All Sweater Styles from One Bangladesh Knitting Program for USA Category Buyers
Our sweater program covers the whole sweater category your buyers shop for - fine crews for layering, V-necks, button cardigan sweaters and heavy chunky knits - all knitted to order on one factory floor in Bangladesh, so one colour story, one fit standard and one label run across every style.
Materials: Cotton, acrylic and wool-blend yarns held by the cone in burgundy, grey marl, sage, stone and forest green, with the gauge and the hand set style by style.
Functionality: Fully-fashioned panels linked loop to loop, ribbed neckbands, cuffs and hems knitted into each garment, and stitches from smooth stocking stitch to cable and rib.
Size: Mens and ladies XS to 4XL and kids 2 to 14 years, each style graded on its own block so a chunky knit and a fine crew keep the same fit promise.
Customization: Your woven neck label, hang tags and care wording, chest embroidery where a style calls for it, and folded or bagged retail packing to your format.

Every Sweater Style in Your Line, Knitted on One Factory Floor
A sweater buyer almost never buys a single style. The line holds a fine crew for layering, a V-neck to sit over a shirt, a button cardigan sweater for the in-between months and a heavy chunky knit for the cold weeks - and when each of those comes from a different factory, the colour story drifts, the fits disagree and the quality varies from style to style. This program knits the whole sweater category under one roof in our Dhaka factory, where we have made garments since 1987, so every style shares one yarn standard, one fit library and one inspection bench.
The program is made to order from end to end: you pick the styles, the yarns and the colours, we knit, link and finish them as one coordinated run under your label.
A Sweater Yarn Shelf Stocked by the Cone - Cotton, Acrylic and Wool Blends
Category sourcing stands or falls on the yarn shelf. Cotton gives a firm, cool hand for fine and mid-weight styles, acrylic holds bright and heathered shades at a sharp price, and wool blends carry the warmth in winter weights. Marl, heather and solid shades are all booked against your shade card, and every yarn lot is checked for count and shade before it reaches a machine, so the burgundy in your crew matches the burgundy in your cardigan sweater.
Because the shelf is stocked by the cone across the gauges the category needs, new styles are sampled in the actual production yarn - what you approve is what bulk knitting runs.
Crew, V-Neck, Cardigan and Chunky - One Style Library for the Whole Category
The style library covers the shapes a sweater department sells: crews and V-necks in fine to mid gauges, button-through cardigan sweaters with plackets that lie flat, turtleneck and mock-neck styles for the cold months, and chunky knits in cable, rib and textured stitches. Panels are fully fashioned - shaped on the machine at the armhole and neck - rather than cut from knitted cloth, so the shoulder line is clean and no cut waste is left at the seams.
Stitch structures are set per style: smooth stocking stitch for the layering pieces, ribs and cables where texture is wanted, and jacquard patterns worked into the panel for fashion styles.
Fit Blocks Held Across Every Style, from Fine Layering Crews to Heavy Chunky Knits
A category only reads as one brand when the fit agrees across it. Each style is knitted on a block from our fit library - regular through the chest, a shoulder that sits true, body and sleeve lengths in proportion - and the chunky styles carry more ease than the fine crews, as they should, without changing the size the customer reaches for. Every sample is measured flat against its specification, and bulk is held to those measurements style by style, size by size.
Sweater Sizes XS to 4XL Graded to Dutch Retail Size Charts
The program runs men and ladies from XS to 4XL and kids from 2 to 14 years, each wearer group graded on its own block so the proportions hold from the smallest size to the largest. Dutch retail buyers supply their own size charts for their sweater lines, and those programs are knitted point for point to the charts given; any buyer's chart is followed the same way. A full size set in the lead style is measured and approved before the rest of the line goes to bulk.
Private Label Sweaters - Your Brand at the Neck, Your Tickets on the Fold
However many styles the order holds, it leaves our floor as one brand: yours. Your woven label sits at the back neck of every style, size and care wording follows your format, and chest embroidery or a woven badge can be added where a style calls for it. Hang tags, price tickets and barcodes are applied at packing, styles and wearer groups mix inside one order, and nothing on a garment or a carton names us.
How a Sweater Program Runs - Style Picks, Strike-Offs and Bulk Knitting
A program order starts with your style picks: necklines, gauges, yarns, colours, size charts, label and packing. We knit strike-offs and samples in the production yarn for every style, you approve or correct them, and only the approved set releases bulk knitting. The run then moves style by style through knitting, linking, washing and finishing, checked at each stage and inspected against the approved samples before cartons are sealed. Programs start from 3,000 pieces per order, with styles and colours combined from 800 pieces each, so a fine crew, a V-neck, a cardigan sweater and a chunky style can be built inside a single run.
Markets We Ship Sweaters To
USA: Category-Wide Sweater Sourcing for Chain and Online Sellers
American chain and online sellers source the whole sweater wall from this program: layering crews, V-necks, cardigan sweaters and chunky knits in one colour story, knitted to one fit standard and packed ready for the rail or the parcel.
UK: Sweater Lines for Mid-Market Fashion Retailers
British mid-market retailers build their autumn and winter sweater lines here, mixing fine gauges for layering with textured fashion styles, all under their own label and tickets.
Germany: Structured Sweater Assortments for Buying Groups
German buying groups place planned assortments across the category - core colours in depth, seasonal shades in shorter runs - with sizing held to the printed chart their members sell against.
Canada: Deep-Winter Sweater Styles for Regional Chains
Canadian regional chains lean on the heavy end of the library: wool blends and chunky stitches for sweaters worn as a main warm layer, with size runs weighted to the larger sizes.
France: Seasonal Sweater Drops for Independent Fashion Labels
French independent labels order shorter seasonal drops of two or three styles, sampled ahead of each collection, with soft-handled yarns and fine embroidery in place of print.
Australia: Mid-Weight Sweaters for Southern Autumn Ranges
Australian retailers take mid-weight crews and cardigan sweaters in stone, grey marl and sage for their autumn ranges, in gauges that suit a shorter, milder cold season.
Questions USA Buyers Ask Before Sourcing Sweaters
Can we source every sweater style we sell from this one program?
Yes - that is what the program is built for. Every style is knitted on the same floor against one yarn standard and one fit library, so the whole category arrives as one coordinated line under your label.
Will the same shade match across a fine crew and a chunky knit?
Yes. Yarn for every style is dyed or booked to the same shade card, and each gauge is approved from its own swatch, because fine and chunky knits read the same dye a little differently.
Do you develop new sweater styles from our sketches or samples?
Yes. Send a sketch, a photo or a sample garment and we work the style up in the production yarn, with stitch, gauge and fit settled at sampling and the sample sent for approval before bulk.
Can mens, ladies and kids sweaters share one order and one colour story?
Yes. Each wearer group is knitted on its own block and graded from its own chart, and the groups combine inside the order total, so a family colour story can run from kids sizes to 4XL in a single program.
What is the minimum order for a multi-style sweater program?
Programs start from 3,000 pieces per order. Inside that total, styles and colours combine from 800 pieces each, so four or five styles can be carried in one run without each one needing a full order of its own.
Can a multi-style sweater order be delivered to the USA?
Yes. The USA is a main market for this program, and every order ships with export documentation, through your nominated forwarder or freight arranged by us. The other markets are covered in the markets section above.
