We book the cloth in your colours, sew the sample in the bulk cloth and send it for approval; comments are corrected, and only the approved sample releases bulk sewing. The run is produced as one order, checked at cutting, sewing and finishing, with a final inspection against the approved sample before cartons are sealed. Programs start from 3,000 pieces per order, with colours and styles combined from 800 pieces each, so men's, ladies' and kids' versions can be built inside a single run.

Will the ribbed cuffs and hem band keep their grip after washing?

The rib is knitted with elastane in it and sewn under controlled tension, so the cuffs and hem band grip when new and come back after washing. The sample you approve is made from the same rib and cloth as bulk, so your wash test reads the garment itself.
