Own-Label Workwear Collections Built in Bangladesh for USA Workwear Brands and Catalogue Houses
Our workwear is developed and sewn to order in our Bangladesh factory for brands and catalogue houses that sell under their own label - a seasonal collection of work shirts, trousers, coveralls and jackets that arrives with your name on it, not ours. You bring the range plan and the brand; we bring the cloth, the patterns and thirty-plus years of sewing.
Materials: Cotton and poly-cotton twill, drill, canvas and poplin held as a range cloth library, each style sewn in the weight its job needs, dyed to colour standards that stay on file for your repeat seasons.
Functionality: Bar-tacked pocket mouths, triple-stitched main seams on trousers and coveralls, metal and heavy moulded zips, knee pad pockets and action backs where your style sheet calls for them.
Size: Shirts XS to 5XL, trousers waist 28 to 48, coveralls by chest, all graded to your own brand size chart and held true across every style in the collection.
Customization: Your woven labels, embroidered logos, printed neck marks, hang tickets, barcodes and catalogue-ready packing, set once and carried through the whole range.

Your Own Workwear Label, Developed Style by Style in Bangladesh
A workwear brand is judged on the rail and in the catalogue, not on a single garment. Your customers buy the shirt this spring, add the trousers in autumn, and expect the two to match in colour, fit and feel - so the collection has to be planned as a collection from the first sketch. Siatex Bangladesh has sewn garments in Dhaka since 1987. This page is the brand-side program: we develop your seasonal workwear range with you, style by style, and sew it under your label, in your colours, to your size chart.
A Working Cloth Library Held for Your Range: Twill, Drill, Canvas and Poplin
Every collection in this program draws on one cloth library, so the fabric story holds together across styles. Trousers and coveralls run in cotton twill and drill from 240 to 340 GSM that take kneeling, carrying and daily washing without going thin at the knee. Shirts use lighter twill and poplin that press clean and stay presentable through a shift. Jackets take the heaviest cloth on the shelf, a dense twill or canvas that keeps its shape over layers. Each cloth is dyed against a colour standard approved by you and kept on file, so a style added next season drops into the range without a shade argument.
Shirts, Trousers, Coveralls and Outerwear Planned as One Seasonal Collection
The range is built the way brands sell it: a core of year-round styles that never change, with seasonal pieces added around them. Work shirts come long and short sleeve with flap pockets and pen slots. Trousers run flat front, cargo and kneepad styles on shared blocks. Coveralls close with a two-way zip under a storm flap, and outerwear covers zip jackets and padded styles for the cold months. Core styles hold their patterns season after season; new styles are costed, sampled and fitted before they join the range, so the collection grows without breaking the fit your customers already know.
Workwear Sizes XS to 5XL Graded Against Dutch Brand Size Charts
A brand cannot afford a size that means one thing on a shirt and another on a coverall. All styles in the collection grade from one body measurement file - yours, not a factory standard. Dutch workwear brands, who sell heavily into trade catalogues, asked us to hold long body lengths on shirts and jackets and a generous rise on trousers; those settings sit under the brand's name and come out again on every reorder. Send your own charts and we grade to them instead, with a full size set of the lead styles measured and fitted before bulk cutting starts.
Your Brand on Every Piece: Labels, Embroidery, Tickets and Carton Marks
Nothing in the carton names us. Your woven label goes into every garment, your logo is embroidered or printed at the positions your style sheets set, and neck prints carry your size and care wording in your format. Hang tickets, swing tags and barcodes are applied at packing in your retail layout, and cartons are marked with your style codes, so goods can move from our floor to your warehouse shelves without a relabelling table in between. Brand artwork is set up once, proofed back to you, and held on file with the colour standards.
Building the Season: Range Plan, Proto Samples, Fit Rounds, Then Bulk
A collection order starts with your range plan: the styles, cloth weights, colours, size chart and artwork for the season. We cost every style on its own cloth and sewing time and return one price list for the range. Proto samples of each style follow in your lead colours; you fit them on your own blocks, comments come back, and corrected samples are approved before bulk cloth is cut. Programs start from 3,000 pieces per order across the collection; within that total, each style and colour runs from 800 pieces, so a smaller seasonal style still earns its place beside the core lines.
Markets We Ship Workwear To
USA: Private Label Workwear Collections for Trade Brands and Catalogue Houses
American brands and catalogue houses build two collections a year from this program, core styles carried over and seasonal pieces added, with ticketing and barcodes set for their own warehouse systems.
UK: Own-Brand Workwear Ranges for Online and Catalogue Retailers
British retailers sell the range under their own brand online and in print catalogues, holding one colour story across shirts, trousers and coveralls so customers can complete a set across separate orders.
Germany: Core Style Collections Reordered Season After Season
German brand buyers lean on the core styles hardest: the same trouser and coverall blocks reordered for years, with shade and fit held to the standards signed off at the first collection.
Canada: Heavyweight Winter Lines Inside a Year-Round Brand Range
Canadian labels add padded jackets and heavier cloth weights for the winter drop while the core range stays in standard weights, all graded and labelled as one collection.
France: Smaller Capsule Collections for Independent Workwear Labels
French independent labels run short capsule collections with closer cuts and restrained colours, sampled quickly ahead of each season and sold through their own shops and sites.
Australia: Light Cloth Summer Collections for Warm-Season Brand Drops
Australian brands set their summer drops in lighter twills and short sleeve shirts, timed to land before the hot season, with the winter core range following on the same standards.
Questions USA Buyers Ask Before Launching a Workwear Collection
Can you build a collection that carries only our label?
Yes. The program is private label from the first sample: your woven labels, embroidery, tickets, barcodes and carton marks throughout, and no factory name on any garment or document your customer sees.
How many styles can one seasonal collection include?
As many as your range plan holds. Most brands run eight to twenty styles across shirts, trousers, coveralls and outerwear, mixing core carry-over styles with new pieces each season.
What is the minimum order for an own-label workwear collection?
Programs start from 3,000 pieces per order across the whole collection. Inside that total, each style and colour runs from 800 pieces, so a new seasonal style can start small beside the core lines.
Will repeat seasons match the colours and fit of the first run?
Yes. Colour standards, patterns, grading and artwork stay on file under your brand name, and every reorder is checked against them before cutting, so season three matches season one.
Can each style be ticketed and barcoded ready for our warehouse?
Yes. Hang tickets, price tickets and barcodes in your layout are applied at packing, cartons are marked with your style and colour codes, and packing lists follow your format.
Can finished workwear collections be shipped to the USA?
Yes. The USA is the lead market for this program, and every collection ships with full export documentation, through your nominated forwarder or freight arranged by us.
If you are planning next season's range, send us your style list, size chart and artwork for a style-by-style quotation and a sampling timeline.
