Apparel Manufacturing
Cut and Sew Production in Bangladesh Built Around USA Brands' Own Tech Packs
Our cut and sew program is the factory service behind other brands' own designs: you send the tech pack, and our Dhaka plant makes the pattern, grades it, cuts the cloth, sews the garment and finishes it under one roof. It is the route labels take when a style is theirs - panelled, mixed-fabric, or built to a house size chart - and no stock garment can stand in for it.
Materials: Single jersey, interlock, pique, fleece, french terry and rib knits in cotton, cotton-polyester and viscose blends, with light wovens where a style mixes them, all worked to the cloth spec on your sheet.
Functionality: Pattern making and grading, marker planning and cutting, panel sewing, print and embroidery placed on panels before assembly, then finishing, pressing and inspection, all inside one plant.
Size: Your size range on your own chart, graded from the approved sample, with your increments and tolerances held on file for reorders.
Customization: Your tech pack, your pattern and your artwork: your woven label, hang tags, print and embroidery files, and your packing format.

Cut and Sew Manufacturing
Cut and Sew Manufacturing Run From Your Tech Pack in Bangladesh
Some brands buy finished styles from a stock range. Others design their own garments and need a factory that can turn a design file into bulk production without quietly changing the design on the way. That is the work this page covers. You bring the tech pack, the pattern and the artwork, and our plant in Dhaka handles pattern making, grading, cutting, sewing and finishing under one roof, so the garment that ships is the garment you designed.
The program suits styles that cannot be bought off a rack: a panelled sweatshirt built from two or three cloths, a tee with contrast sleeves, a uniform cut to a house chart. Because every stage sits in one building, a question about a seam or a shade is answered by the people who will sew the bulk, not passed along a chain of separate factories.
Pattern Making and Grading Set From Your Own Size Specs
Every order starts in the pattern room. If you send a finished pattern, our pattern master checks it against your measurement chart before anything is graded. If you send only a tech pack or a sample garment, the first pattern is drafted from those measurements and a sample is sewn for your approval. Grading then carries the approved fit across your full size range, size by size, with your increments and tolerances kept on file, so the smallest and the largest sizes hold the same shape and the same proportions, only scaled.
Marker Planning and Cutting for Every Panel in the Style
Cutting is where cloth money is won or lost, so markers are planned panel by panel for each style and size mix before the spreader starts. Cloth is rested, spread and checked for shade variation across the roll, and panels are cut in the order the sewing line needs them. Cut parts are numbered and bundled by size and shade lot, which keeps a front panel cut from one end of the roll from being sewn to a back panel cut from the other.
Each bundle carries a ticket that follows it through sewing and finishing, showing the style, size, shade lot and panel count. If a panel is damaged on the line, the ticket tells the cutting room exactly which cloth lot a replacement has to come from, so one repaired garment never stands out from the rest of its bundle when the order is washed and worn.
Panelled Styles and Mixed Fabrics Sewn on One Line
Panelled and mixed-fabric styles are the everyday work of this program: a sweatshirt with a loopback body, ribbed side panels and a lined hood, or a tee with contrast raglan sleeves and a printed chest panel. Each style is set up on the line with its own operation list, machine settings and stitch types, all written from the approved sample, and inline checks run at the points where panels join, because a panel seam that drifts shows on the finished garment. Prints and embroidery that sit on a panel are done before sewing, while the piece is still flat and easy to place.
Finishing, Pressing and Final Inspection Before Packing
Finished garments leave the line for thread trimming, pressing and a full measurement and visual inspection against the approved sample. Measurements are taken across the size set, not on one size only, and any garment outside your tolerance is pulled before it reaches the packing table. Labels, hang tags and folding follow your packing instruction, and cartons are marked by style, colour and size, so your warehouse team can check a delivery in minutes instead of opening every box.
How a Cut and Sew Order Runs From Tech Pack Review to Dispatch
The order opens with a review of your tech pack, pattern and artwork, and a counter sample sewn in the main cloth and colour. Your comments come back, the sample is corrected, and a pre-production sample in bulk cloth confirms the final version before cutting starts. Production orders start from 3,000 pieces per order, with colours and styles combined from 800 pieces each, so several designs can run inside one shipment. After bulk sewing and inspection, the goods are packed and shipped with full export documentation, through your own forwarder or freight arranged by us.
Markets We Ship Cut and Sew Production To
USA: Brand Ranges Sewn to Held Patterns and Repeat Tech Packs
American brands keep their core styles on file with us and reorder season after season: the same pattern, grading and cloth spec come out of the drawer each time, so a range stays consistent while the colours and artwork change.
UK: Seasonal Drops Cut and Sewn to Tight Drop Calendars
British labels work to fixed drop dates, so sampling, approval and bulk are planned backwards from the calendar, with several styles running side by side to land in one delivery.
Germany: Contract Styles Produced to Written Specifications
German buyers tend to order against detailed written specifications, with measurements, stitch counts and wash requirements fixed in the document, and production follows the document line by line.
Canada: Teamwear and Workwear Built to Client Size Charts
Canadian clubs and workwear suppliers send their own size charts and mark files, and get panelled team and work styles produced as one graded range under their own labels.
France: Boutique Designs With Panelled, Mixed-Cloth Styling
French boutique labels bring the most construction-led designs: contrast panels, mixed cloths and unusual seam placement, sampled carefully and sewn exactly as the design file shows.
UAE: Staff Uniform Programs Sewn to House Standards
Hotel and service groups in the Emirates set one house standard for staff clothing across their properties, and each property's colours and marks are produced to that single specification.
What USA Brands Ask Before Sending a Cut and Sew Tech Pack
Do we need a finished tech pack, or can we start from a sample garment?
Either works. A full tech pack is the fastest start, but a sample garment with your measurement notes is enough: the first pattern is drafted from it and a counter sample comes back to you for approval before anything else happens.
Can you make the pattern and grade it across our size range?
Yes. Pattern making and grading are part of the service. Your increments and tolerances are recorded with the order and kept on file, so reorders grade the same way without the work being done twice.
Can one style combine two or three different fabrics?
Yes. Panelled styles that mix cloths are standard work here: a jersey body with rib panels, or a fleece body with a woven chest panel. Each cloth is cut, numbered and sewn as part of the same style.
What is the minimum order for cut and sew production?
Orders start from 3,000 pieces in total. Inside that total, colours and styles combine from 800 pieces each, so a small range of related designs can be produced in one run.
Do we approve a pre-production sample before bulk sewing?
Yes, and bulk never starts without it. The pre-production sample is made in bulk cloth, measured against your chart, and production follows only your written approval of that sample.
Can finished cut and sew orders be shipped to the USA?
Yes. The USA is the lead market for this program, and orders ship with full export documentation through your nominated forwarder or freight arranged by us. The other markets we serve are listed in the markets section above.
