Duck Insulated Coveralls
Duck Insulated Coveralls Sewn to Order in Bangladesh for Crews Who Work Outdoors All Winter
A winter coverall carries a harder brief than a summer suit: it has to keep a man warm through a full outdoor shift, shrug off the knocks of yard and site work, and still let him climb, kneel and reach freely. When the shell is thin or the lining stops at the waist, the cold finds the gaps. This one-piece suit is built against those failures - a heavy cotton duck shell over a quilted insulated lining that runs through body, sleeves and legs, cut roomy to pull on over the clothes underneath. Our Bangladesh factory has sewn workwear since 1987, and the insulated coverall runs as one controlled order, so shade, quilting and fit come back the same every time.
Every order is made to order: your colours, your size chart, your lining weight, your pocket layout and your label, produced to your specification.
Heavy Cotton Duck Canvas Over a Quilted Insulated Lining
Duck is the tightest plain weave in the workwear bag: the yarns pack flat and close, giving a dry, matte face that resists abrasion, sheds dust and does not snag easily. It wears hard without going shiny or thin at the knee, seat and elbow. Under the shell sits the warmth: an insulated lining quilted in a diamond pattern that holds the padding evenly, so it cannot bunch at the hem or strip from the shoulders in the wash. The lining weight is yours to set at sampling - a mid weight for cold shoulder seasons, a heavier build for deep winter - and the approved setting is held for the whole run. Shell colours are garment-dyed in brown duck, olive, tan and stone, each dye lot checked against the approved swatch.
Two-Way Zip, Storm Flap and Room to Work in Layers
The front closes with a two-way metal zip running the full body length, opening from the hem for boots or from the collar for air, and a snap storm flap covers the teeth so grit and wind stay out. The stand collar is lined with quilting and closes high against the neck. The back is cut with a bi-swing action fold at each shoulder, so reaching overhead pulls cloth from the fold, not from the cuff. The back waist is elasticated while the front sits smooth. Knit inner cuffs close the sleeve against draughts, and ankle zips open the leg wide enough to pull on over boots. Chest, swing, back and rule pockets make the standard layout.
Felled Seams, Bar Tacks and a Gusset Where Winter Suits Split
A padded suit fails at its junctions first. The crotch is gusseted and triple stitched, the seat and underarm seams are felled and sewn with double needles, and the quilting is anchored into the side seams so the lining cannot twist inside the shell. Every pocket mouth, zip base, flap end and ankle zip is bar tacked, and the elastic waist is anchored so it cannot roll in the wash. Thread is core-spun, stitch density is fixed at sampling, and a suit that strains at inspection never reaches bulk.
Insulated Coverall Chest Sizes 38 to 60 Graded for the Canadian Winter Market
An insulated suit is sized over layers, so the grade carries room where a man wears it: chest over a sweater, seat over trousers, leg over boots. Our block runs chest 38 to 60 in regular and tall lengths, torso and leg graded in step at every size, the layering allowance held through the run. Canadian outdoor buyers order this style for utility and road crews, taking both leg lengths at every chest size so tall men are not squeezed into regular bodies. A full size set is sewn and measured before bulk cutting, and the approved numbers stay on file for reorders.
Private Label Insulated Coveralls with Your Label Sewn In, Not Ours
The suit leaves our floor carrying your name. Your woven label sits at the neck, your size and care marks follow your artwork, and your logo can be embroidered on chest or back to your placement and thread colours. Suits are packed bulk by size for depot issue, in individual polybags for crew handout, or as named winter kits issued before the season starts. Cartons are marked by size run and program for straight depot issue.
How a Duck Insulated Coverall Order Runs from First Sample to Final Carton
An order starts with your winter crew list: shell colour, lining weight, size run and leg lengths, pocket layout and label artwork. We sew the fit sample in the ordered shell and lining, send it to be worn over real layers, correct the pattern on your comments, and only the sealed sample releases bulk cutting. Production is checked at cutting, sewing and finishing against that sample. Programs start from 3,000 pieces per order, with colours and styles combined from 800 pieces each, so two shell colours or a second lining weight can run inside one order.
Markets We Ship Duck Insulated Coveralls To
USA: Winter Road, Rail and Yard Crews on Multi-State Programs
American road, rail and yard operators order the insulated suit as the standard winter kit across several states: one specification, one size file, cartons marked by depot so each yard receives its own crew set.
Canada: Outdoor Utility and Municipal Crews Through Deep Winter
Canadian utility and municipal buyers take the heavier lining setting for crews outdoors all winter: tall lengths, ankle zips over boots, sizes held on file.
Germany: Cold Store and Logistics Uniform Programs
German logistics and cold store operators run the suit inside uniform programs where men move between heated cabs and cold yards all shift: mid lining weight, embroidery to template, deliveries checked against the sealed sample.
UK: Rail, Port and Winter Maintenance Teams in Quilted Duck
British rail and port teams wear the suit through the wet cold months: the duck shell takes yard work, the storm flap keeps wind off the zip, brown duck and olive lead the colours.
France: Mountain, Farm and Outdoor Service Crews
French agricultural and mountain service buyers order the suit for crews who start before daylight in frost: a roomy cut over layers, a high quilted collar, cartons marked for small depots.
Sweden: Forestry and Energy Crews Working Long Northern Winters
Swedish forestry and energy suppliers take the heaviest lining build for the long northern season: quilting through sleeves and legs, knit cuffs, size runs weighted to tall fittings.
Questions USA Buyers Ask Before Ordering Duck Insulated Coveralls
How warm is the lining, and can we set the weight for our winters?
The lining weight is set at sampling, not fixed by us: tell us the conditions your crews work in and we build the sample in the matching weight, lighter for shoulder seasons, heavier for deep winter. The approved weight is held for every reorder.
Can the suit be pulled on over boots and normal work clothes?
Yes. The block is cut roomy for layering, the two-way zip opens the full front, and ankle zips open each leg wide enough to pass over boots.
Is the quilting carried through the sleeves and legs too?
Yes. The quilted lining runs through the body, sleeves and legs, anchored into the seams so it cannot twist or bunch, with knit inner cuffs closing the sleeve at the wrist.
What is the minimum order quantity for duck insulated coveralls?
Programs start from 3,000 pieces per order. Inside that total, colours and styles combine from 800 pieces each, so a second shell colour or lining weight can run in the same order.
Do you deliver duck insulated coverall orders to the USA?
Yes. The USA is a main market for this style, and every order ships with full export documentation via your nominated forwarder or freight arranged by us.
