Heavy-Duty Work Polo Shirts from Bangladesh for USA Crews and Workwear Suppliers
Our men's work polo shirts are sewn to order in our Bangladesh factory for workwear suppliers and fleet buyers who kit out crews that wear a polo hard: site teams, warehouse staff, service engineers and drivers. This is a heavier shirt than a fashion polo - reinforced placket, chest pocket, and seams set to take daily wear, weekly washing and a logo that stays readable across a yard.
Materials: Heavyweight cotton pique and cotton-rich pique at 220 to 260 GSM with a firm knit face and a matte finish, pre-shrunk and dyed to your shade, with colour held across every reorder.
Functionality: Three-button placket reinforced at the base, chest pocket with a pen slot, taped shoulder seams, ribbed collar and cuffs, bar-tacked side vents and a flat stitched hem that stays level through the wash.
Size: Men's sizes S to 4XL on a workwear grade with room through the chest and enough body length to stay tucked through a shift.
Customization: Your crew logo embroidered on the chest, sleeve or back yoke, trade names under the chest mark, your neck label, size tabs and packing by crew or depot.

Men's Work Polo Shirts
Work Polo Shirts Built for Men Who Work in Them All Week
A work polo earns its keep differently from any other polo. It goes on at six in the morning, spends the day on a site, in a warehouse or behind a wheel, and goes through the wash at the end of the week with twenty others just like it. We sew men's work polo shirts to order in our Bangladesh factory for workwear suppliers, hire companies and fleet buyers who need that shirt to survive the job - and to make every crew wearing it look like one crew.
The build starts from the wear, not from the photograph. The cloth is heavier, the placket is reinforced where hands pull at it, the pocket is placed where a pen and a notebook actually sit, and the whole shirt is cut with working room through the chest and shoulders.
Heavyweight Pique at 240 GSM That Stands Up to Weekly Hot Washes
Work polos are washed hot and washed often, so the cloth has to be specified for it. Our standard work pique runs at 240 GSM in firm cotton or a cotton-rich blend, with lighter 220 GSM and heavier 260 GSM settings where a buyer wants them. The knit face is tight and even, so the shirt keeps a clean surface instead of pilling rough after a season of laundry.
Every fabric lot is pre-shrunk and shade-checked before cutting, and the approved shade is held on a program sheet with its recipe, so the shirts issued next year match the shirts already on the crew.
Reinforced Plackets, Chest Pockets and Bar-Tacked Vents: the Workwear Build
The details are the ones a crew uses. The three-button placket is fused and reinforced at the base, where a polo pulled on and off daily usually tears first. The chest pocket is sized for a notebook and carries a pen slot stitched into its seam, and the shoulder seams are taped so the shirt keeps its shape on the hanger and on the man.
Side vents are short and bar-tacked against splitting, sleeve cuffs are ribbed to stay up a forearm, and the body ends in a plain flat stitched hem - never a ribbed band - that sits level over work trousers and stays level after washing. Buttons are sewn with a shank and a spare rides on the inner seam, because a lost button should not retire a shirt.
Trade Logos Embroidered Big Enough to Read Across a Site
On a work shirt the logo is identification, not decoration. We embroider the crew mark on the chest at a size a supervisor, a customer or a gate guard can read at a distance, with sleeve and back-yoke positions for the trade name in full lettering where a program wants the company name seen from behind.
Artwork is digitised and sewn off as a sample for your approval before bulk production, with thread colours matched to your brand standard and stitch counts set to hold their edge through industrial washing. Wearer names and job titles can sit under the chest mark for crews whose staff introduce themselves at a customer's door.
Workwear Sizes S to 4XL Graded for the German Trade Market
German workwear buyers grade generously: room to reach, lift and climb, with body length that stays tucked into work trousers through a full shift. Our work block runs S to 4XL on that grade, fuller through the middle sizes where most crew shirts are issued, and every size is cut from the same block so a 4XL is the same shirt, not a stretched one.
Each size is measured off the line against the program chart - chest, length, sleeve and collar - and the results are recorded on the inspection report that travels with the order. Long and regular body lengths can run inside one program where a buyer's wearer list asks for both.
Packed by Crew, Depot or Vehicle So Issue Day Takes Minutes
A uniform order only works when the right sizes reach the right people. We pack the way your issue is organised: cartons by depot, by crew or by vehicle, each carton marked with its destination and contents, and each wearer's shirts bagged together where a program issues by name.
Size ratios are planned depot by depot from your wearer list, so a two-man outstation is not buried under head-office cartons. A top-up pool in the core sizes can be sewn into the same order, ready for new starters and size swaps without a fresh production run.
Where We Ship Men's Work Polo Shirts
USA: Crew Polos for Construction, Utility and Service Fleets
American fleet and service buyers order the core build: heavy pique, big chest embroidery and cartons packed by depot, so each branch issues its own sizes without a central re-sort.
UK: Work Polos for Trade Counter and Workwear Hire Suppliers
British trade suppliers dress changing workforces, so their programs lean on hard-wearing cloth, wearer-name embroidery and size top-ups built into the main order.
Germany: Rental-Grade Polos for Workwear Laundry Services
German laundry and rental services order polos proven through their own wash cycle, with shade discipline held batch after batch and barcode-ready packing for their sorting lines.
Canada: Heavier Pique Polos for Northern Work Crews
Canadian buyers take the 260 GSM setting and longer body lengths for crews layering under jackets, packed by site from one program order.
France: Maintenance and Installation Team Polos
French maintenance firms choose neat plain polos with a firm collar and fine chest embroidery, in colours taken from the company's vehicle and signage palette.
Australia: Sun-Fast Work Polos for Outdoor and Field Crews
Australian outdoor crews order strong sun-fast shades and breathable settings of the same build, packed by depot for field teams spread over long distances.
Ordering Work Polos: Cloth Approval, Embroidery Sew-Off, Then the Bulk Run
An order starts with the cloth: a swatch of the chosen pique weight and a lab dip of your shade, approved before bulk dyeing, then an embroidery sew-off of your logo and a finished shirt in the approved fabric. The standard minimum is 3,000 pieces per order, split across colours and sizes at 800 pieces per colour and style, so one run can cover two crew colourways and the full S to 4XL range.
With samples approved, bulk cloth is dyed to the retained standard, cut and sewn on lines set for work pique, and checked in-line for shade, embroidery placement and measurements. The approved shirt and embroidery file stay on the program sheet, ready to govern every reorder.
What USA Workwear Buyers Ask Before Ordering Crew Polos
How heavy is the cloth, and can we set the weight ourselves?
The standard build is 240 GSM pique, with 220 and 260 GSM settings on the same program. Order your weight on the specification sheet and every batch is knitted, dyed and checked to it.
Can we add a chest pocket and pen slot to the standard build?
Yes. The chest pocket with a stitched pen slot is part of this workwear build, and it can be moved, resized or left off entirely where a crew's shirts run plain.
Will the embroidery hold up in an industrial wash?
Yes. Logos are digitised with stitch counts set for workwear washing, sewn off for your approval first, and checked again on bulk shirts before the cartons close.
How many shirts make up a first order?
3,000 pieces in total. Inside that total, each colour and style needs 800 pieces, which lets one order cover two colourways and the full size range for a whole crew.
Can finished shirts be shipped straight to our US depots?
Yes. Shirts ship packed and carton-marked to your specification, cartons labelled by depot where the issue needs it, with export documents prepared for your forwarder.
