One-Piece Work Coveralls from Bangladesh for USA Industrial and Maintenance Crews

Our work coveralls are made to order in our Bangladesh factory - a one-piece overall in cotton twill, worn over a crew member's own clothes and worked in all shift, with a two-way zip under a snap storm flap and an elastic back waist that gives when he bends, climbs and kneels. Maintenance teams, utilities and workshops order it because one garment kits the whole crew under your brand.

Materials: Cotton twill with a visible diagonal weave and a dry matte face, in khaki, olive, stone and grey; a lighter twill setting for hot plants and indoor crews.

Functionality: Two-way zip with snap storm flap, bi-swing action back, elastic back waist, two chest pockets, two swing pockets, back pockets and a rule pocket, bar tacks at every strain point.

Size: Chest 36 to 58 in regular and tall lengths, body and leg graded together to your chart.

Customization: Your woven label, embroidered chest or back logo, reflective tape where your program needs it, and bulk or per-crew packing.

Work Coveralls

Work Coveralls Made to Order in Bangladesh for Industrial Crews

A coverall has the hardest brief in the workwear bag: one garment has to protect the whole body, survive a shift of climbing, kneeling and reaching, and still be comfortable enough that the crew wears it. When it binds at the shoulder or splits at the crotch, it stays in the locker. This one-piece suit is built against those failures - a cotton twill overall with a two-way zip, an action back and an elastic waist that gives as the body moves. Our Dhaka factory has sewn workwear since 1987, and the coverall is sewn here as one controlled run, so fit, shade and stitching come back the same on every order.

Every order is made to order: your colours, your size chart, your closure and pocket layout, and your label, produced to your specification.

Cotton Twill That Shrugs Off Grease, Dust and Daily Washing

The standard cloth is a mid-weight cotton twill with a visible diagonal weave and a dry, matte face. It is heavy enough to take workshop grease, dust and snagging edges without marking the clothes underneath, and it launders clean shift after shift without going thin at the knee, the seat or the elbow. A lighter twill setting covers hot plants and indoor crews who wear the suit all day in warm air. Colours are garment-dyed in khaki, olive, stone and grey, and every dye lot is checked against the approved swatch. Where a program needs the crew seen in poor light, reflective tape can be sewn at chest, arms and legs in the layout you specify.

Two-Way Zip, Snap Storm Flap and a Back That Lets Arms Reach

The front closes with a two-way metal zip running the full body length, so the wearer can open from the hem for boots and braces or from the collar for air, and a snap storm flap covers the teeth so they stay clean and the front stays flat. The back is cut with a bi-swing action fold at each shoulder: reach overhead or haul on a wrench and the sleeve pulls from the fold, not from the cuff. The back waist is elasticated, holding the suit in at the middle without a belt while the front waist sits smooth. Two chest pockets, two front swing pockets, two back pockets and a leg rule pocket make up the standard layout, each where a working hand falls.

Reinforced Seams at the Crotch, Seat and Underarm

A coverall fails at its junctions, so that is where the sewing is heaviest. The crotch is gusseted and triple stitched, the seat seam and underarm seams are sewn with double needles, and every pocket mouth, zip base, flap end and cuff is bar tacked. The elastic back waist is anchored into the side seams so it cannot roll or pull out in the wash. Thread is core-spun and stitch density is fixed at sampling; a suit that strains at inspection never reaches bulk.

Coverall Chest Sizes 36 to 58 Graded for the German Industrial Market

A one-piece suit has no waistband to forgive a bad grade: chest, body length and inside leg have to grow together or the suit rides up at the shoulder. Our block runs chest 36 to 58 in regular and tall lengths, with the torso and leg graded in step at every size. German industrial buyers order this style for service teams across many sites, and their programs pair each chest size with both leg lengths so tall fitters are not squeezed into regular bodies. A full size set is sewn and measured before bulk cutting, and the approved numbers stay on file so a reorder kits a new starter in exactly the same fit.

Chest and Back Logo Embroidery, Woven Labels and Crew Packing

The suit leaves our floor carrying your name, not ours. Your woven label sits at the neck, your size and care marks follow your artwork, and a company logo can be embroidered on the chest or across the back to your placement and thread colours. Suits are packed bulk by size for depot issue, folded into individual polybags for crew-by-crew handout, or packed as named sets where a program issues one man his full kit. Cartons are marked by size run and program, so a depot can issue a full crew straight from the delivery.

From Crew List to Sealed Sample - How Coverall Production Runs

An order starts with your crew list: twill weight, colours, size run and leg lengths, closure, pocket layout, tape layout if any, and label artwork. We sew the fit sample in the ordered cloth and send it to be worn and washed by a real wearer; your comments come back, the pattern is corrected, and only the sealed sample releases bulk cutting. Production is checked at cutting, sewing and finishing against that sample. Programs start from 3,000 pieces per order, with colours and styles combined from 800 pieces each, so two colours and a second closure style can run inside one order.

Markets We Ship Work Coveralls To

USA: Maintenance and Plant Crews on Multi-Site Programs

American facilities and maintenance groups order the coverall as the standard crew suit across several sites: one specification, one size file, cartons marked by site so each plant receives its own crew kit from the same run.

UK: Facilities and Engineering Contractor Kits

British engineering contractors issue the suit to mobile teams who move between client sites: khaki and grey lead, the elastic back waist suits drivers as much as fitters, and sizes are held on file for fast starter packs.

Germany: Workshop and Plant Service Uniform Programs

German service companies run the coverall inside audited uniform programs: chest and tall lengths on one chart, embroidery placed to template, and every delivery checked against the sealed sample before dispatch.

Canada: Utility and Municipal Crews in Heavier Twill

Canadian utility and municipal buyers take the heavier twill setting for outdoor crews through the cold shoulder seasons, with tall lengths well represented and tape layouts set by their own programs.

Australia: Farm, Workshop and Regional Service Crews

Australian regional suppliers order the khaki and olive settings for farm and workshop wear: a sound twill, pockets that take tools and gloves, and cartons clearly marked for small stores holding one carton per size.

UAE: Facility Maintenance Teams in Lightweight Twill

Maintenance firms in the Emirates choose the lighter twill for indoor and shaded work: the same one-piece build in a cooler cloth, logo across the back, suits packed per team for direct issue at the depot.

Questions USA Buyers Ask Before Ordering Work Coveralls

Zip front, snap front, or both - which closure can we choose?

All three. The standard suit runs a two-way zip under a snap storm flap; a full snap front and a concealed zip setting are both on the pattern, and the choice is fixed at sampling.

Can the coverall carry reflective tape for night and yard work?

Yes. Tape width and layout are set to your program - chest band, arm and leg bands are the common settings - and the tape is sewn on, never glued, so it survives the same washing as the suit.

How do coverall sizes run against chest measurements?

Sizes are true chest sizes, 36 to 58, each in regular and tall lengths with body and leg graded together. Send your crew's chest and height list and we will map it to a size run before sampling.

What is the minimum order quantity for work coveralls?

Programs start from 3,000 pieces per order. Inside that total, colours and styles combine from 800 pieces each, so a second colour or closure can run in the same order.

Do you deliver work coverall orders to the USA?

Yes. The USA is a main market for this style, and every order ships with full export documentation, through your nominated forwarder or freight arranged by us.
