried through the cloth rather than coated on the face, so the suit keeps a dry, matte cotton hand with the diagonal weave showing - it looks, folds and launders like the work twill your crews already know. Blended FR settings pair cotton with a synthetic yarn for programs that run lighter, and a heavier twill covers foundry work. Colours are garment-dyed in orange, khaki, stone grey and red, every dye lot checked against the approved swatch, and the mill cloth specification kept on the order file.
Testing and Compliance Stay With the Buyer - What We State Plainly
We say this the same way on the page as on the phone: we print no certificate on this suit, and we claim no standard, no rating and no test result for it. Your program names the standard your crews work under; your own laboratory, or a testing house you appoint, tests samples and bulk lots against it, and the compliance decision rests on those results, not on a factory webpage. Our part is plain: cloth bought to the mill specification agreed at sampling, production samples sewn from the actual bulk cloth for your testing, and the sealed sample recording exactly what was approved. If a buyer needs a different cloth to meet their standard, the cloth changes at sampling - the claims never do.
Concealed Snap Front, Action Back and Bar-Tacked Strain Points
The front closes with press studs running the full body length, every stud under a cloth flap, so no metal sits exposed and the front lies flat. The back is cut with a bi-swing action fold at each shoulder: reach overhead and the sleeve pulls from the fold, not from the cuff. The waist is elasticated at the sides, holding the suit in without a belt. Two chest pockets with flaps, two front swing pockets, two back pockets and a leg rule pocket are the standard layout. A coverall fails at its junctions, so that is where the sewing is heaviest: the crotch gusseted and triple stitched, seat and underarm seams double needled, and every pocket mouth, flap end, stud base and cuff bar tacked.
FR Coverall Chest Sizes 36 to 58 Graded for the UK Contractor Market
A one-piece suit has no waistband to forgive a bad grade: chest, body length and inside leg grow together or the suit rides up at the shoulder. Our block runs chest 36 to 58 in regular and tall lengths, torso and leg graded in step. Contractor firms in the UK order this style for mobile crews, pairing each chest size with both leg lengths so tall fitters are not squeezed into regular bodies. A full size set is sewn and measured before bulk cutting, and the approved numbers stay on file.
Woven Labels, Chest Embroidery and Reflective Tape to Your Layout
The suit leaves our floor carrying your name, not ours. Your woven label sits at the neck, size and care marks follow your artwork, and a logo can be embroidered on the chest or back to your placement and thread colours. Where a program works in poor light, reflective tape is sewn at chest, arms and legs in your layout - sewn on, never glued, so it washes with the suit. Suits are packed bulk by size for depot issue, in polybags for crew handout, or as named kit sets, with cartons marked by size run.
From Treated Cloth Approval to Sealed Cartons - How an FR Order Runs
An order starts with your crew program: cloth, colours, size run, pocket and tape layout, and label artwork.
We sew the fit sample in the ordered cloth and send it for your wear trial and your own testing; comments come back, the pattern is corrected, and only the sealed sample releases bulk cutting. Production is checked at cutting, sewing and finishing against that sample, and cloth lots are tracked so the last carton matches the sample your laboratory passed. Programs start from 3,000 pieces per order, with colours and styles combined from 800 pieces each, so two colours and a second cloth setting can run inside one order.
Markets We Ship Flame Resistant Coveralls To
USA: Refinery, Chemical and Oilfield Contractor Crews
American contractor firms order this suit as the standard FR coverall across plant and field sites: one cloth specification, one size file, samples supplied for their own laboratory testing, cartons marked by site.
Canada: Oil Sands and Northern Plant Maintenance Teams
Canadian buyers take the heavier twill setting for maintenance crews through the cold seasons, tall lengths well represented and size files held for new crew intakes.
Germany: Chemical Plant and Utilities Service Programs
German service companies run the coverall inside their uniform programs: chest and tall lengths on one chart, embroidery to template, deliveries checked against the sealed sample.
UAE: Oil and Gas Facility Crews in Lightweight FR Cloth
Facility and energy firms in the Emirates choose the lighter blended cloth for hot-climate work: the same concealed-snap build in a cooler setting, packed per team for depot issue.
Australia: Mining and Minerals Processing Maintenance Crews
Australian suppliers order the khaki and orange settings for site maintenance wear: treated twill, tool pockets, and cartons marked for regional stores holding one carton per size.
UK: Rail, Power and Water Utilities Contractor Kits
British utilities contractors issue the suit to mobile teams: elastic side waist, sizes held on file for fast starter packs, tape layouts to each contract.
Questions USA Buyers Ask Before Ordering Flame Resistant Coveralls
Does the coverall come with a flame resistance certificate?
No, and we would rather say so plainly here than have you find out later. We claim no certificate, standard or test result for this suit. Buyers test production samples and bulk lots through their own laboratories against the standard their program works under, and we supply samples sewn from the actual bulk cloth for it.
Which cloths can we choose for a flame resistant program?
The standard setting is flame-retardant treated cotton twill in a mid weight, with a heavier twill for hot-plant work and blended FR settings where a program runs lighter. Cloth is fixed at sampling and held across the run.
Can the metal fastenings be kept off the face of the suit?
Yes. The standard front is a press-stud closure fully covered by a cloth flap, so no stud sits exposed on the front of the garment. Stud placement and flap width are confirmed on the sealed sample.
What is the minimum order quantity for FR coveralls?
Programs start from 3,000 pieces per order. Inside that total, colours and styles combine from 800 pieces each, so a second colour or cloth setting runs in the same order.
How are sizes graded across a full crew list?
Sizes are true chest sizes, 36 to 58, in regular and tall lengths with body and leg graded together. Send your crew's chest and height list for a mapped size run before sampling.
Do you deliver flame resistant coverall orders to the USA?
Yes - a main market for this style. Orders ship with full export documentation, through your nominated forwarder or freight arranged by us.
