Dress Trousers and Five-Pocket Casuals from Bangladesh for USA Retail Ranges
A trouser is the hardest-working item in a woven range, and our trouser program sews the full woven offer in one place. Flat-front dress trousers, pleated styles and five-pocket casuals are made to order in our Bangladesh factory under one cloth shelf, one size file and one packing standard, so a range holds together from formal rail to casual table.
Cloths: Suiting twills and wool-blend dress cloths for the formal styles, cotton twills in standard and stretch settings for the casual legs, dyed to your palette in stone, khaki, grey, olive and burgundy.
The range: Flat-front and pleated dress trousers, five-pocket casual trousers and relaxed woven styles for men, with ladies and youth sizes on the same program terms.
Sizes: Waist sizes 28 to 48 with drop and leg lengths graded per style, every style measured against its approved sample before bulk cutting.
Branding: Your woven label inside the waistband, your size and care marks, hang tags and retail or bulk packing across every style.

Trouser Programs Cut and Sewn in Bangladesh for Retail Buyers
A woven range usually stands or falls on its trousers. The dress pair goes to work and to weddings, the five-pocket casual carries the weekend, and both hang under the same label. Sewn in different places, the waist standards wander, the dye lots split and the size file stops meaning one thing. Our Dhaka factory has sewn garments since 1987, and this program keeps the whole woven trouser offer together: dress and casual styles made to order in one plant, on one cloth shelf, under one set of measures.
Every order is made to order: your styles, your cloths, your size charts, your label and your packing, produced here to your specification and checked style by style before the cartons close.
Suiting Twills, Wool-Blend Dress Cloths and Cotton Twills on One Cloth Shelf
The program buys cloth the way a trouser range is sold: formal and casual together. Suiting twills in polyester-viscose and wool-blend dress cloths carry the formal legs, with a dry face that presses a clean crease. Cotton twills in standard weights, and stretch settings carry the casual and comfort legs. Every face is matte, and shades are dyed to your palette in stone, khaki, grey, olive and burgundy. Because the dye work is planned once for the whole range, the grey ordered for a dress trouser and a casual style is judged against the same swatch standard, and each lot is checked before cutting.
Flat-Front Dress Trousers, Pleated Fronts and Five-Pocket Casual Styles
The dress trouser runs flat-front in slim, tapered and regular cuts, and in a pleated front for buyers whose customers still ask for the room a pleat gives. Half lining to the knee is available on the formal styles where a range calls for it. The casual side runs five-pocket builds with curved front pockets and a coin pocket, drawstring and elastic-back comfort styles, and relaxed legs. Men's sizes form the core of the program; ladies and youth trousers join on the same terms, cut on their own blocks. Every style is sampled and approved before it enters a bulk order.
Pressed Creases, Hook-and-Bar Closures and Waistbands That Sit Flat
A trouser shows its making at the waistband and down the leg. Dress styles close with a hook and bar over an inside button, the fly shield lies flat, and the waistband is built with a curtain inside, so it grips a shirt and sits level. A pressed crease runs down each formal leg, set at finishing and checked pair by pair. Casual styles close with a button and zip fly. Across the program, pocket mouths and belt loop bases are bar tacked, inseams and outseams are sewn to the stitch density fixed on the sealed sample, and hems are level. Finished pairs from every style are measured against their own sealed sample before folding.
Waist Sizes 28 to 48 With Drop and Leg Grading for the German Retail Market
Waists run 28 to 48, and the grading respects the drop: a man's waist-to-seat difference at a 30 is not the same as at a 44, so each style is graded in steps rather than stretched from one middle size. Short, regular and long inside legs are graded per waist, and dress and casual styles keep separate charts, because a tapered dress leg and a relaxed casual leg should never share numbers. German retail buyers set the discipline here: their stores sell by waist-and-leg pairing, and their charts are held in the program file under the buyer's name. Any buyer's own chart can be followed the same way, and a full size set of each style is sewn and measured for approval before bulk cutting.
Private Label Waistband Marks, Care Labels and Barcode Ticketing
Every pair leaves the floor as your product. Your woven label sits inside the waistband, your size and care wording follows your artwork, and a small embroidered mark or back patch can be added. Hang tags and barcode tickets are printed to your format and applied at packing. Packing splits two ways inside one shipment: formal pairs folded on hangers or flat with crease guards for the dress rail, and casual pairs folded and polybagged for the table, with cartons marked by style and size run. Nothing on the garment or in the carton names us.
How a Trouser Order Moves From Style File to Sealed Cartons
An order opens with your style file: the styles, cloth settings, colours, size charts, pocket, waistband and lining details, label artwork and packing for each line. We sew a fitting sample of every style in its ordered cloth and send the set for approval; comments come back, samples are corrected, and only the sealed set releases bulk cutting. Production runs as one order, checked at cutting, sewing, pressing and finishing, with a final inspection of each style against its sealed sample. Programs start from 3,000 pieces per order, with colours and styles combined from 800 pieces each, so the dress, pleated and five-pocket styles share one total.
Markets We Ship Trousers To
USA: Dress and Casual Trouser Lines for Department and Chain Stores
American department and chain buyers run both sides of the program: flat-front dress trousers for the formal wall and five-pocket casuals for the weekend table, sewn under one label and one size file.
UK: Dress Trousers and Casuals for Catalogue Menswear Ranges
British catalogue buyers carry both sides of the range in their menswear pages, holding stone, grey and khaki across seasons for top-up orders, with waist-and-leg pairings packed the way their customers order them.
France: Slim Dress Trousers for Boutique Menswear Labels
French boutique labels order the closer-cut formal styles: slim flat-front legs in suiting twill, restrained colours, and short seasonal runs sampled ahead of each collection.
Canada: Seasonal Trouser Ranges for Regional Store Groups
Canadian regional groups mix heavier twill casuals for the cold months with dress trousers for year-round selling, so one shipment covers both departments.
Australia: Lightweight Casual Trousers for Year-Round Programs
Australian retailers take the lighter cotton twill settings for programs that sell in every season, in stone, khaki and olive, cartons marked by style and size for small stores.
UAE: Formal Trousers Inside Hotel and Office Uniform Orders
Hotels and office groups in the Emirates place the formal styles inside wider staff uniform orders: the same waistband label file and size standards as the rest of the issue, packed per property.
Questions USA Buyers Ask Before Ordering Woven Trousers
Can dress trousers and five-pocket casuals share one order?
Yes. Each style keeps its own pattern, cloth and sealed sample, while the order total, the standards and the shipment are shared, so formal and casual legs arrive together as one range.
What is the smallest trouser order you will sew?
Programs start from 3,000 pieces per order. Inside that total, each colour and style runs from 800 pieces, so a smaller pleated style can ride inside the program beside the volume flat-front lines.
Do the pleated and flat-front styles each keep their own pattern?
Yes. A pleated front is a different garment from a flat front, not the same block with a fold added. Each is patterned, sampled and graded on its own.
Can you sew to our own waist and leg size chart?
Yes. Send your chart and we grade to it, including your drop and your inside-leg steps. A full size set is sewn and measured for your approval before bulk cutting.
Are half-lined dress trousers available inside the program?
Yes. Formal styles can be lined to the knee where your range calls for it, sampled first so the drape and crease are approved before bulk.
Can finished trouser orders be delivered to the USA?
Yes. The USA is the lead market for this program, and orders ship with full export documentation, through your nominated forwarder or freight arranged by us. The other markets we serve are covered above.
