Mixed Work Clothing Ranges from Bangladesh for USA Industrial Buyers and Trade Suppliers

Our work clothes are made to order in our Bangladesh factory as one mixed range - work shirts, work pants, coveralls and jackets booked under one contract, so a trade buyer sources the whole crew wardrobe from one order, one cloth standard and one size file.

Materials: Cotton twill, poly-cotton drill and poplin in the weights each garment type needs, dyed to your colour standard so the shirt, pants and coverall of one crew read as one set.

Functionality: Button and zip fronts, bellows and patch pockets where the job carries tools, reinforced seams and bar tacks at the points that take daily strain.

Size: Shirt sizes XS to 4XL, waist 28 to 48 and coverall chest sizes held on one shared file, graded to your chart and kept for reorders by garment type.

Customization: Your logo embroidered or printed at the same placement on every garment type, your woven label, name badges, and packing split by crew, site or garment type.

Work Clothes

A Complete Work Clothes Range Made to Order in Bangladesh on One Contract

A crew is never dressed in one garment. The same team wears shirts on the bench, pants on the floor, coveralls in the plant and jackets in the yard, and a buyer who sources each piece from a different maker ends up with four colour standards and four size files to chase. Siatex Bangladesh has sewn garments in Dhaka since 1987, and this page covers the mixed range: shirts, pants, coveralls and jackets planned together, priced garment by garment and produced inside one order, in your cloth weights, colours, logo and labels.

Twill, Drill and Poplin Cloths Chosen Garment by Garment for the Work They Do

One cloth does not suit every job in the range. Work shirts run in poly-cotton poplin and lighter twill that stay presentable through a shift and wash clean at the end of it. Pants and coveralls take a firmer cotton twill or drill that stands up to kneeling and carrying without thinning at the knee or seat. Jackets carry the heaviest setting, a dense twill that holds its shape over a jumper. Every cloth is dyed against one approved standard before cutting, so a khaki shirt and a khaki coverall in the same contract match on the body, not just on the shade card.

Shirts, Pants, Coveralls and Jackets Priced by Garment Type Inside One Order

The range is built as lines, not as a fixed uniform pack. Shirts come long or short sleeve with flap chest pockets and a pen slot. Pants run flat front or with bellows cargo pockets, in the leg lengths your size file sets. Coveralls close with a two-way zip under a snap storm flap, and jackets are zip front with a stand collar. Each type is costed on its own cloth, trims and sewing time, then combined into the one contract price, so a buyer can weight the order toward the pieces the crew wears hardest - more pants than jackets, say.

Reinforced at the Seams, Pockets and Knees Where Work Clothes Wear First

Work clothes fail at predictable points: the pocket mouth that takes a tool fifty times a day, the crotch seam, the knee, the cuff edge. Those points get the extra work here. Pocket mouths and flap corners are bar tacked, main seams on pants and coveralls carry a second row of stitching, and shirt buttons are sewn with a wrapped shank that resists daily fastening. Zips on coveralls and jackets are metal or heavy moulded teeth set into reinforced tape, and every garment is checked and measured before folding.

Work Clothes Sizes Held on One File, Graded for Canadian Trade Buyers

A mixed range only works if a size means the same thing on every line. Shirts grade XS to 4XL, pants run waist 28 to 48 in your leg lengths, and coveralls are sized by chest over the same body measurements, so a worker who takes a large shirt takes the large coverall and the 36 waist pant without trying on three ranges. Canadian trade buyers, who dress crews through long winters, asked for jacket and coverall bodies cut with room for a fleece layer underneath; those settings are held under the buyer's name. Send your own charts instead and every type grades to them, with a full size set measured before bulk sewing.

One Logo, One Label and One Colour Story Across Every Garment Type

Branding is set once and carried across the range. Your logo is digitised a single time and embroidered at the chest on shirts and jackets, at the chest or back on coveralls, so the mark is the same on every piece. Woven labels sit in every garment, and name badges are added where your design places them. Colour works the same way: one colour story per crew or trade - the electricians in one shade, the fitters in another - set at the cutting table and held to the approved standard across cloths, so a replacement pant ordered next season drops into the set without a visible join.

Ordering the Range: Cloth and Colour Approval, Sample Pieces, Then Bulk by Type

An order starts with your range plan: garment types, cloth weights, colours, sizes and artwork. We cost each line, return one quotation for the whole contract, then sew sample pieces of every type in your lead colour. Wear them, wash them, work in them - bulk cutting starts only on your written approval of the full set. Programs start from 3,000 pieces per order across the range; within that total, each colour and garment type runs from 800 pieces, so a smaller line still fits inside the contract. The size file, colour standards and artwork stay on record, so reorders run by garment type: pants alone when the knees go, shirts alone when a new crew starts.

Markets We Ship Work Clothes To

USA: Mixed Workwear Ranges for Industrial Distributors and Contractor Supply

American distributors carry the full range as one line under one label and one size file, so the contractors they supply reorder by garment type through a single account.

UK: Own-Label Work Clothes for Builders Merchants and Trade Counters

British builders merchants stock the range under their own branding, with pants and coveralls turning fastest and restocked to the standard their customers already wear.

Germany: Own-Label Work Clothing Lines for Trade Catalogue Sellers

German catalogue sellers build a work clothing line from the range piece by piece, holding one colour story across types so a customer can add the jacket to pants bought last season and match exactly.

France: Closer-Cut Work Clothes for Regional Trade Labels

French regional labels take a closer cut through the shirt and jacket body, restrained colours and small, neat embroidery, for local firms who want crews to look fitted, not issued.

Australia: Lightweight Work Clothes for Warm-Climate Crews and Depots

Australian buyers set the range in lighter cloth weights with short sleeve shirts as the standard build for crews working through a long, hot season.

UAE: Site and Facility Work Clothes in Light Cloths for Large Crews

Facility contractors in the Emirates dress large crews from the range in pale, light cloths, packed by crew and size for direct issue.

Questions USA Buyers Ask Before Ordering a Mixed Work Clothes Range

Can shirts, pants, coveralls and jackets all run inside one order?

Yes. The range is costed, sampled and sewn as one contract, each garment type as its own line inside it, and the order ships together or in the sequence your warehouse asks for.

What is the minimum order for a mixed work clothes range?

Programs start from 3,000 pieces per order across the whole range. Inside that total, each colour and garment type runs from 800 pieces, so a smaller line - jackets, for example - still fits inside the contract.

Can we reorder just the pants when the shirts still have wear left?

Yes. Your size file, colour standards and artwork stay on record, so any single garment type can be reordered on its own and lands in the same shade, fit and branding as the original run.

Will the colours match across different garment types and cloths?

Yes. Every cloth is dyed and checked against the one approved standard for your program before cutting, and finished pieces from different lines are compared side by side at final inspection.

Can each garment carry our logo, name badge and label?

Yes. One embroidery file drives the whole range, placed per garment type from your artwork, name badges are sewn where your design puts them, and your woven label goes into every piece.

Can finished work clothes orders be shipped to the USA?

Yes. The USA is the lead market for this range, and orders ship with full export documentation, through your forwarder or freight arranged by us.

If your crews are due a range refresh, send us your garment list, colours and artwork for a line-by-line quotation and sample timeline.
