Complete Pants and Trousers Ranges Sewn in Bangladesh for USA Retail and Uniform Buyers

Pants carry most casual and uniform ranges, and our pants program sews the whole set in one place. Chinos, cargo pants, work pants and casual trousers are made to order in our Bangladesh factory inside a single program, so the cloth library, size standards, label file and packing rules stay shared while every style keeps its own pattern and its own approved sample.

Cloths: Cotton twills in light, standard and heavy weights, duck canvas for the work styles and stretch settings for comfort fits, garment-dyed or piece-dyed to your colour palette.

The range: Flat-front chinos, bellows-pocket cargos, canvas work pants and relaxed casual trousers for men, with ladies and boys styles on the same program terms.

Sizes: Waist sizes 28 to 48 with leg lengths graded per style, each style measured against its approved sample before bulk cutting.

Branding: Your woven waistband label, size and care marks, hang tags and retail or bulk packing carried across every style in the range.

Pants Programs Sewn Under One Roof in Bangladesh

Few ranges rest on a single trouser. The chino goes to the office program, the cargo goes out with the field crew, the work pant fills the depot shelf, and the casual style sells through the store. Split those styles across factories and the shade, the grading and the labels drift apart. Our Dhaka factory has sewn garments since 1987, and the pants program holds a whole bottom-weight range together: every style made to order in one plant, under one set of standards, on one order.

Every order is made to order: your styles, colours, size charts, label and packing, produced here to your specification and checked style by style before the cartons close.

Chinos, Cargos, Work Pants and Casual Styles Planned as One Range

A program starts with a range sheet that lists every style and the block it is cut from. The chino runs flat-front in slim, tapered and relaxed fits. The cargo carries bellows side pockets with flaps over slanted fronts and buttoned backs. The work pant is a plain, hard-wearing leg in heavier cloth, and the casual styles cover drawstring, elastic-back and five-pocket twill builds. Men's sizes form the core; ladies and boys pants join on the same terms. Each style is sampled and approved on its own, but cloth, colour and packing are planned together.

Twill, Canvas and Stretch Cloths Picked Style by Style

The program draws on one cloth library, and each style takes the setting its job needs. Cotton twill in light, standard and heavy weights covers chinos and casual styles; duck canvas and a ripstop setting serve the work and cargo legs; stretch twills with a small elastane content go into comfort fits worn all day. Every cloth face is dry and matte, the weave plain to see, and colours are dyed to your palette in khaki, stone, olive, grey and burgundy. Because the dye work is shared, a khaki ordered for the chino and the cargo comes from the same lot standard, and the two styles match on a rail. Each lot is checked against the approved swatch before cutting.

Felled Seams, Bar Tacks and Waistbands Finished to One Standard

Styles differ; the construction standard does not. Inseams and outseams are felled or double-needle sewn, pocket mouths, flap ends and belt loop bases are bar tacked, and fly, button and waistband builds follow the setting fixed for each style at sampling. Stitch density and thread are set on the sealed sample and held across the run, whichever style is on the line. Waistbands sit flat, hems are level, and finished pairs from every style are measured against their own sealed sample before folding.

Waist Sizes 28 to 48 and Three Leg Lengths Graded for the Swedish Retail Market

Waists run 28 to 48 across the program, with short, regular and long leg lengths graded per size rather than one length stretched across the run. Each style keeps its own chart inside the program: the chino taper, the cargo ease and the work pant rise are graded separately, because one chart forced over three blocks fits none of them well. Swedish retail buyers work this way, pairing every waist with the leg lengths their stores sell through, and set the grading discipline the range follows. A full size set of each style is sewn and measured for approval before bulk cutting, and the recorded numbers govern every reorder.

Your Brand on the Waistband, Your Tickets on Every Pair

Every pair leaves the floor as your product. Your woven label sits inside the waistband, your size and care marks follow your artwork, and a back patch or embroidered mark can be added where a style calls for it. Hang tags and barcode tickets are printed to your format. Packing splits two ways inside one shipment: pairs folded and banded by size run for uniform issue, or single pairs polybagged with tags for retail shelves, with cartons marked by style and size for clean warehouse splitting. Nothing on the garment or in the carton names us.

Placing a Pants Program Order: Range Sheet, Fit Samples, Then Bulk

An order opens with your range sheet: the styles, cloth settings, colours, size charts, pocket and waistband details, label artwork and packing for each line. We sew a fit sample of every style in its ordered cloth and send the set for approval; comments come back, samples are corrected, and only the sealed set releases bulk cutting. Production runs as one order, checked at cutting, sewing and finishing, with a final inspection of each style against its sealed sample. Programs start from 3,000 pieces per order, with colours and styles combined from 800 pieces each, so a chino, a cargo and a work pant share one program total.

Markets We Ship Pant Ranges To

USA: Mixed Pant Ranges for Chain Retailers and Uniform Issuers

American buyers run the program both ways: full ranges for retail chains that want their chinos, cargos and casual pants under one label, and issued ranges for uniform suppliers whose clients wear different styles on different jobs.

UK: Own-Label Pant Ranges for Catalogue and High-Street Retailers

British catalogue and high-street buyers carry the range as an own-label core: khaki and stone chinos for the catalogue pages, cargos for the workwear section, and colours held across seasons for top-up orders.

Germany: Multi-Style Trouser Programs for Workwear Buying Groups

German buying groups place several trouser styles inside one audited program: pocket layouts, waistband builds and size sets fixed per style against sealed samples, under their group inspection routine.

Canada: Cold-Season Pant Programs Mixing Work and Casual Styles

Canadian programs lean on the heavier twill and canvas settings for the cold months, mixing work pants and casual styles in one order with both leg lengths packed per size.

Australia: Year-Round Pant Ranges for Regional Retailers

Australian regional retailers order mid-weight settings that sell through the whole year: chinos and cargos in khaki, stone and olive, cartons marked clearly by style and size for small stores.

UAE: Lightweight Trousers Inside Staff Uniform Programs

Facilities and hospitality buyers in the Emirates take the lighter twill settings inside wider staff uniform programs: the same size standards and label file as the rest of the issue, packed per team and per site.

Questions USA Buyers Ask Before Ordering a Pants Program

Can chinos, cargos and work pants run inside one order?

Yes - that is what the program is built for. Each style keeps its own pattern, cloth setting and sealed sample, while the order, the standards and the shipment are shared, so the styles arrive together as one range.

Does each style need its own minimum, or does the order total count?

The order total counts. Programs start from 3,000 pieces per order, and inside that total each colour and style runs from 800 pieces, so smaller styles ride inside the program instead of failing a minimum of their own.

Do all styles share one size chart, or can each style keep its own?

Each style keeps its own chart. A tapered chino and a relaxed cargo should not be graded from the same numbers, so every style is measured against its own approved size set, held in one program file.

Can ladies' and boys' pants join the men's range in one order?

Yes. Ladies and boys styles are cut on their own blocks and sampled separately, then sewn inside the same program with the same cloth library, label file and packing standards as the men's styles.

How are the different styles packed and marked inside one shipment?

Cartons are marked by style, colour and size run on the outside, with a packing list mapping every carton, so your warehouse can split the delivery by style without opening boxes.

Do you deliver complete pants range orders to the USA?

Yes. The USA is the lead market for the program, and complete ranges ship with full export documentation, through your nominated forwarder or freight arranged by us.
