Snap and Button Denim Shirts from Bangladesh for USA Workwear Brands and Ranch Ranges
Our denim shirt is made to order in our Bangladesh factory - a long-sleeve shirt in real chambray and mid-weight denim, built in western and work styles with snap or button fronts. It is the shirt workwear brands and western ranges reorder season after season, because the cloth, the wash and the fit hold steady from the first delivery to the fifth.
Materials: Cotton chambray and denim in shirt weights from 4.5 to 8.5 ounces, with a visible weave and a matte, dry hand. Mid indigo, stonewash and light washes are developed to your wash standard and held across the run.
Functionality: Pearl snap or button front, western yokes with sawtooth flap pockets or a plain work front, long sleeves with snap cuffs, double-needle seams and a curved hem that stays tucked or wears loose.
Size: Men's sizes from S to XXXL, graded on adult measurements with body length and sleeve length held in proportion at every size.
Customization: Your woven neck label, logo-engraved snaps, your own pocket stitch design, hang tags and packing to your format.

Men's Denim Shirts Made to Order in Bangladesh for Workwear and Western Ranges
A denim shirt earns its place in a range the first time a customer picks it off the rail. The cloth has to feel like cloth - woven, matte, with weight behind it - and the wash has to sit even from shoulder to hem. We sew denim shirts to order in our Dhaka factory for workwear brands, western ranges and retail programs that reorder the same shirt season after season. Siatex Bangladesh has manufactured garments in Dhaka since 1987, and our denim shirts run on the same lines as the jeans and jackets our buyers come back for.
Every order is made to order: your cloth weight, your wash, your front style and your label, produced as one controlled run and held to the approved sample from cutting to final audit.
Chambray and Mid-Weight Denim Cloths for Shirts That Work All Day
Shirt denim is a different cloth from jacket denim, and buyers feel the difference in the hand. Our chambray runs at 4.5 to 5.5 ounces - a plain weave with the white weft showing through the indigo warp, light enough for a shirt that gets worn all day. The mid-weight denims run at 6.5 to 8.5 ounces with a clear diagonal twill, for buyers who want a shirt with more body behind it. Both cloths are matte and dry to the touch, with the weave easy to see at arm's length - real woven cloth, not a printed look.
Washes are developed with you. The core settings are a rinse-washed mid indigo that keeps the deep yarn colour, a stonewash that softens the cloth and lifts the seams, and a light wash for summer ranges. Your approved wash panel becomes the standard for the run, and shade is checked panel by panel under the same light, so a shirt from the second delivery matches the first.
Snap Fronts, Western Yokes and Sawtooth Pockets on the Classic Shirt Build
The western build carries shaped front and back yokes, a pearl snap front and two sawtooth flap pockets that close with the same snaps. The work build runs plainer: a button front, one or two chest pockets and a straight yoke, made for daily wear on site and in the yard. Both builds are sewn double-needle at the yoke, armhole and side seams, with bar tacks at the pocket corners and placket ends where a shirt takes its strain.
Sleeves are long with snap or button cuffs, and the hem is curved so the shirt stays tucked through a working day or wears loose over jeans. A double-layer yoke across the shoulders spreads the wear where bags and straps rub. Details like snap colour, pocket shape and stitch tone are set at sampling, in the shirt itself, so you approve the finished garment and not a swatch card.
Denim Shirt Sizes S to XXXL Graded for the German Workwear Market
The block is graded on adult men's measurements from S to XXXL, with chest, shoulder, body length and sleeve length growing together, so the big sizes keep the shirt's shape instead of turning into a smock. German workwear catalogues order this shirt as a core line that has to measure the same across a long size run and across seasons, so the graded chart is locked into the production file and checked against finished garments at final audit.
Send your own size chart and we produce to it instead. Fit changes are made at the pattern, sampled and approved by you before bulk, and your chart stays on file under your name for reorders.
Your Label, Engraved Snaps and Pocket Stitching on Every Denim Shirt
Most of these shirts leave here under the buyer's own brand. Your woven label goes at the neck, the snaps can be engraved with your logo, and your pocket stitch design is sewn in your thread tone - the detail regular customers recognise on the rail. Size tabs, care labels and hang tags follow your format.
Engraving and stitch artwork is sampled on the real cloth before bulk, because a stitch design reads differently on a firm twill than on chambray. Shirts arrive folded, tagged and packed to your warehouse or retail format, ready for the stockroom or the shop floor.
From Wash Panel to Packed Cartons - How a Denim Shirt Order Runs
Send your cloth weight, wash target, size spread and artwork and we return a costed quotation. Wash panels come first, then a pre-production sample in your main wash and front style with your label and snaps fitted - wear it, wash it, work every snap. Only on your written approval do we cut bulk. Inline inspectors check measurements, wash shade and stitching as the run proceeds, and finished shirts pass a final audit against the approved sample and chart.
The minimum order is 3,000 pieces in total across the order, with sizes, washes and front styles combined inside that total; within it, each wash and style runs from 800 pieces, so a brand can open with a western snap shirt and a plain work shirt in one program. Your approved wash panels, chart and artwork stay on file, so the next order is a reorder, not a fresh development.
Markets We Ship Denim Shirts To
USA: Western Snap Shirts for Ranch and Outdoor Retailers
American ranch and outdoor retailers run the western build as their core denim shirt - pearl snaps, sawtooth pockets, mid indigo and stonewash, under their own label.
UK: Chambray Work Shirts for Workwear Suppliers
British workwear suppliers take the plain button build in chambray as a hard-wearing daily shirt, packed by size ratio for their trade counters and catalogues.
Germany: Own-Label Denim Shirts for Workwear Catalogues
German catalogue houses order both builds as own-label core lines, where the same wash and the same measurements have to hold across seasons and reorders.
Canada: Heavier Denim Shirts for Outdoor and Ranch Stores
Canadian buyers take the 8.5 ounce setting with room to layer under it, for outdoor and ranch stores that sell denim shirts through the cold months.
France: Soft-Wash Denim Shirts for Seasonal Fashion Ranges
French fashion labels run a closer fit on the button build, with a soft stonewash and their own woven label and pocket stitch program.
UAE: Lightweight Chambray Shirts for Warm-Climate Retail
Retailers in the Emirates order the chambray setting as an evening-weight shirt suited to the climate, packed for mall and high-street distribution.
Questions USA Buyers Ask Before Ordering Denim Shirts
Chambray or mid-weight denim - which cloth suits our range?
Chambray at 4.5 to 5.5 ounces wears light and suits work shirts and warm climates. The 6.5 to 8.5 ounce denims carry more body and suit western and outdoor ranges. We sample both so you can judge the hand.
Can we develop our own wash and pocket stitch design?
Yes. Send a wash target or a worn shirt and we develop panels against it, and your pocket stitch design is digitised and sampled on the real cloth before bulk.
Can the snap buttons carry our logo?
Yes. The pearl snaps are metal-capped and can be engraved with your logo; the engraving is sampled and approved with the pre-production shirt.
What is the minimum order quantity for denim shirts?
The minimum is 3,000 pieces per order across sizes, washes and front styles, with each wash and style running from 800 pieces within it.
How do denim shirt orders ship to the USA?
Orders ship with full export documentation, through your nominated forwarder or freight arranged by us. The USA is the lead market for this shirt; other markets are covered in the markets section above.
If a denim shirt in your own wash belongs in your next range, send us your wash target and artwork. We will reply with a quotation, cloth options and a sample timeline.
