Whole-Hospital Medical Workwear Programs from Bangladesh for USA Health Systems and Clinic Groups
Our medical workwear is made to order in our Bangladesh factory as one program for a whole facility - scrub sets, lab coats, tunics and theatre wear planned together, so every team dresses to one cloth, colour and label standard. It is built for buyers who run a whole facility's workwear contract and are tired of chasing four suppliers for four garments.
Materials: Poly-cotton twill for scrubs and tunics, firmer poplin for lab coats, one washing behaviour across the range so every garment comes back from the laundry the same shade.
Functionality: Pull-on V-neck tops, drawstring trousers, button and snap front coats, theatre and support staff sets, all cut with room to work a full shift.
Size: One shared census from XXS to 5XL across the whole range, with ladies blocks, graded so each garment keeps its proportions.
Customization: Embroidered names, titles and logos, department colours held across every garment type, your woven label and phased packing by site, ward or team.

Medical Workwear
One Medical Workwear Program for the Whole Hospital, Made to Order in Bangladesh
A hospital never buys one garment. It buys scrub sets for the wards, coats for the doctors, tunics for the nursing team, theatre wear for the operating suite and plainer sets for the people who keep the building running - and too often from four different suppliers, in four slightly different shades of the same colour, on four different size charts. Our medical workwear is planned the other way: the whole facility's range as one made-to-order program, sewn in our Dhaka factory, where Siatex Bangladesh has made garments since 1987.
One program means one cloth standard, one colour standard, one embroidery standard and one size census across every garment a hospital issues. A replacement coat ordered two years later matches the sets already in the uniform room.
Poly-Cotton Cloths Matched Across the Range So Every Garment Washes to the Same Standard
Workwear fails in the laundry before it fails on the ward. A scrub top that fades faster than its trousers, or a coat that comes back a shade lighter than the tunics, makes a whole team look untidy even when every garment is sound. So the range is built on a small family of poly-cotton cloths chosen to behave alike: twill for scrub sets and tunics, firmer poplin for lab coats, and a lighter setting for warm theatres.
The polyester share holds colour and shape through repeated hot washing and quick drying; the cotton keeps long shifts bearable. Every cloth is dyed to one approved standard per colour, so garments cut in different months still meet on the ward as a set.
Scrubs, Lab Coats, Tunics and Theatre Wear Planned as One Workwear Range
The clinical core is the scrub set: a pull-on V-neck top with patch and chest pockets and side vents, over drawstring trousers with an elastic back. Lab coats run knee length with button or snap fronts and a back vent. Tunics for nursing and care teams are cut on ladies blocks with shaped waists, and theatre wear for the operating suite is sewn plain and smooth, with fastenings set to your specification.
Support teams belong in the same program. Porters, cleaners, kitchen and front desk staff take simpler sets in the same cloth family and colour discipline, so the whole building reads as one organisation. Planned together, sizes, colours and embroidery are fixed once and applied everywhere, instead of being renegotiated garment by garment.
Medical Workwear Sizes XXS to 5XL Graded for the Australian Hospital Market
One size census covers the range: XXS to 5XL, graded garment by garment so a coat, a tunic and a scrub top in size L all fit the same wearer. Trousers grade by waist with two leg lengths, coats by chest, and ladies styles run on their own blocks rather than a narrowed unisex pattern.
Australian hospital and aged care buyers, who issue workwear across large mixed teams, asked for the middle of the run a touch roomier and the largest sizes graded with a proper shoulder rather than a widened body; those settings are held under the buyer's name. If your facility works to its own chart, we produce to that instead: the chart is locked into the production file and audited before cartons close.
One Embroidery, Label and Colour Standard from the Theatre Team to the Front Desk
On a hospital corridor, a name and a job title are how a patient knows who is who. Across the program, embroidery is set once - typeface, size, placement and thread - and applied to coats, tunics and scrub tops alike: names above the chest pocket, titles beneath, logos where your standard puts them. Each design is sewn on the real cloth and approved before bulk, with density and backing set so the fabric stays flat around the lettering.
Department colours are fixed at the cutting table and held across every garment type, so a team's colour is the same on a top, a tunic and a coat. Your woven label, size tabs and care labels are identical through the range, and packing follows your issue system: by site, by department or by individual wearer.
Ordering a Medical Workwear Program: Range Review, Department Samples, Then Phased Bulk Runs
Start with the range itself: send the list of garments, teams and colours your facility issues, with any size chart and artwork you already hold. We return a costed program proposal with cloth options for each garment type. Sample sets follow for every department - put them on the team, run them through your laundry, work real shifts in them. Bulk cutting starts only on your written approval, with inline checks on measurements, colour and embroidery.
Few hospitals can take a whole program in one delivery, so programs are phased against your rollout calendar: the first run covers the teams changing over first. A program starts from 3,000 pieces in total per order across all garment types combined; within it, each colour and style runs from 800 pieces. Your samples, charts and colour standards stay on file, so a new site or a replacement order joins the program without starting again.

Questions USA Buyers Ask Before Signing a Medical Workwear Program
Can scrubs, lab coats and tunics really be made under one program?
Yes - one cloth family, one colour and embroidery standard and one size census applied to every garment type, produced as a single coordinated order.
How do phased deliveries work when we cannot take the whole order at once?
The program is cut in agreed runs against your rollout calendar - the first delivery covers the teams changing over first, later runs follow at the same standards, each packed by site or department.
What is the minimum order for a full medical workwear program?
Programs start from 3,000 pieces per order in total, with scrubs, coats, tunics and theatre wear combined; each colour and style runs from 800 pieces inside that total.
Can every department keep its own colour inside one range?
Yes. Colours are fixed per department at the cutting table and held to one approved standard across tops, trousers, tunics and coats, so a team's colour reads the same on every garment.
Can a new site join the program later at the same standards?
Yes. Your samples, size chart, colours and embroidery files stay on record, so a new facility or a top-up order is produced to identical standards without re-sampling.
If your facility is planning a workwear changeover, send us the garment list and the teams it covers. We will reply with a program proposal and a sampling plan.
