Classic Pique Polo Shirts from Bangladesh for USA Retail Ranges and Team Programs

Our classic polo shirts are the standard pique polos a retail range is built on: one well-made style in a steady colour card, sewn to order in our Bangladesh factory for chain stores, catalogue sellers and team shops that reorder them season after season. No heavy workwear build and no fashion extras - just the polo your customers already know, made the same way every time, under your label.

Materials: Cotton pique and cotton-rich pique at 180 to 220 GSM with a raised knit face and a matte finish, dyed to the range colour card and held shade-true across every reorder.

Functionality: Flat knitted collar, two-button placket, ribbed sleeve cuffs, taped shoulders, small side vents and a flat stitched hem that keeps the shirt tidy in wear.

Size: Men's S to 3XL, with ladies' and children's cuts sewn on the same colour card, so a family or team range matches piece for piece.

Customization: Your neck label, woven side tab, size and price ticketing and retail fold - a plain chest, or a mark embroidered where your range wants one.

Polo Shirts

A Retail Basic That Has to Be Right Every Single Season

Every clothing range has a shirt that quietly carries it: the classic polo, bought in the same colours year after year. When that shirt changes shade, shrinks or loses its collar shape, the whole range looks unreliable - so its job is to stay exactly itself, order after order.

We sew the standard style to order in our Bangladesh factory for retail buyers who build on it: chain stores, catalogue sellers who photograph it once and sell it for years, and team shops. It is a plain, honest polo, made carefully and made the same way every time.

Cotton Pique at Weights a Buyer Can Set by Price Point

The cloth is cotton pique with the raised knit face a polo should have: it holds its shape on the hanger, breathes in warm weather and folds without creasing hard. Buyers set the weight by the price point the shirt has to meet - 180 GSM for a light promotional and holiday weight, 200 GSM for the standard retail build, and 220 GSM where the range sells on a firmer, heavier hand.

Cotton-rich blends sit on the same program where a buyer wants faster drying and a little less ironing. Whatever the setting, the weight is written on the order sheet and every lot is pre-shrunk, shade-checked and weight-checked before cutting, so this March's shirt feels like last September's.

Collar, Placket and Hem: the Details a Customer Sees First

A customer judges a polo in the first five seconds, at the collar. Ours is knitted flat in the same yarn as the body, set with a taped neck seam, and lies flat at the points after washing instead of curling. The two-button placket is reinforced at the base, stitched straight and finished with buttons sewn to stay on - the things a returned shirt usually fails on.

The shoulder seams are taped so the shirt keeps its line, the sleeve cuffs are ribbed to sit neatly on the arm, and the small side vents let the shirt move without pulling. The body ends in a plain flat stitched hem - never a ribbed band - that hangs level and stays level in the wash.

A Core Colour Card That Stays the Same from Season to Season

The classic range runs on a core colour card: white, grey marl, burgundy, sky and forest green are the steady sellers, with a buyer's own shades added against a Pantone reference or a swatch from the range. Lab dips are submitted for approval before bulk dyeing, and the approved shade is kept as the standard every later lot is checked against.

That discipline is what lets a retailer reorder with confidence. A burgundy polo sold two seasons ago and one delivered this spring are dyed to the same standard, so old and new stock share a rail without showing two colours. Seasonal shades can join the card for one run without disturbing the core colours.

Men's, Ladies' and Children's Polos Graded for French Retail Size Charts

The classic style is cut in three fits on one colour card: a men's regular fit from S to 3XL, a ladies' cut shaped through the waist in sizes 8 to 20, and children's sizes by age from 3 to 14 years. French retail buyers ask for their own chart settings - a slightly longer body on the men's cut and the children's sizes graded by height as well as age - and we set them before the first sample is sewn.

Because all three fits come off the same colour card, a retailer can build a family story or a club range from one order: the father's polo, the mother's polo and the children's polos in the same green. Each size is measured off the line against the order chart.

Folded, Ticketed and Ready for the Rail: Retail Packing under Your Label

Each polo is folded to the retail fold, bagged singly, and ticketed with your size, price and barcode tickets where your stores want them. Your woven neck label and side tab are sewn in during production, and cartons are packed by size and colour in the ratios your range plan sets out.

For catalogue and online sellers we add the details that cut returns: a spare button on the inner seam, a size sticker on the bag, and cartons marked so a mixed order splits in minutes. Team shops can take the same shirts unticketed in bulk folds for their own branding.

Markets We Ship Classic Polo Shirts To

USA: Core-Colour Polos for Chain Store Basic Ranges

American chain buyers build their basics wall on this style: five core colours, deep size runs, and reorders that match the opening order piece for piece.

UK: Own-Label Polos for High-Street Value Retailers

British value retailers take the 200 GSM build under their own label, folded and ticketed to their format, with spring and autumn drops planned on the same colour card.

Germany: Mail Order and Online Basics in Steady Colours

German catalogue and online sellers photograph the range once and sell it for seasons, so their orders lean on shade discipline and honest grading across both cuts.

Canada: Club Shop and Team Polo Ranges Restocked Each Season

Canadian club shops and team outfitters hold the plain polo as the base of a team range, restocking core colours each season and adding printed or embroidered versions later.

Australia: Lightweight Pique Polos for Warm-Climate Retail

Australian buyers take the lighter 180 GSM setting in pale and bright shades for summer ranges, with children's sizes strong in the school holiday trade.

UAE: Resort Shop and Leisure Retail Polo Ranges

Resort and leisure retailers in the Emirates stock the classic style in white and sky for holiday shops, reordering little and often against a colour card that never changes.

Ordering the Classic Range: Colour Card, Sales Sample, Bulk Run

An order starts with the colour card: choose the core colours, set the pique weight for each price point, and approve lab dips and a sales sample in every fit the range will carry. The standard minimum is 3,000 pieces per order, split across colours and sizes at 800 pieces per colour and style, so one run can cover three core colours across the men's, ladies' and children's fits.

With samples approved, bulk cloth is dyed to the retained standards, cut and sewn on lines set for pique polos, and checked in-line for shade, collar shape and measurements. The approved samples and colour standards stay on file here, so next season's reorder starts from the same shirt.

What USA Retail Buyers Ask Before Ordering Classic Polos

Can men's, ladies' and children's polos run inside one order?

Yes. The three fits share one colour card and one order: the 3,000 piece total splits across fits, sizes and colours, at 800 pieces per colour and style.

Will next season's dye lot still match the colour card?

Yes. Every shade is held against a standard you approved, and each new lot is checked under the same light before cutting, so reorders sit happily beside earlier stock.

Can we add tipped collars or a contrast placket to the standard style?

Yes. Tipped collars and cuffs, contrast placket linings and a three-button setting are style options on the same block, sampled first so the core shirt does not change.

What is the smallest first order for a retail polo range?

3,000 pieces in total. Within that total, each colour and style needs 800 pieces, which lets a first order open with three core colours and a full size run in each.

Do the shirts arrive folded and ticketed, ready for the rail?

Yes. Shirts ship folded, bagged and ticketed to your format, cartons marked by colour and size, with export documents prepared for your forwarder.
