White Tapered Bib and Waist Aprons from Bangladesh for USA Kitchens, Bakeries and Uniform Suppliers
Our white tapered aprons are made to order in our Bangladesh factory - bib aprons and waist aprons in bright white poly-cotton, sewn for the uniform and hospitality suppliers who dress chefs, bakers and counter staff. The tapered body sits close and tidy through a full shift, and every order carries the buyer's own label and embroidery.
Materials: Poly-cotton plain weave with a dry matte face, in a standard setting for kitchen and bakery work and a lighter setting for warm counters and cafes.
Functionality: Bib apron with an adjustable neck strap, one divided front pocket and long waist ties; waist apron with a three-section pocket and ties long enough to knot at the front.
Size: Bib aprons in two lengths and waist aprons in two widths, cut on one block so the taper and pocket position hold at every size.
Customization: Embroidered house marks and names at the bib, printed names where embroidery is not wanted, your woven label, and packing by the dozen or by property.

White Tapered Aprons
White Tapered Aprons Sewn to Order in Bangladesh for Professional Kitchens
The white apron is the uniform underneath the uniform. It is the first thing a customer sees at the bakery counter and the garment that takes the flour, the splashes and the heat of the pass so the clothes below stay clean. Chefs, bakers, butchers and deli staff all work in the same basic shape: a flat white panel, tied at the waist, with the bib raised for the jobs that throw work upward. Siatex Bangladesh has sewn garments in Dhaka since 1987, and our white apron program is built for the uniform and hospitality suppliers who keep those teams dressed, wash after wash.
Every order is made to order: your cloth setting, pocket layout, strap style, label and packing, cut and sewn as one controlled run in our own plant.
Bright White Poly-Cotton Cloth with the Weave Open to the Eye
The standard apron cloth is a poly-cotton plain weave chosen for laundry life rather than the showroom. The cotton gives the panel a natural hand and lets it fall in soft folds, while the polyester holds the shape through hot wash cycles and keeps the bound edges lying flat. The weave is open enough to read at arm's length - warp and weft yarns, a dry matte face, and none of the coated shine that makes a cheap apron look like plastic.
The white is held to an approved standard across the whole run, checked panel against panel before packing, so next season's aprons hang beside this season's stock without a step in shade. Two settings cover the range: a standard weight for kitchen floors, and a lighter setting for warm counters and cafes.
The Tapered Cut: Bib Aprons and Waist Aprons Built Around the Pocket
The tapered body is what gives this apron its name. The bib starts narrower at the chest and opens gently toward the hem, so the panel covers the working area without loose cloth at the sides to catch on oven handles and tray corners. The bib apron fastens with an adjustable neck strap that slides to the wearer's height, and the waist ties are cut long: they pass round the back and knot at the front, where the knot is easy to reach and the ends stay clear of the work.
The pocket sits at the front where the hands fall. On the bib apron it is one wide patch pocket divided into two sections - tasting spoons in one side, notebook and pen in the other - bar tacked at every corner because a loaded pocket is pulled thousands of times in an apron's life. The waist apron, the half apron worn at counters and tills, carries a three-section pocket on the same principle, its centre section sized for a notepad or card reader. Both styles are bound all round, with hems finished for the same wash cycle as the panel.
Apron Lengths and Widths Held to One Block for the German Hospitality Supply Market
Our apron block is graded on measurements gathered from German hospitality supply programs, where one wholesaler dresses hotel kitchens and bakery chains from a single stock and every dimension repeats exactly on reorder. Bib aprons run in two lengths - a standard knee length and a longer cut for bakery and butchery floors - and waist aprons in two widths, with the taper angle and pocket position held constant across all four. A measurement chart is sent with the quotation, and lengths and widths can mix inside one run.
Your House Mark Embroidered at the Bib, Your Label at the Hem
Branding on a white apron has to sit quietly and survive the wash. The buyer's house mark or the end client's name is embroidered at the bib chest, where it reads at counter distance, or worked into the pocket on the waist apron; staff names are added where the contract asks for them. Where a lighter touch is wanted, the same artwork can be printed instead, set at sampling so the buyer sees both finishes before choosing. Your woven label is sewn at the side of the hem, your size and care tickets are set to your wording, and the embroidery is done in house so the mark sits flat through every wash.
Sampling, Approval and Bulk Sewing for White Apron Orders
An order starts from the buyer's specification: style, cloth setting, pocket layout, strap and tie details, and the embroidery or print positions. We sew a pre-production sample in the ordered cloth for your approval of fit, whiteness and stitch work before bulk cutting begins. The minimum order is 3,000 pieces in total across the program, which a supplier reaches by combining bib and waist aprons, lengths and clients in one run; inside that total, each style starts from 800 pieces. Bulk sewing follows the approved sample, with checking at line and again before packing.

Questions USA Buyers Ask Before Ordering White Tapered Aprons
Can bib aprons and waist aprons run inside one order?
Yes. The two styles share one cloth and one run, and suppliers normally combine them - bib aprons for the kitchen floor, waist aprons for the counter - inside the 3,000 piece order total, with each style starting from 800 pieces.
What is the minimum order quantity for white tapered aprons?
The minimum order is 3,000 pieces in total across the program. Suppliers build that total from both styles, both lengths and several clients in one run, with each style starting from 800 pieces.
Can our logo be embroidered on the bib apron chest?
Yes. House marks and names are embroidered in house at the bib chest or on the waist apron pocket, and a stitched sample of your artwork is approved with the pre-production sample.
Are the waist ties long enough to knot at the front?
Yes. Front knotting is standard on both styles: the ties pass round the back and finish in a bow at the front, where the wearer can reach them and the ends stay clear of trays and oven doors.
How are the aprons packed for a uniform stock room?
Aprons are folded and polybagged by the dozen, or packed as individual sets where the buyer asks, with cartons marked by style, length or property so a stock room can shelve and issue without sorting.
Do you deliver white apron orders to the USA?
Yes. The USA is our lead market for this program; cartons are packed and marked by style or client so each delivery reaches the right stock room.
