Patient Gowns from Bangladesh for USA Hospitals, Clinics and Commercial Laundries

Our patient gowns are made to order in our Bangladesh factory - tie-back, wrap-front and IV sleeve gowns sewn as one program, so every ward, clinic and imaging room on your sites issues the same standard of gown. The range is built for hospital groups, clinic operators and laundry services that wash, sort and reissue these gowns every day.

Materials: Poly-cotton twill and poplin with a matte woven face in light blue, white, sage and soft all-over hospital prints, in a standard ward weight and a lighter setting for warm facilities.

Functionality: Open backs with sewn-in ties at neck and waist over a deep overlap, wrap fronts with snap fastening, snap IV sleeves and a telemetry pocket where your specification asks for one.

Size: Standard, large and bariatric cuts in two lengths, graded so shoulder, sleeve and body stay in proportion at every size.

Customization: Your hospital name printed across the back, colour-coded size binding for laundry sorting, your woven label, and packing split by size, style or site.

Light blue wrap-front patient gown in poly-cotton, full front view with crossover front, cloth tie bow at the side waist, short sleeves, round neckline and one chest pocket

Patient Gowns

Patient Gowns Made to Order in Bangladesh for Wards, Clinics and Imaging Centres

Every other garment in a hospital is chosen by the people who wear it. The patient gown is not. It is handed to somebody at the hardest moment of their year and judged on the spot: does it cover properly, does it stay tied, does it feel like cloth or like paper. A gown that gaps at the back or loses its ties in the laundry makes the whole ward look careless. Siatex Bangladesh has sewn garments in Dhaka since 1987, and our patient gown program covers tie-back, wrap-front and IV sleeve styles, made to order for hospitals, clinics and laundry services.

Every order is made to order: your cloth weight, style mix, printed name, label and packing, produced as one controlled run in our own plant.

Poly-Cotton Cloth That Keeps Its Shape Through Daily Hot Washing

The core cloth is poly-cotton: cotton against the skin, polyester holding the garment's shape through repeated hot washing, tumble drying and pressing. The face is a matte weave with the yarns visible, in a standard ward weight that drapes without clinging, and a lighter setting for warm facilities and imaging suites.

Plain shades run in light blue, white and sage. A second line of small all-over prints in soft colours - sprigs, dots and checks - does quiet work for the laundry: a printed gown is never mistaken for staff wear, and print hides the faint marks of long service better than a flat colour does. Shade standards are held across the run, so gowns added next year match this year's pile.

Open-Back Ties, Wrap Fronts and Snap IV Sleeves in One Gown Program

The classic gown opens down the back and fastens with ties at neck and waist. Our pattern carries a deep overlap on the back panels, so the gown stays closed when the patient walks the corridor. The ties are cut from the same cloth, sewn into the seam and bar tacked at the stress points, so they do not tear away in the laundry.

The wrap-front style crosses over and fastens with snaps and a side tie; imaging and maternity wards order it because the patient can open the front without help. The IV style carries a snap opening along the shoulder and sleeve, so lines and leads run to the arm while the gown stays on, and a telemetry chest pocket is added where your specification asks for one. All three styles share one cloth and colour standard, so a hospital can run them side by side.

Ward Sizes from Standard to Bariatric Graded to German Hospital Size Charts

The size run starts at a standard gown, then a large and an oversize bariatric cut, each in two body lengths. Grading grows shoulder, sleeve and body together, so the largest gown is a bigger garment, not a longer one, and the back overlap grows with the size so coverage is never graded away.

German hospital groups, who audit incoming size charts against the delivered goods, asked for the oversize cut graded on a fuller shoulder and a longer back panel; those settings sit in our block under the buyer's name. Send your own chart and we produce to it instead: the chart is locked into the production file and checked at final audit, so next winter's delivery measures the same as this winter's.

Printed Ward Names, Colour-Coded Sizes and Your Own Woven Label

A hospital name printed across the back looks like a small thing until the laundry invoice arrives: printed gowns come back to the right building, and unprinted ones drift. We print your name or logo across the back yoke in wash-fast ink, sampled on the real cloth before bulk so you approve the print as it will look after washing.

Size coding sits in the neck binding - one binding colour per size - so laundry staff sort a trolley of gowns at a glance without opening a single one. Your woven label carries your name, the size and the washing instructions, and cartons are packed by size, style or site, ready for your linen room.

Ordering Patient Gowns: Style Sheet, Laundry Trial, Then Bulk Sewing

Send your style sheet - cloth, styles, size chart, prints, back print artwork and packing - and we return a costed quotation with cloth options. A sample set follows in your lead style: wash it the way your plant really washes, on your toughest cycle, and check the ties, the snaps and the print. Only on your written approval do we cut bulk, with inline checks on measurements, fastenings and print placement as the run proceeds, and a final audit before cartons close.

Programs start from 3,000 pieces in total per order, tie-back, wrap and IV styles combined; within it, each colour and style runs from 800 pieces. Your approved sample, chart and shade standards stay on file, so the next order starts as a reorder.

Markets We Ship Patient Gowns To

USA: Hospital Groups Standardising One Gown Across Every Facility

American hospital groups bring every facility onto one gown through us: one tie-back pattern, one wrap style, one size chart held on file, so a new site issues the same gown from day one.

UK: Commercial Laundries and Linen Services Stocking Ward Gowns

British laundry services hold our gowns as rental stock under their own label: bar tacked ties, printed service marks and size-coded binding that survives their wash tunnels and sorting lines.

Canada: Imaging Centres and Care Homes on One Program

Canadian buyers split one order across settings - wrap-front gowns for imaging centres, tie-back gowns for care homes - each style packed and marked separately for its site.

France: Own-Label Patient Wear for Medical Supply Houses

French medical supply houses take the range under their own label for clinics and practices: their tags, size names and packing on gowns sewn to our cloth standard.

Australia: Hospital Suppliers Running Light-Cloth Gown Programs

Australian hospital suppliers order the lighter cloth setting for warm facilities, with printed styles for private clinics and plain shades for public wards on one order.

UAE: Private Hospitals Ordering Wrap Styles for Modest Coverage

Private hospitals in the Emirates lead with the wrap-front style and the longer length, with name printing in two languages across the back panel.

Questions USA Buyers Ask Before Ordering Patient Gowns

Can back ties be replaced with snaps or a full wrap front?

Yes. The back opening can close with snaps instead of ties, and the wrap-front style fastens with snaps and a side tie. Most buyers sample both closures and let their own teams choose.

Do your gowns come with IV sleeves and a telemetry pocket?

Yes. The IV style has a snap opening along the shoulder and sleeve for lines and leads, and a telemetry chest pocket is added wherever your specification places it.

Can our hospital name be printed across the back of the gown?

Yes. Your name or logo is printed across the back yoke in wash-fast ink and sampled on the real cloth before bulk, so the print you approve is the print that goes to production.

How are the sizes marked for quick laundry sorting?

Each size carries its own neck binding colour, and the woven label repeats the size in large type, so a trolley of washed gowns sorts by size at a glance.

What is the smallest order you accept for patient gowns?

Programs start from 3,000 pieces per order, tie-back, wrap and IV styles combined; each colour and style runs from 800 pieces inside that total.

Do you deliver finished patient gown orders to the USA?

Yes. The USA is the lead market for this range, and every order ships with full export documentation, through your nominated forwarder or freight arranged by us.

If your wards are due fresh gowns, send us your style sheet. We will reply with a quotation, cloth options and a sample timeline.
