Men's Knit Underwear from Bangladesh for USA Basics Retailers and Multipack Programs
Our men's underwear is made to order in our Bangladesh factory - briefs, trunks and boxer briefs in cotton jersey and rib knits, cut from one graded block family and sewn flat, the core styles basics retailers reorder season after season. The cloth is a matte knit with real texture, the waistband is soft and holds its grip, and the same range comes back under your label in the same fit and colours.
Materials: Cotton single jersey for the core range and cotton rib knit where a closer fit is wanted, both with a small elastane content in the body, waistband and leg elastic so the fit holds through the wash.
Functionality: Classic brief, short-leg trunk and mid-thigh boxer brief cuts, a double-layer shaped front panel, soft jacquard or covered waistbands, bound leg openings and flat overlocked inside seams.
Size: Men's sizes S to 4XL, graded on adult waist measurements, with hip, seat and leg opening kept in proportion at every size.
Customization: Your woven or printed label, your name woven into the waistband elastic, your colours, and retail multipack packing on your printed pack card.

Men's Underwear
Men's Knit Underwear Made to Order in Bangladesh
Underwear is the most repeated purchase in a man's wardrobe. A buyer does not need one good style; he needs a full wall of briefs, trunks and boxer briefs that come back in the same cloth, the same fit and the same colours on every reorder. Our factory in Dhaka has made garments since 1987, and the men's knit underwear range is built as that kind of program: three core styles on one cloth standard, one size chart and one packing format, sewn as one run in our own plant.
Every order is made to order: your styles, your waistband, your label and your pack format, produced to the sample you approved.
Cotton Jersey and Rib Knits for the Men's Underwear Range
Two knits carry the range. Cotton single jersey is the volume cloth, a fine matte knit that sits soft on the skin, holds its shape through the wash and takes dye evenly, so a white pair and a burgundy pair leave the floor with the same hand. Cotton rib is the second cloth, with fine vertical ribs that stretch across the body and recover, used where a closer fit is wanted. A small elastane content runs through both cloths so the garment moves with the wearer and comes back. White and grey marl anchor most ranges, with sky, sage, stone and burgundy dyed to your swatches, and every lot is checked against the approved swatch before cutting.
Briefs, Trunks and Boxer Briefs on One Size Chart
Three styles cover the underwear wall. The brief is the classic cut, at the natural waist with a full seat. The trunk has a short square leg and a lower rise, the style younger ranges lead with. The boxer brief has a longer leg that sits to mid thigh, the volume seller in most multipack programs. All three are graded from one block family and sewn on the same lines, so a buyer can run the complete wall inside one order on one size chart, one cloth standard and one pack format, instead of splitting the range across suppliers.
Soft Jacquard Waistbands, Bound Legs and Flat Seams
The waistband is a soft woven elastic, exposed with a jacquard weave or covered in the body cloth, sewn so it lies flat and keeps its grip through washing. The brief and the trunk carry a double-layer front panel shaped on the pattern; the boxer brief carries the same shaped front with a longer leg. Leg openings are bound or finished with soft elastic that holds without cutting in, the seat is cut in panels that follow the body, and the inside seams are overlocked flat so nothing stands proud against the skin. Every pair is trimmed, checked and pressed before it goes to packing.
Underwear Sizes S to 4XL Graded for Dutch Retail Size Files
The size run covers men's S to 4XL, graded on adult waist measurements with the hip, seat and leg opening kept in proportion at every size, so the 4XL is a true grade and not a stretched medium. Dutch retail buyers order this range heavily for basics departments and online underwear shops, where the size bought this season has to match the size bought next season, so the full size set is measured before bulk cutting and the waist, hip and leg figures are recorded against the approved sample for every reorder.
Your Label, Printed Waistband and Three-Pair Pack Cards
The range leaves our floor as your product. Your woven or printed label sits inside the back waist, your name can be woven into the waistband elastic itself in your lettering and colours, or printed on a covered band where a range wants a clean look. Most programs pack the underwear as retail multipacks: three pairs folded on your printed pack card inside your printed bag or box, in single colours or mixed colours to your plan. Size and care wording follows your artwork, and nothing on the garment or in the carton names us.
How an Underwear Order Runs from First Sample to Packed Cartons
An order starts with your specification: styles, cloth, colours, size chart, waistband artwork and pack format. We sew the sample pairs in the actual cloth and send them for approval; your comments come back, the samples are corrected, and only the approved pairs release bulk cutting. Production runs on our floor, with checks at cutting, sewing and finishing, and a final inspection against the approved samples before cartons are sealed. Programs start from 3,000 pieces per order, with colours and styles combined from 800 pieces each, so briefs, trunks and boxer briefs can run together inside a single order.
Markets We Ship Men's Underwear To
USA: Underwear Multipacks for Department Store Basics Departments
American department and chain stores build their underwear wall on multipacks: three pairs to a pack, the full size run, core colours held steady, and a fit that comes back the same on every reorder.
UK: Own-Label Trunks and Boxer Briefs for Supermarket Clothing Aisles
British supermarket clothing ranges take the trunk and the boxer brief as own-label staples, with their label inside, their wording on the waistband and mixed-colour packs built for self-service aisles.
Germany: Rib Knit Underwear Sets for Catalogue Basics Sellers
German catalogue and mail order sellers order the rib knit styles in matched sets, where the recorded size figures and the shade discipline from lot to lot matter as much as the price per pair.
Canada: Core Colour Underwear Runs for Regional Chain Restocking
Canadian regional chains order full size and colour runs ahead of their restocking cycles, so every store opens the season with a complete underwear wall instead of a partial one.
France: Slim Boxer Briefs for Independent Men's Shops
French independent men's shops lead with the boxer brief in cotton elastane, in a narrower colour story, with their own waistband wording and packing finished for smaller, well-presented displays.
Australia: Lightweight Jersey Underwear for Year-Round Basics Programs
Australian buyers run the single jersey styles as a year-round basics program, in white, grey marl and light colours, sized and packed for steady high-turnover departments.
Questions USA Buyers Ask Before Ordering Men's Underwear
What styles are in the men's knit underwear range?
Three styles: the classic brief, the short-leg trunk and the longer boxer brief. All three come from one graded block family and share the same cloth standard, waistband options and size chart, so they run together inside one order.
Can the waistband carry our name in a jacquard weave?
Yes. Your name or mark can be woven into the exposed elastic in your lettering and colours, and a covered waistband in the body cloth, plain or printed, is available where a range wants the elastic hidden.
How are the multipacks built and labelled?
The standard format is three pairs folded on your printed pack card, in your printed bag or box, in one colour or mixed colours to your plan. Your label sits inside every pair, and care wording follows your artwork.
What is the minimum order quantity for men's underwear?
Programs start from 3,000 pieces per order. Inside that total, colours and styles combine from 800 pieces each, so briefs, trunks and boxer briefs in several colours can run together inside a single order.
Can briefs, trunks and boxer briefs run in one order?
Yes. The three styles share one cloth standard and one size chart, so they are cut, sewn and packed as one order, with colours combined from 800 pieces per style inside the order total.
Do you ship underwear orders to the USA?
Yes. The USA is one of the main markets for this program, and every order ships with full export documentation, through your nominated forwarder or freight arranged by us. The other markets we serve are covered in the markets section above.
