Indigo Denim Trucker Jackets from Bangladesh for USA Denim Brands and Retail Programs
Our denim jacket is made to order in our Bangladesh factory - a classic trucker jacket in real indigo denim, closed with metal shank buttons and sewn with the copper-gold topstitching buyers expect from a proper denim line. It is the jacket denim brands build their core program around, in washes their customers already wear.
Materials: Cotton denim in 12 to 14 ounce weights with a clear diagonal twill and a matte, dry hand. Indigo, stonewash and light washes are developed to your wash standard and held steady across the run.
Functionality: Metal shank button front and cuffs, two chest flap pockets, side welt pockets, double-needle stitching throughout, button waist adjusters and sherpa or blanket lining options for cold season ranges.
Size: Men's sizes from XS to XXXL, graded on adult measurements with body length and sleeve length held in proportion at every size.
Customization: Your woven neck label, back patch, logo-engraved buttons and rivets, hang tags and packing to your format.

Denim Jacket
Men's Denim Jackets Made to Order in Bangladesh
A denim jacket is judged before it is ever worn. Buyers turn it over, run a thumb along the twill, work the buttons and check whether the wash sits even across the panels. Our trucker jacket is made to pass that inspection: real indigo denim with body to it, a straight classic cut, and hardware that feels like metal because it is metal. Siatex Bangladesh has manufactured garments in Dhaka since 1987, and denim runs on the same lines as the jeans our buyers reorder season after season.
Every order is made to order - your wash, your fit adjustments, your label and your packing, produced as one controlled run held to the approved wash sample from first cut to final audit.
Indigo and Stonewash Denims in 12 to 14 Ounce Twill Weights
The cloth is cotton denim woven with a clear diagonal twill, the white weft showing through the indigo warp the way real denim should. The face is matte and dry to the hand, with the twill lines easy to see at arm's length - woven cloth with weight behind it, not a printed imitation. The standard range runs from 12 to 14 ounces: 12 for a jacket that wears like a heavy shirt layer, 14 for the firm trucker hand most core programs are built on.
Washes are developed with you. The core settings are a rinse-washed mid indigo that keeps the deep yarn colour, a stonewash that softens the cloth and lifts the seams, and a light wash for summer ranges. Your approved wash panel becomes the standard for the run, and shade is checked panel by panel under the same light, so the jacket a customer picks up in the second delivery matches the first.
Metal Shank Buttons, Chest Flap Pockets and the Classic Trucker Build
The front closes with metal shank buttons on a stitched placket - they sew on firm, they do not crack, and they carry the weight of 14 ounce denim without pulling. Two chest flap pockets close with the same buttons, side welt pockets take hands and a phone, and button adjusters at the waist hem let the wearer pull the fit in.
Seams are sewn double-needle with the copper-gold topstitching thread that marks a denim garment, felled where the panels carry strain at the yoke, armhole and side. Bar tacks lock the pocket corners and the placket ends. A sherpa or blanket lining can be set into the body for cold season programs, sampled in the jacket itself so you approve the finished weight and feel, not a swatch card.
Denim Jacket Sizes XS to XXXL Graded for the German Retail Market
The block is graded on adult men's measurements from XS to XXXL, with chest, shoulder, body length and sleeve length growing together, so the large sizes keep the trucker shape instead of turning into a long coat. German retail programs order this jacket as a core own-label line that has to measure the same across a long size run and across seasons, so the graded chart is locked into the production file and checked against finished garments at final audit.
Send your own size chart and we produce to it instead. Fit changes are made at the pattern, sampled and approved by you before bulk, and your chart stays on file under your name for reorders.
Private Label Denim Jackets with Your Back Patch, Labels and Tags
Most denim jackets leave here under the buyer's own brand. Your woven label goes at the neck, and your mark can be carried on a stitched back patch in leather-look or woven finish, set below the yoke where denim customers look for it. Buttons and rivets can be engraved with your logo, and size tabs, care labels and hang tags follow your format.
Patch and engraving artwork is sampled on the real denim before bulk, because stitch density and patch backing behave differently on a firm twill than on a soft cloth. Jackets arrive folded, tagged and packed to your warehouse or retail format, ready for your stockroom or the shop floor.
Denim Jacket Orders Run from Wash Approval to Final Audit
Send your wash target, size spread and artwork and we return a costed quotation with denim weight options. Wash panels come first, then a pre-production sample in your main wash with your label, patch and buttons fitted - wear it, wash it, work every button. Only on your written approval do we cut bulk. Inline inspectors check measurements, wash shade and stitching as the run proceeds, and finished jackets pass a final audit against the approved sample and chart.
The minimum order is 3,000 pieces in total across the order, with sizes and washes combined inside that total; within it, each wash and style runs from 800 pieces, so a brand can open with indigo and stonewash in one program. Your approved wash panels, chart and artwork stay on file, so the next order is a reorder, not a fresh development.
