Casual and Utility Jackets from Bangladesh for USA Brands and Uniform Buyers
Our jacket range is made to order in our Bangladesh factory - one program covering the casual and utility styles a brand or uniform buyer needs each season, sewn in cotton canvas and cotton twill with a regular fit and a clean finish that takes your own branding. Running several styles with one factory keeps colours, labels and size charts matching across the whole rail.
Materials: Cotton canvas and cotton twill in proper jacket weights, matte with the weave clear to the eye. Unlined, mesh lined and lightly quilted settings can be set per style, with colour dyed to your standard.
Functionality: Zip fronts and button fronts, shirt collars and stand collars, chest and lower pockets set per style, adjustable cuffs - each style built to its own approved sample.
Size: Men's and women's sizes from XS to XXXL, graded on adult measurements, on one shared chart, so fit stays consistent from style to style.
Customization: Your embroidery, woven labels, patches, size tabs, hang tags and packing to your format on every style.

Your Whole Jacket Range Under One Made to Order Program
Most buyers do not need one jacket - they need a range: casual styles for the retail rail, a utility style that carries the company mark, a lined version for the cold months. Split that range across three factories and the shades drift, and the size M in one style fits nothing like the size M in another. Our jacket program keeps the whole range under one roof in Dhaka, where Siatex Bangladesh has sewn garments since 1987 - cut on shared blocks, labelled from one file, packed to one standard.
Every order is made to order - your styles, colours, branding and packing, each style held to its approved sample.
Cotton Canvas and Twill Cloths Matched to Each Style
Two cloth families carry the range. Cotton canvas, a firm plain weave, suits the utility styles: it holds a clean front, takes pocket stitching cleanly and stands up to daily wear. Cotton twill, with its fine diagonal line, gives the casual styles a softer, cleaner face for the retail rail. Both are proper jacket weights, matte, with the weave clear to the eye - real cloth, never a coated or shiny finish.
Each style takes its own cloth and weight at sampling: a lighter twill for a spring casual line, a heavier canvas where the jacket works harder, a garment wash where a softer first wear is wanted. Colours run to your standard - stone, olive, tan and burgundy are our working shades - and the dye standard is held across every style, so a reorder or new style matches the rail.
Zip Fronts, Button Fronts, Collars and Pockets Set Style by Style
Fronts close with a full zip, a button placket or snaps, set per style. Collars run from a classic shirt collar to a stand collar and a ribbed blouson neck. Pockets are placed to the style: chest pockets with flaps on the utility pieces, lower patch or welt pockets on the casual ones, and an inside pocket across the range.
Under the styling, the construction stays constant: seams that take strain - shoulders, armholes, pocket corners - are double stitched and bar tacked, cuffs adjust with a button or snap tab, hems sit straight. Linings are set per style: unlined for warm weather lines, mesh for a light finish, a light quilt where the market needs warmth without bulk. Every style is checked on the body during sampling, and the approved sample is the standard the bulk is sewn to.
Jacket Sizes XS to XXXL Graded for the Dutch Retail Market
One range means one size chart. Every style in the program is graded from the same adult blocks, XS to XXXL, with chest room, shoulder width, body length and sleeve length growing together at each step, so a large in one style is a large in every style. Dutch retail buyers ask for a touch more body and sleeve length; that setting is built into their chart and kept under the buyer's name.
Women's cuts are graded on their own blocks, not scaled down from the men's. Send your own size chart and we produce to it instead: the approved chart is locked into the production file, checked against finished garments at final audit, and held on record so next season measures exactly like this season.
Embroidery, Patches and Woven Labels Across Every Style
Branding is where a range becomes one brand. Your woven label sits at the neck of every style, size tabs and care labels follow one format, and your mark can be embroidered at the chest, set as a stitched patch on a pocket or sleeve, or carried on the back for uniform programs. Embroidery is digitised for the cloth it sits on - canvas and twill take stitch differently - backed so the shell stays flat, and placed to a template, so the last jacket in the run carries its mark where the first one did.
Artwork is sampled on the real cloth before bulk, because a badge that sits flat on twill can pucker on canvas if the density is wrong. Jackets arrive folded, tagged and sorted by style, with hang tags and packing to your format.
Running Several Jacket Styles Inside One Order
The order runs style by style, inside one program. Send your styles, colours and artwork and we return a costed quotation for each style with cloth options. A pre-production sample follows for every style in its main colour with branding applied - wear them, wash them, check the fit across the range. Only on your written approval do we cut bulk. Inline inspectors check measurements, pocket placement and branding position as each style runs, and finished jackets pass a final audit before packing.
The minimum order is 3,000 pieces per order, styles, colours and sizes combined; within it, each colour and style runs from 800 pieces, so a buyer can open with three or four styles instead of committing a full order to one jacket. Your approved samples, charts and colour standards stay on file under your name, so next season starts from your file, not a blank page.
Markets We Ship Casual and Utility Jackets To

British outdoor retailers and mail order houses take the utility styles as steady year-round lines - firm canvas, honest pockets, own label and retail packing, topped up season after season.

Questions USA Buyers Ask Before Ordering a Jacket Range
Can several jacket styles ship inside one order?
Yes - that is how the program is built. Styles, colours and sizes combine inside one order total, and each style ships complete.
How does the minimum order split across styles and colours?
The total is 3,000 pieces per order. Inside that total, each colour and style runs from 800 pieces, so a range of three or four styles fits one order comfortably.
Can each style have its own colour and trim?
Yes. Every style is sampled in its own colour, with its own buttons, zips, collar and pocket layout, and the dye standard is held across the program so shared colours match exactly.
Can we approve a sample of every style before bulk cutting?
Yes. Each style gets a pre-production sample in its main colour with branding applied, and bulk starts only on your written approval of the full set.
Do you sew women's jacket cuts as well as men's?
Yes. Women's styles are graded on their own blocks in the same cloths, so a men's and women's range can run under one label with matching colours and branding.
If a jacket range belongs in your next season, send us your styles and artwork. We will reply with a quotation per style, cloth options and a sample timeline.
