Corporate Polo Shirts from Bangladesh for USA Company Uniform Programs
Our corporate polo shirts are sewn to order in our Bangladesh factory for companies that dress their people in one consistent uniform: the same pique, the same company colour and the same embroidered logo on every shirt, from head office to the smallest branch. Uniform buyers come to us when a program has outgrown off-the-shelf polos - when the shade has to match the brand book exactly, and the tenth reorder has to look like the first.
Materials: Cotton pique and cotton-rich pique blends with a visible knit face and a matte finish, dyed to your company colour standard and held from the first cutting to the last reorder.
Functionality: Flat knitted collar, two or three button placket, ribbed sleeve cuffs, small side vents and a flat stitched hem, built to stay smart through daily wear and weekly washing.
Size: Staff sizes XS to 5XL graded on one block, so every wearer gets the same shirt in their own size.
Customization: Your logo embroidered on the chest, sleeve or back yoke, wearer names where a program needs them, your neck label and your packing format.

Company Polo Shirts Sewn to Order for Staff Uniform Programs
A corporate polo has a different job from a retail polo. It is worn five days a week by people who meet your customers, so it has to make a receptionist, a service engineer and a branch manager look like one team. We sew corporate polo shirts to order in our Bangladesh factory for uniform suppliers and for companies that run their own staff clothing programs, in their own colours, with their own logo, under their own label.
The program is built around repeatability. Colour, fit, collar and embroidery are set once, recorded on a program sheet, and sewn the same way on every order that follows - so a branch joining two years later dresses its people in shirts that match the first batch piece for piece.
Pique That Keeps Its Colour and Shape Through the Working Week
Uniform polos live a harder life than almost any other knit. They are washed hot, washed often and worn under aprons, jackets and seat belts, so we knit the pique to stand up to it: a firm cotton pique for classic programs, and cotton-rich blends where a buyer wants quicker drying and less creasing between washes.
The collar is knitted flat and set so it lies flat after washing, not curled at the points. The placket is reinforced at the base, the shoulder seams are taped, and the body ends in a flat stitched hem that stays level. Side vents are small and bar-tacked, so the shirt moves with the wearer without splitting at the seam.
Company Colours Dyed to Your Brand Standard, Batch after Batch
Most corporate programs start with a colour problem: the polos have to match a brand colour that already exists on vehicles, signage and printed material. Send us the standard - a Pantone reference, a fabric swatch or a shirt from the current program - and we dye to it, submitting lab dips and a strike-off length for approval before bulk dyeing.
Once a shade is approved it is written into the program sheet with its recipe and tolerance, and every later batch is checked against the retained standard under the same light. A kept sample and a checked batch, every time - that is what keeps a national fleet of shirts one colour.
Logos Embroidered Where Your Program Wants Them
The chest is the usual home for a company logo, embroidered at a size staff can wear with pride and customers can read at the counter. Programs that need more add a sleeve position, a back yoke print position for large lettering, or the wearer's name and job title under the chest mark - common on service teams whose staff introduce themselves at a customer's door.
Embroidery is digitised from your artwork and sewn off as a sample for approval before bulk production, with thread colours matched to the same brand standard as the fabric. For text-heavy designs we advise the smallest size that still stitches cleanly, and the approved file stays on the program sheet so reorders sew the identical mark.
Staff Sizes XS to 5XL Graded for the UK Workforce
A uniform program fails at the edges of the size range: the smallest and largest wearers get the shirts nobody else wanted. Our corporate block runs from XS to 5XL on one grade, cut for working movement rather than a fashion fit, with enough length to stay tucked through a shift and enough room through the chest for the job underneath.
British uniform buyers often ask for the grade set a touch longer in the body and fuller through the middle sizes, and we set that before the first sample is sewn. Every size is measured off the line against the program chart - chest, length, sleeve and collar - and the measurements are recorded on the inspection report that travels with the order.
Branch-by-Branch Packing for Multi-Site Uniform Rollouts
Rolling a new uniform out to forty sites is a packing problem as much as a sewing one. We pack the way your rollout is organised: cartons by branch, by team or by wearer, each carton marked with its destination and contents, and each wearer's set bagged together where the program issues shirts by name.
Size ratios are planned site by site from your wearer list, so a small branch is not buried under cartons meant for a head office. Spare shirts in the core sizes can be built into the same order as a top-up pool against new starters and size swaps.
Markets We Ship Corporate Polo Uniforms To
USA: Uniform Programs for National Service Companies
American service companies with crews in several states order the core program: one brand colour, one logo, packed by branch so each depot receives its own sizes without a central re-sort.
UK: Staff Polos for Facilities and Cleaning Contractors
British facilities and cleaning contractors dress large, changing workforces, so their programs lean on durable pique, wearer-name embroidery and fast size top-ups inside the main order.
Germany: Branded Work Polos for Technical Service Firms
German technical service firms order neat, plain polos with a small chest mark and strict shade discipline, so field engineers match the vehicles and the paperwork they arrive with.
Canada: Franchise Uniforms Restocked Branch by Branch
Canadian franchise networks place one program order covering every outlet, with cartons marked per franchisee and the size pool balanced between city flagships and small rural branches.
France: Hotel and Catering Group Staff Polos
French hotel and catering groups choose lighter pique settings for summer service, embroidery in fine thread, and colours taken from the group's brand palette.
Australia: Fleet and Field Team Uniform Polos
Australian fleet operators and field service teams order breathable pique in strong sun-fast shades, packed by depot, with hi-vis handled as separate styles.
Starting a Corporate Polo Program: Colour Match, Logo Sample, Bulk Order
A program starts with three samples: a lab dip against your colour standard, an embroidery sew-off of your logo, and a finished shirt in the approved fabric. The standard minimum is 3,000 pieces per order, split across colours and sizes at 800 pieces per colour and style, so one order can cover two colourways and the full size range for both.
Once the samples are approved, bulk fabric is dyed to the retained standard, cut and sewn on lines set for pique polos, and checked in-line for shade, embroidery placement and measurements. The approved samples, the colour standard and the embroidery file stay on the program sheet, ready to govern the next order without starting again.
Questions USA Buyers Ask Before Ordering Corporate Polo Uniforms
Can you match our company colour exactly?
Yes, within dyeing tolerance. Send the Pantone reference or a swatch and we submit lab dips until the shade is approved, then hold every later batch against the retained standard.
Will a reorder two years from now match the first batch?
Yes. The colour recipe, fabric setting, fit block and embroidery file are kept on your program sheet, and reorders are sewn and checked against the same approved samples.
Can wearer names be embroidered as well as the logo?
Yes. Names and job titles are embroidered under the chest logo or on the opposite chest, taken from your wearer list, and the shirts are packed by wearer where the program asks for it.
What is the minimum order quantity for a corporate polo program?
3,000 pieces per order in total. Within that total, each colour and style needs 800 pieces, which lets one order cover two colourways and the full XS to 5XL size range.
Can a finished program ship straight to our US branches?
Yes. Programs ship packed and carton-marked to your specification, cartons labelled by branch where the rollout needs it, with export documents prepared for your forwarder.
