Legging cloth is the firmest knit we run, with a higher spandex content and a dense construction that does not turn sheer when it stretches. Weights run from 160 GSM training jerseys to 300 GSM legging cloth, and every roll is checked for stretch, recovery and shade before it is cut.

The construction details are what a wearer feels by the second session. Seams on tees, tanks and leggings are sewn flatlock, so the seam lies flat against the body instead of standing up in a ridge. Hems are coverstitched so they stretch with the cloth. Shorts carry a gusset at the fork and a drawcord waistband with bar-tacked eyelets, and the legging waistband is a wide, high-rise band with elastic inside so it does not roll down in training. Pocket mouths and strap joins are bar-tacked where they take strain.

Gym grading has to protect the fit at both ends of the size run. Ladies sizes run XS to XXL and men's S to 3XL, with chest, length, waist and rise graded in proportion, so a chest print sits at the same height and a legging keeps its rise on every size. German sports retailers ask for a slightly longer tee body and a firmer legging waist on their blocks, and that adjustment is written into their grading and held under the buyer's name for the next reorder. Send your own size chart and we grade to it instead; a full size set is measured against the approved fit sample before bulk cutting.
