Ladies Blouses from Bangladesh for USA Fashion Labels and Boutique Buyers
Our ladies blouses are made to order in our Bangladesh factory - woven blouses with a soft drape, a clean placket and sleeves that sit where they should. Fashion labels, boutiques and retail buyers order them because the cloth falls properly, the fit stays the same from the first size to the last, and every style comes back under your own brand, season after season.
Materials: Woven cloths woven for blouses - viscose rayon with a fluid hand, polyester crepe that keeps its shape, and light cotton in voile and poplin. Each cloth has a matte, natural face and takes print, dye and embroidery cleanly.
Functionality: Button-front placket, collar or collarless neck to your pattern, set-in sleeves in short, three-quarter and long lengths, with cuffs, gathers and back yoke options built to your tech pack.
Size: Ladies sizes XS to 3XL, graded to your chart, with the drape and ease kept in proportion at every size.
Customization: Your label and tags, your prints and colours, your choice of buttons and trims, and retail packing to your format.

Ladies Blouses
Ladies Blouses Made to Order in Bangladesh
A blouse has nowhere to hide. It is worn open at the neck, seen across a desk or a shop floor, and judged on how the cloth falls and whether the placket sits straight at the end of a long day. That makes it a cutting and finishing garment above all: a woven cloth with real drape, seams that do not pucker, and buttonholes that stay neat wash after wash. Our factory in Dhaka has made garments since 1987, and the woven ladies blouse is one of the styles buyers bring back to us season after season, because the hand of the cloth and the fit of the approved sample are what bulk production delivers, every time.
Every order is made to order: your pattern or ours worked to your tech pack, your prints and colours, your label, produced as one controlled run in our own plant.
Woven Rayon, Crepe and Cotton Cloths Chosen for Drape
Blouse cloth has to move. A stiff fabric stands away from the body and reads cheap on the rail, so we work in cloths woven to fall: viscose rayon challis with a fluid, cool hand, polyester crepe with a fine pebbled face that resists creasing through a working day, and light cotton voile and poplin for summer ranges. All three take dye evenly, hold a print without cracking it, and keep a matte surface with no shine. Cloth is checked roll by roll before cutting, and any piece with a weaving fault or a shade band is set aside rather than sewn into a garment.
Necklines, Sleeves and Plackets Built to Your Pattern
The pattern decides what the blouse is. We cut collar blouses with a soft shirt collar, collarless round and V necks, tie-neck styles and mandarin stands, with button fronts running full length or half placket. Sleeves come short, elbow, three-quarter and long, plain or gathered into the cuff, and a back yoke with a soft pleat gives the shoulder room to move without pulling the front. Buttons are sewn with a shank where the cloth is light so they sit flat and do not tear at the hole, and every buttonhole is stitched dense and cut clean.
A Fit That Drapes at the Shoulder and Skims the Body
Our blouse block is shaped at the shoulder and eased through the body rather than pulled tight, so the cloth hangs from the shoulder point and skims instead of clinging. Darts are placed to give the front its line without strain at the buttons, and the hem is levelled on the body, not only on the table, so it sits straight over trousers and skirts alike. Fit samples are worn and moved in before approval, and the approved fit is the one cutting follows, size for size, through the whole run.
Blouse Sizes XS to 3XL Graded for the German Market
The standard run covers ladies sizes XS to 3XL, graded with the ease held in proportion, so a 3XL keeps the same line as the medium instead of simply widening. German buyers ask for longer body length on this style, and their programs are graded with the added length through the sizes as standard; any buyer's own size chart can be followed the same way. A full size set is measured before bulk cutting - bust, waist, shoulder, sleeve and length recorded against the approved sample - and cutting does not start until the set passes.
Private Label Blouse Programs with Your Label, Tags and Packing
The blouse leaves our floor as your product. Your woven label sits at the back neck, your hang tags, price tickets and barcode stickers go on at packing, and the size and care wording is printed or woven to your artwork. Prints can be your own artwork placed or all-over, buttons can be matched or contrasted to your sample, and blouses are folded on boards, polybagged and cartoned to your retail format, with sizes and colours mixed inside one order where your program needs them. Nothing on the garment or in the carton names us.
From Sample Approval to Bulk Shipment - How a Blouse Order Runs
An order starts with your specification: cloth, print or colour, pattern and size chart, label artwork and packing. We make the sample in the actual cloth and send it for approval; comments come back, the sample is corrected, and only the approved sample releases bulk cutting. Production runs as one order on our floor, with checks at cutting, sewing and finishing, and a final inspection against the approved sample before cartons are sealed. Programs start from 3,000 pieces per order, with colours and styles combined from 800 pieces each, so a full blouse range can be built inside a single run.
Markets We Ship Ladies Blouses To
USA: Fashion Label and Boutique Programs
American labels and boutique buyers build seasonal blouse programs on this style: printed rayon for spring, crepe for the working wardrobe, and mixed sizes inside one order so a small label opens with a complete range.
UK: High-Street Own-Brand Woven Tops
British high-street buyers take the blouse as an own-brand woven top, with their label and tickets, core colours held for reorders, and new prints sampled ahead of each season.
Germany: Longer-Line Blouses for Mature Ranges
German buyers place this blouse in mature and plus-size ranges, where the longer body grading, the roomier sleeve and cloth that washes without losing its hand are what their customers reorder.
France: Printed Blouses for Seasonal Collections
French collections take all-over prints on rayon, sampled and strike-off approved before bulk cutting so the pattern repeat and the shade sit right with the rest of the season's pieces.
Canada: Private Label Basics for Department Stores
Canadian department store programs run the plain crepe and cotton styles as private label basics, ordered ahead of the season in core colours with the full size run in every carton plan.
UAE: Modest-Cut Blouses for Warm-Climate Retail
Retail buyers in the Emirates order longer sleeves and a longer body in light, breathable cloth, a modest cut that stays cool and still carries their own label and store packing.
Questions USA Buyers Ask Before Ordering Ladies Blouses
Can you work from our own patterns and tech packs?
Yes. Send your pattern, tech pack or a physical sample and we grade and sew to it. We can also work from our own blocks if you would rather start from a running style and adjust the details.
What fabrics can we choose for blouses?
Viscose rayon challis is the most ordered, for its drape and print surface. Polyester crepe serves ranges that need crease resistance, and cotton voile and poplin cover light summer styles. Cloth weights are sampled so you approve the hand before bulk.
Can we add our own prints and embroidery?
Yes. Your print artwork can run all-over or placed, with a strike-off approved before bulk printing, and embroidery can be added at the yoke, cuff or chest to your design.
What is the minimum order quantity for blouses?
Programs start from 3,000 pieces per order. Inside that total, colours and styles combine from 800 pieces each, so core colours and seasonal prints can run together in one order.
Do you deliver ladies blouse orders to the USA?
Yes. The USA is one of the main markets for this style, and every order ships with full export documentation, through your nominated forwarder or freight arranged by us. The other markets we serve are covered in the markets section above.
How are the blouses finished and packed for export?
Every blouse is pressed, checked one by one and folded on a board, then polybagged to your format. Cartons are marked to your specification, with sizes and colours packed the way your warehouse or stores need them.
