Heavy Twill Work Cargo Shorts from Bangladesh for USA Workwear Brands and Uniform Suppliers

Our work cargo shorts are made to order in our Bangladesh factory for crews who spend the day on their feet - a heavy twill short with deep bellows pockets that carries tools and phone all day. Workwear brands and uniform suppliers order them because the pocket layout stays where the specification puts it, the waistband holds its size, and the short comes back the same season after season under your label.

Materials: Heavy cotton twill with a clear diagonal weave and a matte, hard-wearing face, in work weights from 280 to 360 GSM. A polyester-cotton twill suits programs washed daily, and colours are matched lot by lot to your swatch.

Functionality: Button and zip fly, slanted front pockets, two back pockets, and bellows cargo pockets with flaps and buttons at each side seam. Bar tacks at every pocket corner and belt loop base, twin-needle seams, and a firm seven-loop waistband.

Size: Men's waist sizes 28 to 46, knee-length leg, with seat, thigh and rise graded together to your chart - the same working fit at every size.

Customization: Your woven waistband label, embroidered logo on the pocket flap, hang tags and barcode stickers, pocket layouts to your specification, and bulk packing to your format.

Work Cargo Shorts

Work Cargo Shorts Made to Order for Crews Who Load Their Pockets Daily

A work short earns its keep differently from a retail short. It is worn six days a week, washed hard, and loaded with the tools of the trade - tape, driver, phone, fittings - so the pockets, the waistband and the seams matter more than the look of the thing. Our factory in Dhaka has made garments since 1987, and this program is built for workwear brands and uniform suppliers who need the same short, in the same cloth and fit, delivered against a crew issue calendar.

Every order is made to order: your cloth weight, your pocket layout, your label and your packing, produced as one controlled run in our own plant.

Heavy Cotton Twill from 280 to 360 GSM Built for Daily Site Wear

Work shorts run in heavier twills than casual shorts, from 280 to 360 GSM, because the cloth has to carry weight in the pockets without bagging at the seat. The diagonal weave gives the twill its strength and lets it shed creases through the day, and the face stays matte and even after repeated washing. A polyester-cotton twill is available for contracts where the short goes through an industrial wash cycle every night. Khaki, stone, olive and grey carry most work programs, and every dye lot is checked against the approved swatch before cutting, so shorts issued in March and September carry the same shade.

Bellows Cargo Pockets, Reinforced Waistband and Bar Tacks at Every Strain Point

The build starts with the pockets. Bellows pockets sit at both side seams, pleated so they lie flat when empty and open out when loaded, closed with a flap and button so tools stay in on ladders and lifts. Slanted front pockets are cut deep, two back pockets carry wallet and notebook, and a coin pocket sits inside the right front. Every pocket corner and belt loop base is bar tacked, the fly is button and zip, and the waistband is a firm, seven-loop band that holds its size under a tool belt. Seams are twin-needle stitched where they take strain and overlocked inside for a clean finish.

A Knee-Length Work Fit with Room Through the Seat and Thigh

The block is a working fit: a regular rise at the natural waist, room through the seat and thigh so the wearer can kneel, climb and drive in the short, and a straight leg ending at the knee. Nothing tapers and nothing flares, because a work short has to move the same way at size 30 and size 44. Fit is checked during sampling with the pockets loaded, and the approved sample is what bulk production follows, size for size.

Work Short Waist Sizes 28 to 46 Graded to the German Workwear Size File

The full run covers waist sizes 28 to 46 in one-inch steps, with the seat, thigh, rise and leg opening graded together so the bigger sizes keep the same working fit instead of simply widening. German workwear houses order this short heavily for trade and service uniforms, and their size file pairs the full waist run with centimetre body measurements for every step. Any buyer's own chart can be followed the same way: a full size set is measured against the approved sample before bulk cutting starts.

Trade Labels, Logo Embroidery and Your Packing Format

The short leaves our floor as your product. Your woven label sits in the waistband, your logo can be embroidered on the cargo pocket flap or printed on the inside pocket bag, and your hang tags and barcode stickers go on at packing. Pocket depth, flap shape and button choice can follow your specification, and pairs are folded, polybagged and cartoned to your format, with sizes and colours mixed inside one order. Nothing on the garment or in the carton names us.

Booking the Twill, Approving the Sample, Sewing the Crew Run

An order starts with your specification: cloth weight, colours, pocket layout, size chart, label artwork and packing. We book the twill in your colours, make the sample in the cloth and send it for approval; your comments come back, the sample is corrected, and only the approved sample releases bulk cutting. Production runs as one order, with checks at cutting, sewing and finishing before cartons are sealed. Programs start from 3,000 pieces per order, with colours and styles combined from 800 pieces each, so two pocket layouts and their core colours can run inside a single order.

Markets We Ship Work Cargo Shorts To

USA: Core Shorts for Workwear Brands and Uniform Houses

American workwear brands and uniform houses run this short as a core crew item: khaki, stone and olive as the standing colours, the full waist run in one program, and reorders matched to the first run so a crew's replacement shorts match the ones already on issue.

UK: Own-Label Work Cargo Shorts for Trade Counters

British trade suppliers take the short under their own label for trade counters and workwear shops, with their waistband label, tags and size stickers, and core colours held for mid-season top-ups.

Canada: Warm-Season Crew Shorts for Service Companies

Canadian service and maintenance companies issue the short for the warm season, ordering the complete size and colour run in one shipment landed before the season opens, packed by depot or crew group.

France: Work Shorts for Maintenance and Artisan Uniform Programs

French uniform programs place the bellows-pocket build with maintenance and artisan crews, where the pocket layout follows their own specification and seasonal runs are sampled ahead of each contract.

Australia: Year-Round Cargo Shorts for Outdoor Crews

Australian buyers run the work cargo short all year for outdoor crews, favouring the lighter end of the weight range, core colours that never leave the program, and reorders identical to the first run.

UAE: Lightweight Work Shorts for Facility and Site Teams

Facility and site teams in the Emirates order the short in light twill for hot-climate work, with company embroidery on the pocket flap and bulk packing set for large crew issues.

Questions USA Buyers Ask Before Ordering Work Cargo Shorts

How many pockets does the work cargo short carry?

Seven in the standard build: two slanted front pockets, a coin pocket, two back pockets and a bellows cargo pocket at each side seam, each closed with a flap and button. The layout can follow your own specification.

Can the pocket layout follow our own uniform specification?

Yes. Pocket depth, flap shape, button or snap closure and extra tool slots can be set at sampling from your specification sheet, and the approved sample fixes the layout for bulk and for every reorder.

What is the minimum order quantity for work cargo shorts?

Programs start from 3,000 pieces per order. Inside that total, colours and styles combine from 800 pieces each, so two pocket layouts and a seasonal colour can run together in one order.

Will the shorts hold their shade through repeated washing?

Every dye lot is checked against the approved swatch before cutting, and the cloth is booked from the same mill run, so shorts issued across a season carry the same shade. The polyester-cotton option suits contracts washed every day.

Do you ship finished work cargo short orders to the USA?

Yes. The USA is one of the main markets for this style, and every order ships with full export documentation, through your nominated forwarder or freight arranged by us. The other markets we serve are covered in the markets section above.

Can two cargo short styles run inside one order?

Yes. Styles combine from 800 pieces each inside the order total, so a standard bellows build and a deeper-pocket variant, or two leg lengths, can ship in the same program.
