Industrial Coveralls

Industrial Boiler Suits Made to Order for Plants, Workshops and Maintenance Fleets

An industrial suit lives a harder life than a general work suit. It goes on at shift start, takes a day of plant work, then goes into a laundry cage, expected back clean, whole and the right size for the next wearer. A snagged seam, a failed zip, a leg shortened in the wash - any one takes a fitter out of uniform. This boiler suit is sewn against that cycle: heavy twill, seams built for repeated industrial washing, a size file on record so the five-hundredth suit matches the first. Our Dhaka factory has sewn workwear since 1987, and fleet orders run here as one controlled program.

Every order is made to order: your cloth, colours, size run and lengths, closure and pocket layout, and your label, produced to your specification.

Heavy Cotton and Poly-Cotton Twill Built to Survive the Industrial Laundry

The cotton twill setting gives a firm, breathable suit with a visible diagonal weave and a dry matte face. The poly-cotton setting is the laundry cloth: it dries faster, holds colour and shape through wash after wash, and comes back with fewer creases. Both run in a mid weight for general plant work and a heavier weight for yard and shutdown work. Colours - stone grey, khaki, olive, orange - are garment-dyed and checked lot by lot against the approved swatch. Before bulk, trial suits are washed on your laundry cycle and measured, so shrinkage is graded into the pattern, not discovered at first issue.

Pass-Through Pockets, Underarm Vents and a Front That Opens Over Boots

The front closes with a two-way metal zip running the full body length under a snap storm flap, opening from the hem for boots or from the collar for air, teeth covered and clean. Side pockets are pass-through slots in the side seams, so a wearer reaches his own trouser pockets underneath without unzipping the suit. Two chest pockets - one with a pencil stall - two back pockets and a leg rule pocket are standard. Underarm vent eyelets let heat out, the stand collar sits up against the neck, and elastic back-waist sections hold the suit in while the front stays smooth for name tapes.

Triple Stitching and Bar Tacks Where Plant Suits Wear Out First

Plant suits fail at predictable points, so that is where the sewing goes heaviest. The inseam and seat are felled and triple stitched, the crotch rise reinforced, the underarm seams double-needled. Every pocket mouth, zip base, flap corner and cuff end is bar tacked. Snaps and zip teeth are metal that survives commercial washing without corroding or seizing, and elastic waist sections are anchored deep into the side seams so they cannot roll or pull free. Thread is core-spun, stitch density fixed at sampling, and every suit is pulled and checked at finishing: one that strains never joins the pool.

Chest Sizes 36 to 56 With Short and Long Legs, Graded for the Australian Plant Market

A one-piece suit grades as one body: chest, torso and inside leg grow together, or the suit pulls at the shoulder on a reach and rides up when he sits. Our block runs chest 36 to 56 in short, regular and long lengths, torso and leg graded in step. Australian plant buyers run mixed crews - short fitters and tall operators on one site - and order all three lengths at every chest size so nobody is squeezed into the nearest fit. A full size set is sewn and measured before bulk cutting, and the approved numbers stay on file, so a top-up order years later issues in the same fit.

Fleet Issue Marking: Name Tapes, Depot Coding and Your Woven Label

A fleet suit has to say whose it is and where it belongs. Your woven label sits at the neck, your size and care marks follow your artwork, and a wearer's name tape can be embroidered above the chest pocket in your thread colours. Depot codes are embroidered or heat-fixed to your system, and each bundle carries a size and depot label readable at a glance. Suits leave packed by plant, crew or size run, with cartons marked to match, so a multi-depot order splits straight off the delivery.

Setting Up a Fleet Program: Size Census, Wear Trial, Then Bulk Cutting

A fleet order starts with your census: how many wearers, at which plants and depots, in which sizes and lengths. We sew trial suits in the ordered cloth, to be worn on real shifts and washed on your laundry cycle; comments and wash measurements come back, the pattern is corrected, and only the sealed sample releases bulk cutting. Production is checked at cutting, sewing and finishing against the sample, and your size file stays open for repeats. Programs start from 3,000 pieces per order, with colours and styles combined from 800 pieces each, so several depots, two colours and a second cloth setting can all run inside one order.

Markets We Ship Industrial Coveralls To

USA: Factory Maintenance and Vehicle Fleet Programs on One Specification

American manufacturers and fleet operators run the suit as the standard plant uniform across several sites: one cloth, one size file, depot-coded marking, and cartons split by plant so each location draws its own pool from the same run.

UK: Workwear Rental and Laundry Service Stock Programs

British rental and laundry service companies order the poly-cotton setting as pool stock: core sizes held deep, colour and seams proven on their wash cycle at trial, and repeat orders called off against the size file.

Germany: Automotive Plant and Supplier Maintenance Teams

German automotive plants and their supplier parks kit maintenance teams in one suit across the site: three leg lengths at every chest size, name tapes placed to template, and deliveries checked against the sealed sample before dispatch.

Canada: Mine Support and Plant Shutdown Turnaround Crews

Canadian industrial buyers order the heavier twill for mine support and shutdown work, where extra crews are kitted fast for a turnaround: tall lengths well represented, suits packed by crew for direct issue.

Australia: Regional Workshop and Processing Plant Uniform Supply

Australian regional suppliers stock the suit for workshops and processing plants on one program: stone grey and khaki lead, short and long lengths at every size, cartons clearly marked for small stores holding one carton per size.

UAE: Port Operations and Plant Service Crews in Hot-Climate Twill

Port and plant service operators in the Emirates take the lighter cloth setting with underarm vents for crews working in heat: the same reinforced build in a cooler suit, logo across the back, bundles packed per crew for depot issue.

Questions USA Buyers Ask Before Ordering Industrial Coveralls

Can one order kit out several plants and depots on different size runs?

Yes - that is how fleet programs are set up: one specification, one order, with size runs, depot codes and carton splits set per plant, so each site receives its own pool from the same run.

Will the colour and seams hold up through commercial laundry cycles?

The poly-cotton setting is built for that. Before bulk, trial suits go through your laundry cycle and are measured and inspected; seams, colour and shrinkage are approved on washed suits, not new ones.

Can suits be packed and marked separately for each depot or crew?

Yes. Bundles are packed by plant, crew or size run, with depot coding on the suit and label and cartons marked to match, so a multi-site delivery splits at the door.

What is the minimum order quantity for industrial coveralls?

Programs start from 3,000 pieces per order. Inside that total, colours and styles combine from 800 pieces each, so several depots, two colours or a second cloth setting can run in the same order.

Do you deliver industrial coverall orders to the USA?

Yes. The USA is a main market for this program, and every order ships with export documentation, through your nominated forwarder or freight arranged by us.
