Tricot and brushed fleece cloths carry the track suits and warm-up jackets. Weights run from 140 GSM mesh tops to 280 GSM track cloth, and every roll is checked for shade, stretch and hand feel before it is cut. Weights, stretch and shade are agreed on the cloth sample itself, not on printed figures.

The range is planned on one colour story. Soccer and team jerseys run in short and long sleeve cuts with crew, V-neck and stand collars. Training tops come in short sleeve, sleeveless and long sleeve versions for the warm-up and the gym. Shorts are cut in match and training lengths with an elastic drawcord waist, and track suits pair a zip jacket with a tapered or straight-leg pant. Each style has its own pattern and is sewn as its own garment, but dye lots are booked together and print colours are matched across the program, so the squad reads as one team.

Ribbed Collars, Taped Necks and Bar-Tacked Pocket Mouths in Every Style

The construction is the part a player notices by the third wash. Collars are ribbed and the neck is taped so it lies flat and keeps its shape. Sleeves are set raglan or inset to your pattern, side seams and hems are coverstitched, and the joins that take strain - armholes, pocket mouths, drawcord eyelets and zip ends - are bar-tacked. Shorts carry a gusset at the fork where the design asks for one, and track pants finish with elastic or ribbed ankle cuffs to your specification. Every finished piece is checked seam by seam before printing or folding.

Youth S to Adult 4XL on One Grading for Dutch Sports Clubs

A sportswear program has to hold its fit from the youngest age group to the largest adult size. Youth sizes run from S to XL and adult sizes from S to 4XL, graded on one block per style, so a chest print lands at the same height and a number sits in the same place on every shirt. Dutch clubs and school suppliers ask us to hold a slightly longer body on their training tops and a straighter leg on their track pants, and that grading is kept under the buyer's name for the next season's reorder. Send your own size chart and we grade to it instead; a full size set is measured against the approved sample before bulk cutting.
