Sturdy Cotton Twill Jackets from Bangladesh for USA Workwear and Casual Brands

Our twill jacket is made to order in our Bangladesh factory - a sturdy cotton twill jacket in the two shapes buyers ask for most: a four-pocket chore jacket for work ranges and a button-front trucker for casual lines. Both are sewn from the same hard-wearing twill, so a brand can run work and weekend jackets inside one cloth program.

Materials: Cotton twill in workwear weights with a clear diagonal weave and a matte, dry hand. Peached or garment-washed finishes where a range wants a softer first wear, with colour held steady across the run.

Functionality: Button front, chest and lower patch pockets on the chore cut, flap chest pockets and panel seams on the trucker cut, felled seams, bar-tacked pocket corners and button cuffs.

Size: Men's sizes from S to XXXL, graded on adult measurements with body length and sleeve length held in proportion at every size.

Customization: Your woven label, engraved buttons, hang tags and packing to your format, with embroidery or a stitched patch where your design calls for it.

Twill Jackets

Cotton Twill Jackets Sewn to Order for Work and Casual Ranges

Twill is the cloth between workwear and casual wear, and the twill jacket is where the two ranges meet. Workwear brands order it as a chore jacket their crews can wear all week; casual labels order the same cloth as a trucker jacket for the outerwear rail. Our factory in Dhaka has made garments since 1987, and this program sews both cuts from one twill story, so the cloth, the colour and the hand feel stay the same whichever shape a buyer chooses.

Every order is made to order - your colours, your label, your buttons and your packing, sewn as one controlled run held to the sample you approved.

A Diagonal Twill Weave That Takes Hard Wear and Holds Its Shape

Twill is woven with the weft passing over and under the warp in steps, which leaves fine diagonal ribs across the face of the cloth. That diagonal build packs more yarn into the cloth than a plain weave, so twill resists scuffs and snags, sheds creases through a working day and holds a jacket's shape on the rail. The surface is matte with a dry hand, and the diagonal rib shows clearly at arm's length - real woven cloth, not a coated finish that will crack and shine.

The program runs in honest workwear weights, with a lighter setting for casual ranges in mild climates. Peached and garment-washed finishes are available where a label wants the jacket soft from the first wear; unwashed, the twill starts firm and settles to the wearer. Core colours are the shades these jackets sell in - khaki, stone, olive, grey and burgundy - dyed to your standard and held across the run, so a reorder hangs beside last season's stock without a shade jump.

Chore and Trucker Cuts with Button Fronts and Working Pockets

The chore cut is the work jacket: a shirt collar, a button front that opens flat, flap patch pockets at the chest and the waist that take gloves, tools and a phone, with an inside pocket for a wallet. The trucker cut is the casual jacket: flap chest pockets with button closures, panel seams front and back, side pockets and button adjusters at the waist. Both cuts close with buttons at the front and cuffs, in metal or a corozo-look finish to your specification.

The seams that carry the strain are felled or double stitched - shoulder, armhole, side and yoke - and every pocket mouth and corner is bar tacked where hands drag across it daily. Collar, cuffs and pocket flaps are pressed to sit flat, and the build is checked on the body at sample stage as well as measured flat, because a jacket is judged worn, not folded.

Twill Jacket Sizes S to XXXL Graded for the German Retail Market

The block is graded on adult men's measurements from S to XXXL, with chest room, shoulder width, body length and sleeve length growing together, so the large sizes keep the sample's shape instead of simply getting wider. German retail buyers dress this jacket as an everyday layer over knitwear, so programs for that market carry a little more body and sleeve length, set into the block at grading and kept under the buyer's name for the next order.

Send your own size chart and we produce to it instead. The approved chart is locked into the production file and checked against finished garments at final audit, so next season's size L measures the same as the one on your shelves now.

Your Label, Buttons and Packing on a Private Label Twill Program

Most twill jackets leave here under the buyer's own brand. Your woven label goes at the neck, your size tabs and care labels follow your format, and your buttons can be engraved with your mark. Where a design calls for it, a chest embroidery or a stitched sleeve patch is sampled on the real twill before bulk - twill is a firm cloth, and stitch density and backing are set for it, so the mark sits flat and the cloth does not pucker.

Hang tags and packing to your warehouse or retail format complete the program. Jackets arrive folded and tagged, ready for your stockroom or stores, or direct issue to a crew.

From Sample Approval to Sealed Cartons: How a Twill Jacket Order Runs

Send your cut, colour, size spread and artwork and we return a costed quotation with cloth and finish options. A pre-production sample follows in your main colour with your label and buttons applied - wear it, wash it, work the pockets and pull at the seams. Only on your written approval do we cut bulk. Inline inspectors check measurements, pocket placement and stitching as the run proceeds, and jackets pass a final audit before cartons are sealed.

The minimum order is 3,000 pieces in total across the order, with sizes and colours combined inside that total; within it, each colour and style runs from 800 pieces, so one order can carry a khaki chore jacket and a burgundy trucker jacket side by side. Your approved sample, chart and colour standards stay on file under your name, so the next order is a reorder.

Markets We Ship Twill Jackets To

USA: Button-Front Twill Jackets for Workwear and Weekend Ranges

American brands run this jacket on both sides of the rail - the chore cut for workwear lines, the trucker cut for casual outerwear - in sizes to XXXL, under their own label and buttons.

UK: Casual Twill Jackets for High-Street Outerwear Rails

British high-street retailers take the trucker cut as a core outerwear style in stone, khaki and olive, garment washed for the shop floor and reordered season after season.

Germany: Own-Label Twill Programs for Trade and Retail Buyers

German trade and retail buyers order the chore cut for customers who wear one jacket all week - firm twill, felled seams and a straight cut on the longer block their market asks for.

Canada: Lined Twill Jackets for Shoulder-Season Work Crews

Canadian crews take the chore jacket with a light lining and room to layer under it, for yard, farm and site work through the spring and autumn months.

France: Chore-Style Twill Jackets for Lifestyle Collections

French lifestyle labels run the four-pocket chore shape in washed finishes and restrained colours, with fine chest embroidery in place of prints and their own woven label at the neck.

Australia: Unlined Twill Jackets for Mild-Climate Casual Wear

Australian casual ranges order the lighter twill setting unlined, where the jacket works as an evening and travel layer in a market that dresses down.

Questions USA Buyers Ask Before Ordering Twill Jackets

Which twill weights do you sew jackets in?

The weight is fixed at sampling and held on your file, so reorders match the jacket already in your stores.

Can one order combine chore and trucker styles?

Yes. Both cuts are sewn from the same twill program, and styles combine inside the order total, with each colour and style running from 800 pieces.

Can we have our own buttons and woven label?

Yes. Buttons can be engraved with your mark in metal or a corozo-look finish, and your woven label, size tabs and care labels are made to your format and applied at sewing.

What is the minimum order quantity for twill jackets?

The minimum is 3,000 pieces per order across sizes, colours and styles, with each colour and style running from 800 pieces within that total.

Do you deliver twill jacket orders to the USA?

Yes. The USA is the lead market for this jacket, and orders ship with export documentation, through your nominated forwarder or freight arranged by us. Other markets are covered in the markets section above.

If a twill jacket belongs in your next range, send us your cut, colour and artwork. We will reply with a quotation, cloth options and a sample timeline.
