Staff Uniform Programs from Bangladesh for USA Hotels, Restaurants and Service Companies
Our uniforms are made to order in our Bangladesh factory as complete staff programs - shirts, trousers, tunics and aprons cut from matched cloth, in matched colours, under one label. The program suits buyers who dress whole teams and need every site, shift and season to look the same.
Materials: Poly-cotton twill and poplin for shirts and trousers, firmer twill for aprons and work tunics, colours dyed to an approved standard so a reorder matches the garments already on the floor.
Functionality: Button and zip fronts, chest and patch pockets where the job needs them, side vents, reinforced pocket mouths and waistbands that sit through a full shift of bending, lifting and walking.
Size: Men's and ladies' blocks from XS to 5XL, graded as coordinated sets so the shirt, tunic and trouser of one size all fit the same wearer.
Customization: Embroidered logos and staff names, department colour coding, your woven label, and packing split by site, department or individual staff member.

Staff Uniforms Made to Order in Bangladesh as One Coordinated Program
A hotel front desk, a restaurant floor and a service crew all read as one company only when their clothes agree. One shirt from one supplier and trousers from another never quite match in shade, and the difference shows under working light. Siatex Bangladesh has sewn garments in Dhaka since 1987, and this program exists to remove that problem: shirts, trousers, tunics and aprons planned together, cut from matched cloth and packed as one staff wardrobe.
Every order is made to order: your cloth, your colours, your embroidery, your label and your packing, produced as one controlled run in our own plant.
Work Cloths Picked for Daily Wear, Hard Washing and a Clean Pressed Look
Uniform cloth takes a harder life than fashion cloth. It is worn ten hours a day, washed after every shift and expected to look pressed at the start of the next one. Shirts and trousers run in poly-cotton twill and poplin: the polyester holds the shade and shakes out creases, the cotton keeps the garment comfortable against the skin through a long shift.
Aprons and work tunics use a firmer twill that shrugs off spills and rubbing at counters and benches. Every colour is dyed and checked against an approved standard before cutting, so the shirt a new starter receives next year matches the sets the rest of the team already wears.
Shirts, Trousers, Tunics and Aprons Planned as One Staff Wardrobe
The program is built garment by garment around the jobs your staff actually do. Shirts come in men's and ladies' cuts, long or short sleeve, with a fused collar that stays tidy and pockets where the work puts them. Trousers run flat front or pleated, with an elastic back section where wearers sit and stand all day.
Tunics cover housekeeping, spa and service teams in zip or wrap fronts, and aprons - waist, bib and split pocket styles - are cut from the same cloth family as the rest of the set, so the whole outfit reads as one uniform rather than pieces collected over time.
One Size File from XS to 5XL Held for the German Uniform Rental Trade
A uniform program fails at the edges of the size range: the smallest wearer drowned in a scaled-down men's shirt, the largest squeezed into a widened medium. Our sets grade on men's and ladies' blocks from XS to 5XL, and the shirt, tunic and trouser of one size are graded together, so a size L across the wardrobe fits the same person.
German uniform rental buyers, who wash and reissue garments for years, asked for a touch more wearing ease through the body and a longer shirt tail that stays tucked; those settings sit in the file under the buyer's name. Send your own size chart instead and we grade to it, with a full size run measured and sent for approval before bulk sewing starts.
Your Logo Embroidered Once and Matched on Every Garment in the Set
One artwork file drives the whole program. The logo is digitised once, sampled on the real cloth, and then held at the same size, thread colours and placement standard across shirts, tunics and aprons, so a chest mark on the front desk shirt matches the one on the service tunic exactly.
Staff names and job titles are embroidered where your design places them, department colours are set at the cutting table, and your woven label goes into every garment. Packing splits by site, by department or by named staff member with a size list inside each carton, ready for your uniform room to issue on day one.
Ordering a Uniform Program: Staff List, Sample Set, Then Bulk Sewing
Send your staff list by department - garments, sizes, colours and embroidery for each team - and we return a costed quotation with cloth options for the full wardrobe. A sample set follows in your lead colour for each department: dress your team in it, wash it, work a shift in it. Only on your written approval do we cut bulk, with inline checks on sizes, shades and embroidery as the run proceeds, and a final audit against the approved set before cartons close.
Programs start from 3,000 pieces in total per order, shirts, trousers, tunics and aprons combined; within it, each colour and style runs from 800 pieces. Your approved samples, size chart and colour standards stay on file, so seasonal top-ups and new-starter issues run as simple reorders.
Markets We Ship Uniforms To
USA: Hotel Groups and Restaurant Chains on One Staff Standard
American hotel groups and restaurant chains standardise through one program: the same shirts, trousers and aprons at every property, with logo embroidery and size files held on record, so a new opening kits its whole team from the existing wardrobe.
UK: Facilities and Hospitality Suppliers Running Own-Label Uniform Lines
British uniform suppliers carry our shirts, tunics and aprons as their service-sector core, under their own label, restocked to the same colour and size standards their contract clients signed off.
Canada: Resort and Service Companies Rolling Out Multi-Site Programs
Canadian resorts and service companies roll one wardrobe out across scattered sites: each property receives its sets packed by department and size, while head office holds a single specification for them all.
France: Brasserie and Hotel Groups with Seasonal Staff Intakes
French brasserie and hotel groups order ahead of the season, when terraces open and teams double: fitted ladies' cuts, restrained colours and embroidery kept small and neat for front-of-house wear.
Australia: Warm-Climate Service Teams in Lightweight Cloth Settings
Australian buyers take the lighter cloth setting and short sleeve cuts as standard, with the same program structure: matched sets, own labels and reorders that land in the shade the team already wears.
UAE: Hotel and Facility Groups Dressing Large Multicultural Teams
Hotel and facility groups in the Emirates dress large teams across many nationalities and size profiles on one program, packed by property and department so thousands of sets issue without sorting at the other end.
Questions USA Buyers Ask Before Ordering Staff Uniforms
Can shirts, trousers, tunics and aprons ship as one program order?
Yes. The wardrobe is costed, sampled and sewn as one run, and ships together, packed by department, site or garment, so your uniform room can issue complete sets straight from the cartons.
Can each department wear its own colour inside one program?
Yes. Most programs run one colour per department or property, set at the cutting table and held to the approved standard, so front desk, floor staff and kitchen teams read as one company in different colours.
What is the smallest order for a full staff uniform program?
Programs start from 3,000 pieces per order across the whole wardrobe; within that total, each colour and style runs from 800 pieces, so smaller departments still fit inside one order.
Can the logo go on shirts, tunics and aprons in the same order?
Yes. One approved embroidery file is used across every garment in the program, with placement templates per style, so the logo reads the same on a shirt chest, a tunic and an apron bib.
Do you pack the uniforms by site or by staff member?
Either way. Send the issue list and we pack by property, by department or by named wearer with sizes marked inside each bag, so sets can be handed out without opening and sorting cartons.
Can finished uniform orders be shipped to the USA?
Yes. The USA is the lead market for this program, and every order ships with full export documentation, through your nominated forwarder or freight arranged by us.
If your teams are due a uniform refresh, send us your staff list and artwork. We will reply with a quotation, cloth options and a sample timeline.
