Two knits carry the program. Tricot is a fine warp knit with a smooth, flat face and a clean finish that takes embroidery and print sharply; it is the cloth behind most team and school tracksuits. Interlock is a double knit, smooth on both faces and a little heavier in the hand, used where a buyer wants a firmer jacket body. Both run in polyester or polyester-cotton from 220 to 300 gsm, and the weight is settled on the cloth sample, not on a printed figure. Every roll is checked for shade, weight and surface before cutting, and the jacket and pant panels of one set always come out of the same batch, so top and bottom match.

Zip-Front Jackets and Tapered Pants Sewn as One Matched Set

The jacket is a full-zip front with a ribbed stand collar, ribbed cuffs and a ribbed hem band, and two side pockets set into the seams. The zip is sewn flat so the front lies straight and does not wave when worn open. The pants carry an elastic waistband with a flat drawcord, two side pockets and a tapered leg that finishes in a ribbed ankle cuff, or an open hem where a design asks for one. A woven side tape can run down the sleeve and the outside leg in your colours, stitched on before the pieces are closed so the stripe sits straight from shoulder to ankle. Pocket mouths and zip ends are bar-tacked, and both pieces travel through cutting, sewing and finishing as one order.

Set Proportions Graded as a Pair, From Jacket Hem to Pant Cuff

The two pieces are graded together, not measured as strangers. Jacket body length is set against the pant rise so the hem band lands on the hip where it should, the sleeve is cut with room to move over a shirt, and the pant taper is balanced against the jacket body so the set reads as one outfit at every size. Finished sets are measured against the approved sample - jacket chest, body length and sleeve, pant waist, rise and inside leg - before packing.

Youth sizes run from S to XL and adult sizes from S to 3XL, graded on one block per style, so a crest lands at the same height on a child's jacket and an adult one.
