A Complete Outerwear Range Sewn in Bangladesh for USA Retail and Uniform Programs

Our outerwear program is made to order in our Bangladesh factory - the jackets, coats and padded styles of a season sewn inside one contract, on shared blocks, one label file and one packing standard. Retailers and uniform buyers run the whole range with us instead of splitting it across factories, so colours, grading and branding match across every style.

Cloths: Woven shell cloths in cotton twill, canvas and matte synthetic weaves, with linings and padding weights set per style - unlined for mild seasons, fleece or quilt lined for colder markets.

The range: Parkas, field jackets, softshell styles, padded jackets and longer coats, each built to its own approved sample while the program holds the shared standards.

Sizes: Men's and women's sizes from XS to 4XL on adult blocks shared across the range, so a size measures the same in every style.

Branding: Your woven label, embroidery, size tabs, hang tags and packing format carried through every style.

Men's hooded parka in olive cotton twill, full front view with snap storm flap, two bellows chest pockets and two lower flap pockets

Outerwear

A Whole Outerwear Range Sewn Under One Program

An outerwear range is never one garment. A buyer plans a parka for the cold months, a field jacket for the shoulder season, a padded style for the value rail and a longer coat for the top of the range - and each has to sit on the rail as a family. Split those styles across separate factories and the family breaks up: chest sizes drift, dye lots stop matching, labels sit crooked. Our program keeps the whole range in our Dhaka factory, where the Siatex team has cut and sewn garments since 1987.

Every style is made to order - your cloth, colours, branding and packing - and held to its own approved sample.

Shell Cloths, Linings and Padding Set for Each Season Band

Outerwear sells by season band, so the program is built around cloth and filling choices rather than one fixed build. Shells run from cotton twill and canvas for dry, mild weather to matte woven synthetics where a showerproof face is wanted. Where a buyer needs a tested water rating, testing is arranged on the buyer's own standard before bulk - a rating comes from a test report, not a sales page.

Inside, each style takes the lining its season needs: unlined or mesh lined for the mild months, a brushed fleece body for cold retail programs, or quilted padding where warmth has to come without a heavy shell. Padding weights are set per style at sampling and recorded in the style file, so a reorder carries the same warmth build as the first run. Colours are dyed to your standard and held across the range - olive, stone, burgundy, teal and grey marl are working shades on current programs.

Parka, Field Jacket and Coat Blocks Cut from One Pattern Room

The styles differ; the blocks they grow from do not. Our pattern room holds the range on a small set of adult blocks: a parka block with room for layering, a closer field jacket block, a padded block cut to take its quilting, and a coat block with a longer, straighter fall. Fronts close with zips under a storm flap, button plackets or snaps, hoods are fixed or detachable per style, and pocket plans follow the style - bellows and hand warmer pockets on the field pieces, welt pockets on the coats, an inside pocket across the range.

Construction points stay constant underneath: shoulder and armhole seams double stitched, pocket corners bar tacked, quilting lines matched across the zip, hems and cuffs finished to sit flat. Each style is tried on the body at sampling, because outerwear fit is read in movement - reaching, sitting, layering over a sweater - and the approved sample becomes the standard the bulk is sewn to.

Outerwear Sizes XS to 4XL Graded for Canadian Winter Programs

One range runs on one grading file. Every style is graded from the same adult measurements, XS to 4XL, with chest room, shoulder, body length and sleeve length stepping together, so a customer who takes a large in the field jacket takes a large in the parka. Canadian winter programs ask for extra body length and room over knitwear; that setting is built into their chart for every style.

Women's styles are graded on their own blocks rather than scaled from the men's. If your house works to its own chart, send it: the chart is locked into the production file, checked at final audit, and kept on record so next season measures exactly like this one.

Labels, Embroidery and Trim Sets That Carry Across the Range

A range reads as one brand when the details repeat. Your woven label sits at the neck of every style, size and care tabs follow one format, and your mark can be embroidered at the chest, printed inside the storm flap, or set as a small sleeve tab. Zips, snaps, cords and buttons are matched across styles in one trim set, so a customer handling three pieces meets the same hardware three times.

Branding is sampled on the real shell cloth before bulk: stitch density that sits flat on twill can sink into a padded face, and the sample is where that is set right. Finished pieces are folded or hung to your format, tagged, and sorted by style and size.

Placing One Order for the Full Range, Style by Style

The order runs as one contract with a line per style. Send the styles, colours and artwork and we return a costed quotation per style with cloth and lining options. Pre-production samples follow for every style in its main colour with branding and trims applied - wear them, layer them, check the grading. Bulk cutting starts only on your written approval of the full set. Inline inspectors follow measurements and branding position as each style runs, and every style passes a final audit before packing.

The minimum order is 3,000 pieces per order, styles, colours and sizes combined; inside that total, each colour and style runs from 800 pieces, so a buyer can open with a parka, two jackets and a padded style instead of putting a whole order behind one garment. Your samples, charts, colour standards and trim sets stay on file under your name.

Markets We Ship Outerwear Ranges To

USA: Coordinated Outerwear Programs for Retail Chains and Workwear Brands

American buyers run this program two ways: a seasonal range under their own label for the retail floor, and a uniform outerwear line for their own crews - both from one contract and one size file.

UK: Seasonal Coat and Jacket Ranges for High Street Retailers

British high street retailers build their winter ranges here, mixing coats, parkas and padded styles in shared colour stories, ticketed ready for the distribution centre.

Germany: Own-Label Outerwear Collections for Buying Groups

Buying groups in Germany place own-label collections on the program: several styles sharing cloth and trims, graded on the group's own chart, delivered against a fixed seasonal calendar.

France: Padded Styles and Longer Coats for Winter Retail Programs

French retail programs lean on the padded jackets and longer coats, with a closer cut set into the block and smaller colour runs across one order.

Australia: Mid Weight Outerwear for the Long Cool Season

Australian chains order the mid weight end of the range - unlined and fleece lined styles in longer size runs - timed to land ahead of their cooler months.

UAE: Lightweight Outerwear for Service and Delivery Teams

Service firms in the Emirates take the lightest styles as team outerwear: a tidy branded layer for customer facing staff, in cloth that stands frequent washing.

Questions USA Buyers Ask Before Ordering a Full Outerwear Range

Can parkas, jackets and coats really run inside one order?

Yes - the program is built for it. Styles, colours and sizes combine inside one order total, each style audited on its own line, and they ship packed as one range.

How does the minimum order divide across the styles?

The total is 3,000 pieces per order. Inside it, each colour and style runs from 800 pieces, so a four style range fits in a single order.

Can every style carry the same label and trim set?

Yes. One label file and one trim set are held for the range, and each style sample is checked against them, so branding matches across pieces sewn weeks apart.

Do you sample every style before bulk cutting?

Yes. Each style gets a pre-production sample in its main colour with lining, padding, branding and trims in place, and bulk starts only on your written approval of the complete set.

Can a uniform line join the same program later?

Yes. Uniform styles can be added on the same blocks and size file, with their own colours and branding, under the retail range's packing standard.

If an outerwear range is on your next season plan, send us the styles and artwork. We will reply with a quotation per style, cloth and lining options, and a sample timeline.
