High Visibility Jackets

High Visibility Jackets Sewn to Order in Bangladesh

A hi-vis jacket has one job before all others: the wearer has to be picked out fast by a driver, a crane operator or a machine hand in poor light, rain or dust. It does that job in two parts - a fluorescent shell that reads bright in daylight and silver reflective tape that throws light back at night. The jacket is built in our Dhaka factory, sewing workwear since 1987, as one controlled run so colour, tape positions and stitching come back the same on every reorder.

Every order is made to order: your colour, shell build, tape layout, size chart, logo and label.

Fluorescent Yellow and Orange Shells, Mesh-Lined or Padded

The standard shell is a woven polyester in fluorescent yellow or fluorescent orange, dyed to a bright even shade with a matte face - no shine, no plastic look. The summer build is mesh lined for hot asphalt work. The winter build carries quilted padding with a plain lining for crews out in frost and sleet. Each dye lot is checked against the approved shade card before cutting, because a shell that drifts dull stops doing its job. The tape is a silver-grey band with a fine beaded face, bought to the width your program specifies.

Reflective Tape Bands Sewn to Your Layout - Never Glued

The standard layout runs two bands around the body, one over each shoulder joining them front and back, and one around each sleeve. That is a starting point, not a fixed rule: band count, tape width and spacing are set by your program, and segmented tape can be used where a build needs more flex at the elbow and waist. Every band is stitched along both edges and bar tacked at the ends, so it washes and flexes with the jacket instead of lifting at the corners the way glued tape does. The layout is drawn at sampling, measured band by band on the sealed sample, then held across the run.

Your Program Sets the Visibility Requirement - Our Part Is the Sewing

We state this plainly, here and on the phone: we print no class on this jacket, and we claim no certification or standard for it. Every market and contract works under its own visibility requirement, and your program names it. Your own team, or a testing house you appoint, tests samples and bulk against that requirement, and the compliance decision rests on those results, not on a factory webpage. Our part is plain: shells dyed to the shade you approved, tape of the width and layout you specified, samples sewn from the actual bulk cloth and tape, and the sealed sample recording exactly what was passed. If your testing calls for a wider tape or a different layout, it changes at sampling - the sewing follows your result.

Hi-Vis Jacket Sizes S to 5XL Graded for the German Utilities Market

A hi-vis jacket is worn over whatever the crew already has on - a shirt in August, a fleece and thermal layers in January - so the block carries real layering room at the chest while length and sleeve grades grow in step. Our run covers S to 5XL on adult chest measurements. Utilities buyers in Germany order this style for mixed indoor and yard teams, taking the padded build in larger sizes for outdoor crews, tall lengths on the same chart. A full size set is sewn and measured before bulk cutting, and the numbers stay on file for reorders.

Back Logo Printing, Chest Embroidery and Packing by Crew

The jacket leaves our floor carrying your name, not ours. Company logos are printed across the back panel, sized and placed to sit clear of the tape bands, or embroidered on the chest for a smaller mark; wearer names can be added for issued kit. Your woven label sits at the neck, with size and care marks following your artwork. Jackets are packed by crew or depot for direct issue, in polybags for stores, or folded flat in bulk, with cartons marked by size run so a storekeeper can pull a size without opening three boxes.

How a Hi-Vis Jacket Order Runs from First Sample to Final Carton

An order starts with your crew program: colour, shell build, tape layout, size run, logo positions and label artwork. We sew the fit sample in the ordered shell and tape and send it for your fit check and your own testing. Comments come back, the pattern and layout are corrected, and only the sealed sample releases bulk cutting. On the line, tape positions are measured against that sample jacket, not against a drawing, and shade is checked carton by carton. Programs start from 3,000 pieces per order, with colours and builds combined from 800 pieces each, so a mesh-lined summer build and a padded winter build can run inside one order.

Markets We Ship High Visibility Jackets To

USA: Road Construction and Highway Contractor Crews

American contractors order this jacket as the standard crew top across road and bridge sites: one tape layout, one size file, back logos printed per company, cartons marked by crew for fast site issue.

Canada: Padded Hi-Vis Jackets for Winter Road and Snow Crews

Canadian buyers take the padded build for plough, gritting and road maintenance teams through the cold months: layering room in the grade, tall lengths included, size files held for mid-season intakes.

Germany: Rail and Track Maintenance Uniform Programs

German rail firms run the jacket inside uniform programs: fluorescent orange as the program colour, chest embroidery to template, deliveries checked against the sealed sample.

UK: Traffic Management and Local Authority Contractor Kits

British traffic management contractors issue the jacket to sign and cone crews on live carriageways: mesh-lined builds for summer work, sizes held on file for starter packs, depot packing throughout.

France: Warehouse, Yard and Delivery Depot Teams

French logistics operators order the jacket for yard and loading teams who move between trucks and racking all shift: lighter shell, one tape layout across sites, names printed for issued kit.

Australia: Mining Support and Regional Road Crews

Australian suppliers take the orange setting for mine support and regional road teams: bright shade held across reorders, tool-friendly pocket layout, cartons marked for regional stores.

Questions USA Buyers Ask Before Ordering High Visibility Jackets

Does the jacket carry a high visibility certification?

No, and we would rather say so plainly here than have you find out later. We claim no certification, class or standard for this jacket. Your program names the requirement your crews work under; your own team or testing house tests samples and bulk against it, and we supply samples sewn from the actual bulk cloth and tape.

Can we set our own reflective tape layout?

Yes. Band count, tape width, spacing and shoulder or sleeve placement are all set by your program. The layout is drawn, sewn on the sample, measured band by band and held across production.

Which colours and builds can we choose?

Fluorescent yellow and orange shells. The summer build is mesh lined; the winter build is quilted and padded. Both take the same tape layouts and size chart.

Can our company logo go on the back of the jacket?

Yes. Back logos are printed on the panel clear of the tape bands, sized to your artwork. Chest embroidery, wearer names and your woven neck label are part of the same program.

What is the minimum order quantity for hi-vis jackets?

Programs start from 3,000 pieces per order. Inside that total, colours and builds combine from 800 pieces each, so yellow and orange, or summer and winter builds, run in the same order.

Do you deliver high visibility jacket orders to the USA?

Yes - a main market for this style. Orders ship with full export documentation, through your nominated forwarder or freight arranged by us.
