Executive Chef Coats from Bangladesh for USA Hotel Groups and Fine Dining Kitchens
Our executive chef coats are made to order in our Bangladesh factory for the top of the kitchen - the long, double-breasted coat a head chef wears at the pass and in the dining room. It is the premium coat of the range: firmer cloth, hand-finished details and embroidery that reads across a room, built for hotel groups and fine dining houses.
Materials: Cotton-rich twill with a visible diagonal weave and a dry matte face, firmer than the standard jacket so the coat holds its line; a poly-cotton setting is available for harder laundry programs.
Functionality: Double-breasted reversible front with cloth knot buttons, stand collar, welt chest pocket, thermometer and pen pocket split on the sleeve, turn-back cuffs and a vented back for movement over the stove.
Size: Sizes XS to XXXL on an adult chest grade, in regular and tall body lengths.
Customization: Embroidered chef names and hotel crests, your woven label at the neck, and packing split by property or department.

Executive Chef Coats
Executive Chef Coats Made to Order in Bangladesh for Head Chefs and Hotel Groups
One coat in the kitchen carries rank. The executive chef coat is the one worn at the pass and in front of guests, and it has to hold its line through a full service: collar standing, front clean, sleeves at the wrist. It is a longer, heavier coat than the working jacket, cut closer and finished by hand where the eye lands first. Siatex Bangladesh has sewn garments in Dhaka since 1987, and this coat is the top of our chef range, made to order for hotel groups and fine dining houses.
Every order is produced as one controlled run in our plant: your cloth, your fit, your embroidery and your label, with the approved standard held on file so next year's coat matches this year's.
Premium Cotton Twill with a Firmer Hand and a Clean Matte Face
The coat cloth is a cotton-rich twill, a step firmer and heavier than the standard kitchen jacket, because an executive coat has to drape and hold its shape rather than move like a shirt. The face is a true diagonal twill, dry and matte, with the weave visible up close; it takes a press well and keeps a sharp front edge.
White is the core colour, held to an approved standard across the run; ivory is the second classic, for houses that dress senior chefs off white. A poly-cotton setting is available on the same pattern for groups whose laundry boils hard: it holds the white and dries fast, at a small cost in softness. The cloth choice is fixed at sampling.
Cloth Knot Buttons, a Thermometer Pocket and a Vented Back
The front is double breasted and reversible: when one side marks during service, the chef crosses the wrap the other way and presents a clean chest in the dining room. The buttons are cloth knots tied through fabric loops, the traditional finish - no hard button to crack in the press, and the knots untie so the coat washes flat.
The collar stands clean and close. A welt pocket sits on the chest, and the left sleeve carries a split pocket sized for a thermometer and pens, the tools a head chef reaches for first. Cuffs turn back and fasten at the wrist. The back is vented - a centre vent with a shaped back panel - so the coat gives at the reach and turn instead of pulling across the shoulders. Pocket mouths, the wrap base and the vent are bar tacked or double stitched, and the fit is checked on the body at sampling, arms working.
Executive Chef Coat Sizes XS to XXXL Graded for the French Fine Dining Market
The block is graded on adult chest measurements from XS to XXXL, with shoulder, sleeve and body length growing in step so no size turns into a sack. Two lengths sit in the grade, regular and tall, because a long coat ending at the wrong point spoils the read of the garment.
French fine dining buyers, whose head chefs are seen by guests every service, asked for a closer fit through the waist and a touch more length; those settings sit in the block for their programs. Send your own size chart and we produce to it instead: the approved chart is locked into the production file and checked at final audit, so a size L next season measures the same as this season's.
Embroidered Names, Hotel Crests and Packing by Property
An executive coat almost always carries a name, embroidered to be read across a dining room. The chef's name sits above the chest pocket; the house crest goes on the chest, stitched with density and backing set for twill so the cloth stays flat around the work - no puckering, no wandering threads. We sew a sample with your actual artwork on the real cloth before bulk, so the lettering is approved exactly as it will look.
Your woven label sits at the neck. Packing follows the way a hotel group issues kit: coats folded and bagged by property or by department, so the order lands ready for each site's uniform store.
Ordering Executive Chef Coats: Specification, Fitting Sample, Then Bulk Sewing
Send your specification - cloth, fit, lengths, sizes, embroidery artwork and packing - and we return a quotation with cloth options. A fitting sample follows in your main colour: put it on your executive chef, work a service in it, run it through your laundry. Only on your written approval do we cut bulk, with inline checks on measurements, knot buttons, vent and embroidery as the run proceeds, and a final audit before cartons close.
Programs start from 3,000 pieces in total per order; within it, each colour and style runs from 800 pieces. Your approved sample, size chart and colour standards stay on file, so the next order starts as a reorder.

Questions USA Buyers Ask Before Ordering Executive Chef Coats
How is an executive chef coat different from a standard chef jacket?
Three things: the cloth is firmer and heavier so the coat holds its shape, the body is longer and cut closer, and the finish is done by hand at collar, front edge and cuffs. It is the coat for the chef who is seen by guests, not the everyday line jacket.
Can each coat carry the chef's name and our hotel crest?
Yes. Send the names list and crest artwork and we embroider to a placement template - name above the chest pocket, crest on the chest - sampled on the real cloth for your approval before bulk sewing.
Do the cloth knot buttons stand up to commercial laundry?
Yes. The knots tie through loops rather than sitting sewn hard to the front, so they untie before washing and pressing and retie in seconds. There is no hard button to crack or melt, which is why commercial laundries prefer them.
What is the minimum order quantity for executive chef coats?
Programs start from 3,000 pieces in total per order; each colour and style runs from 800 pieces inside that total.
Do you ship executive chef coat orders to the USA?
Yes. The USA is the lead market for this coat, and every order ships with export documentation, through your nominated forwarder or freight arranged by us.
If your senior chefs are due new coats, send us your specification and artwork. We will reply with a quotation, cloth options and a sample timeline.
