Every roll is checked for stretch, recovery and shade against the approved standard before it is cut, and print cloth is struck off on the same production knit, so the colour the buyer approves is the colour that gets sewn.

A swim range sells as a wall, not as single pieces. One-piece suits run in scoop neck, V neck and high neck cuts, with fixed straps or adjustable straps. Tankinis pair a longer top with a brief or a swim short, and swim shorts come in ladies and children's lengths with an inner brief sewn in. Children's sets follow the same prints and colours as the ladies range. Each style is its own pattern, cut and sewn as its own garment, while dye lots and print colours are matched across the range, so a teal suit, its tankini and the children's set in the same print read as one program.

Lined Fronts, Covered Elastic and Flat Seams in Every Swim Style

The construction details are what a wearer feels at the first swim. Leg openings, armholes and necklines are finished with covered elastic, so the edge holds its place without a hard ridge against the skin. Straps carry elastic inside the binding for the same reason. Seams are stitched flat where they run across the body, short hems are coverstitched so they stretch with the cloth, and the lining is bagged out cleanly so no raw edge shows at the neckline. Bar tacks hold the strap joins and the side splits on swim shorts where they take strain.

Ladies and Children's Swim Sizes Graded for the German Retail Market

Swim grading has to protect the fit at both ends of the size run. Ladies sizes run from XS to XXL and children's sizes run by age from 2 to 12 years, with bust, waist, hip and body length graded in proportion, so the leg line and the strap position stay where the pattern puts them. German swim retailers ask for a slightly longer body length on their ladies block and a closer fit at the leg opening, and that adjustment is written into their grading and held under the buyer's name for reorders. Send your own size chart and we grade to it instead; a full size set is measured against the approved fit sample before bulk cutting.

The range leaves our floor carrying your name, not ours. Your artwork is printed all over the cloth or placed on the front, struck off on the production knit and approved by you before bulk. The ladies and children's styles share the same print screens, so the colours match across the wall. Your woven label sits at the back neck or the side seam, with printed size marks if you prefer them. Pieces are folded and packed singly in polybags with your card insert, or packed as sets where your stores need them, with carton marks to your specification. We return fit samples of each style in the production cloth, with print strike-offs on the same cloth, and bulk starts only on your written approval.
