Some buyers shop for a t-shirt. Others arrive with a file: a tech pack that fixes the cloth, the weight, the measurements, the neck finish and the artwork, and they need a factory that will sew exactly that shirt, not a near version of it. That is the work this page covers. Our plant in Dhaka has made knitwear since 1987, and made-to-spec orders run through it every week: your pattern is plotted, your cloth is knitted or sourced to the sheet, and the bulk is cut, sewn and finished against the sample you approved.

Nothing here starts from our standard garment. The block, the cloth and the decoration all come from your side of the table; our job is to hold them steady from the first sample to the last carton.

Your Fabric, Your Weight: Jersey Knits Picked From the Spec Sheet

A custom order begins with the cloth, because the cloth decides how the shirt hangs, prints and washes. Single jersey is the usual base, in pure cotton for a soft hand or cotton with polyester where the shirt must dry fast and keep its colour. Interlock gives a firmer, double-faced body for premium ranges, slub jersey brings a deliberate yarn texture, and pique serves buyers who want a smarter surface. You set the weight, anywhere from a light 140 GSM summer cloth to a heavy 240 GSM workwear knit, and you set the shade: lab dips go back and forth until the colour is signed off, then the bulk dyeing is checked against the approved dip before a single panel is cut.

Crew, V and Scoop Necks Finished the Way Your Pattern Calls For

Neck construction is where made-to-spec shirts separate from standard ones. Your file can call for a ribbed crew collar in self fabric or rib knit, a bound V with a clean mitred corner, a wide scoop for a ladies range, or a henley placket with buttons. Collar depth, rib width and topstitch distance are measured off the approved sample and written into the sewing instructions for the line, so the five-hundredth neck matches the first. Shoulder tape, neck binding and back-neck finish follow the same notes, inside and out.

Regular, Slim and Oversized Fits Cut From Your Own Size Chart

Fit belongs to the buyer on this program. Send your size chart with chest, length, sleeve and shoulder measures and the tolerances you accept, and our pattern master grades the block from it. Regular fits for workwear and team ranges, slim fits for fashion labels, relaxed and oversized cuts for streetwear lines: each runs as its own pattern, not as one block stretched between styles. A full size set is sewn and measured before bulk, worn by your fit model or checked against your measurements on our table, and any correction goes into the pattern before cutting starts.

Water-Based, Plastisol and Puff Prints Run to Your Artwork File

Decoration follows the artwork file you supply, at the size and position your spec sheet fixes. Water-based inks sink into light cloth for a soft, flat print face; plastisol carries sharp colour on dark grounds; discharge, puff, foil and high-density prints are all run in our own print room on the garment or on panels before sewing, as your construction requires. Colours are matched to your references on the production cloth at sampling, print screens are kept under your order number, and the approved strike-off is the standard every bulk print is compared with under the light box.

Embroidery, Applique and Woven Badges Placed Where Your Design Puts Them

Where the design calls for stitch instead of ink, our embroidery section works from your digitised file: chest logos, sleeve marks, back-neck motifs and name embroidery, with thread colours matched to your chart. Applique letters and numbers are cut and stitched to the placement marks on the spec, and woven or silicone badges are sewn or pressed at the position your artwork shows. Placement is measured on the sample and locked into the work instruction, so a badge sits at the same height on a small as on a 5XL.

From Tech Pack to Sealed Cartons - How a Made-to-Spec Order Runs

The order opens with your tech pack, pattern and artwork. We return a counter sample in the specified cloth and main colour, with a measurement chart filled against your tolerances; your comments come back, the sample is corrected, and only the approved version releases bulk. Cloth is inspected before cutting, prints and embroidery are checked at the strike-off stage, sewing runs with inline checks, and finished shirts go through a final measurement and visual inspection against the approved sample before packing. Orders start from 3,000 pieces per order, with colours and styles combined from 800 pieces each, so several spec sheets can be produced inside one shipment.

Can you work from our own tech pack and pattern?

Yes. Send the tech pack, pattern or a physical reference sample, and we counter-sample to it. Your files stay under your order number and are used for your production only.

Can we choose the fabric weight and blend ourselves?

Yes. The weight, fibre blend and finish are yours to set, from 140 to 240 GSM in cotton, organic cotton, cotton-polyester and viscose blends, dyed to your approved lab dip.

Can each colourway carry a different print or embroidery?

Yes. Each colourway inside the order can carry its own artwork, print method or embroidery file, with styles combined from 800 pieces inside the 3,000 piece order total.

What minimum order applies to custom made t-shirts?
