Our twill shirts are made to order in our Bangladesh factory - sturdy button-front shirts in cotton twill with a clear diagonal weave, cut for work crews who wear one shirt all week and for casual ranges that need a shirt with more body than poplin. The cloth starts firm, softens with washing and keeps its shape on the rail and on the wearer.

Functionality: Button-through front, point collar, two chest pockets with button flaps, back yoke, sleeve plackets with button cuffs and bar tacks at every pocket mouth.

Size: Men's sizes from S to 3XL, graded on adult measurements with chest, shoulder, sleeve and body length kept in proportion at every size.

Customization: Your woven neck label, chest embroidery, branded buttons, hang tags and packing to your format.

Twill Shirts

Twill Shirts Made to Order in Bangladesh for Uniform Suppliers and Casual Brands

A twill shirt sits in a useful place in a range. It is heavier and harder wearing than a poplin shirt, lighter than a canvas overshirt, and smart enough for a uniform program that still has to work outdoors. Workwear suppliers order it as the crew shirt their clients issue by the dozen. Casual brands order the same cloth as a washed weekend shirt. We sew both from one twill program in our Bangladesh factory, so the cloth, the colour and the fit stay the same.

Every order is made to order - your colour, your label, your pocket layout and your packing, held to the sample you approved.

Left-Hand and Right-Hand Twill Weaves in Mid-Weight Cotton

Twill is woven so the weft steps across the warp, leaving fine diagonal lines on the face of the cloth. That build packs the yarn tighter than a plain weave, so the shirt resists scuffs at the elbows and pocket mouths, holds a collar shape through a shift and comes out of the wash with fewer hard creases. The rib is plain to see - woven cotton with body, matte to the eye, nothing coated on top.

We cut this shirt in mid-weight cotton twill, with a cotton-rich setting where a program washes daily. A garment wash can be set where a casual range wants the shirt soft from the first wear. Core colours are khaki, stone, olive, burgundy and grey, dyed to your standard and held across the run.

Button Front, Point Collar and Two Chest Pockets Built for Daily Wear

The front buttons through on a sewn placket with a point collar that sits flat open or closed. Two chest pockets close with button flaps, sized for a phone, a notebook and a site pass, the left pocket carrying a pencil slot where a uniform program asks for it. The back runs from a shoulder yoke with a small pleat, so the shirt carries strain across the shoulders when a man reaches, lifts or drives.

Seams at the shoulders, armholes and sides carry twin needle rows where the pull comes, and pocket mouths, placket ends and cuff corners are bar tacked. Long sleeves carry a sleeve placket and a button cuff, so sleeves roll and stay rolled. Short sleeves finish with a neat turned hem. The hem is a proper shirttail, long enough to stay tucked through a shift and clean enough to wear out. The build is checked on the body at sample stage, not only measured flat.

A Straight Regular Fit That Layers Over a Tee and Under a Jacket

The block is a straight regular fit - room through the chest and shoulders to work in, then a clean line down to the hem. It is cut to layer both ways: over a t-shirt on a mild day and under a jacket or fleece when the weather turns.

Body length, sleeve length and pocket placement grow with the size, so the largest shirt looks like the same shirt as the smallest, only bigger. Finished shirts are measured against the approved sample before packing.

Twill Shirt Sizes S to 3XL Graded for the Canadian Workwear Market

The range runs from S to 3XL on adult men's measurements, graded from your size chart or our house chart adjusted to your market. Canadian workwear programs often ask for a longer body and a fuller cut through the middle sizes, with room to wear the shirt over a thermal layer, and we set that grade before the first sample is cut.

Every size is measured off the line against the chart and recorded on the inspection report that travels with the order. Send your own chart and we produce to it instead, so the size L that ships next season measures the same as the one your crews wear now.

Chest Embroidery, Woven Neck Labels and Branded Buttons Under Your Name

Nothing on the finished shirt names our factory. Your woven label sits in the neck, your size tabs and care labels follow your format, and buttons can carry your brand name where the quantity supports the tooling. A company mark embroidered on the chest pocket is the common uniform detail, digitised from your artwork, with stitch density set for the firm cloth at sampling.

Packing follows your format: retail fold on board with tissue and your hang tag, or plain polybag packing split by size and colour for uniform issue. Barcode and carton marking are printed to your warehouse standard.

How a Twill Shirt Order Moves From Cloth Booking to Packed Cartons

An order starts with your specification: cloth, colours, size chart, embroidery artwork, label and packing. We book the cloth, sew the sample in the actual twill and send it for fit, shade and embroidery approval. Only the approved sample releases bulk cutting.

The standard minimum is 3,000 pieces per order in total, split across colours and styles at 800 pieces per colour and style, so a buyer can run a khaki long sleeve, a stone short sleeve and an olive uniform shirt in one shipment. The run is sewn with in-line checks on collar shape, pocket placement and button sewing, and a final inspection before cartons are sealed. Your approved sample and charts stay on file, so the next order starts as a reorder.

Markets We Ship Twill Shirts To

USA: Uniform Twill Shirts for Service and Trade Crews

American uniform suppliers run this shirt as the core crew shirt for service, trade and yard programs, issued under the client's own mark with sizes held steady across every reorder.

UK: Casual Twill Shirts for High-Street Weekend Ranges

British high-street programs take the washed casual version in stone, khaki and olive, packed for fast store replenishment in each chain's own size ratios.

Germany: Own-Label Twill Shirts for Catalogue Workwear Ranges

German catalogue sellers order own-label twill shirts with strict measurement discipline and shade control, so the shirt matches the catalogue photograph season after season.

Canada: Flannel-Lined Twill Shirts for Shoulder-Season Crews

Canadian buyers order a heavier twill setting, and a flannel-lined version for spring and autumn crew work, graded with the longer body described above.

France: Washed Twill Shirts for Casual Lifestyle Collections

French lifestyle labels favour garment-washed twill in restrained earth shades, cut a touch neater through the body, with fine chest embroidery in place of prints.

Australia: Lightweight Twill Shirts for Warm-Climate Uniform Programs

Australian uniform programs choose the lightest twill setting we offer, short sleeves as the core line, in colours that hold their shade under strong sun.

Questions USA Buyers Ask Before Ordering Cotton Twill Shirts

Can long sleeves and short sleeves share one order total?

Yes. Both sleeves sit on the same body block and cloth, so a mixed order counts together toward the 3,000 piece minimum, split at 800 pieces per colour and style.

How does twill differ from poplin and canvas in a work shirt?

Twill sits between the two. Its diagonal weave gives it more body than a smooth poplin, while it stays lighter than a heavy duck canvas, so it wears as a shirt rather than an outer layer.

Will chest pocket embroidery sit flat on firm twill cloth?

Yes. Send the artwork and we sample the embroidery on the real twill, placed to a template so every shirt in the run matches the approved sample.

What is the minimum order quantity for twill shirts?

3,000 pieces per order in total. Within that total, each colour and style needs 800 pieces.

Can we order washed and unwashed finishes in one program?

Yes. A garment-washed casual version and a firm unwashed work version can run in the same order from the same cloth booking.

Do you deliver twill shirt orders to the USA?

Yes. We ship finished, packed orders to United States ports and consolidators on the usual export terms, with documents prepared for your forwarder.
