Ladies Sleeveless Vest Tops from Bangladesh for USA Basics Retailers and Layering Programs

Our ladies vest tops are made to order in our Bangladesh factory: a sleeveless knit vest with a clean scoop neck, deep bound armholes and a body cut for layering under shirts and knitwear, or worn on its own in warm weather. Basics buyers and retail labels order the style because the knit is soft and matte, the binding sits flat, and the same vest comes back under your label, in the same fit and colours, season after season.

Materials: Cotton single jersey and fine 1x1 rib knit with a visible texture and a matte face, cotton with elastane where a closer fit is wanted, in weights from 150 to 210 GSM.

Functionality: Scoop, square and V necklines, self-fabric binding at the neck and armholes, side-seamed bodies and twin-needle hems that hold their shape in the wash.

Size: Ladies sizes XS to 3XL, graded to your chart, with body length and armhole depth held in proportion at every size.

Customization: Your printed or woven neck label, your colours, and single or multipack packing to your retail format.

Ladies Vest Tops

Ladies Vest Tops Sewn to Order for Retail Basics Ranges

A vest top earns its place in a basics range by doing quiet work: it layers under shirts, blouses and knitwear without adding bulk, and in warm weather it stands as a top in its own right. Because it is worn against the skin and seen at the neckline and armhole, it is judged on small things - how the binding sits, whether the knit stays soft, and whether the body keeps its line through a day of wear and a wash. Our factory in Dhaka has made knitwear since 1987, and this style is cut, sewn and finished on our own floor, so the vest that reaches your stores matches the sample you approved.

Single Jersey, Fine Rib and Cotton-Elastane Knits

Two knits carry the range. Cotton single jersey is the smooth everyday cloth, knitted with a fine visible stitch and a matte surface that takes dye evenly and feels soft against the skin. Fine 1x1 rib gives a closer, more elastic body with a clear vertical texture that reads well on the rail and recovers after wear. Where a program wants a nearer fit, cotton with a small share of elastane is knitted into either cloth. Weights run from 150 to 210 GSM, and every length of cloth is checked for shade, weight and faults before cutting, with anything below standard set aside.

Scoop Necks and Deep Armholes Finished with Self Binding

The neckline sets the style. A round scoop is the core shape for layering; a square neck and a shallow V are sewn on the same block where a range wants a sharper line. Neck and armholes are finished with binding cut from the same cloth, stitched flat so the edge sits clean and does not roll or gap. The armhole is cut deep enough to sit clear of the underarm and to layer over the bra strap line without showing, and the shoulder width is held so the vest stays put under outer clothing. Side seams are sewn smooth, and the hem is finished with twin-needle stitching that holds through repeated washing.

A Layering Fit Shaped at the Waist and Easy over the Hip

Our vest block is shaped gently at the waist and eased over the hip, close enough to sit flat under a shirt and loose enough to wear alone over trousers or a skirt. The body length is set to stay tucked when a wearer wants it tucked and to cover the waistband when she does not. Fit is proved on the body, not only on the table: the approved sample is worn, layered and washed before it releases cutting, and its measurements - chest, waist, body length and armhole depth - are what bulk production is checked against, size for size.

Vest Top Sizes XS to 3XL Graded on the German Size Chart

The standard run covers ladies sizes XS to 3XL. Grading holds the proportions of the style at every size: neckline depth, armhole depth and body length step with the chest, so a 3XL keeps the same clean line as the medium instead of simply widening. German basics buyers ask for a slightly longer body so the vest stays layered under fine knitwear through the day, and their programs are graded with that length carried through the run; any buyer's own size chart can be followed the same way. A full size set is measured before bulk cutting, and cutting waits until the set passes against the approved sample.

Neck Prints, Woven Labels and Retail Tickets in Your Name

The vest top leaves our floor as your product. Your brand can sit as a printed mark inside the back neck, as a woven label sewn into the side seam, or both, and the size and care wording follows your artwork. Hang tags, price tickets and barcode stickers go on at packing. Colours can be mixed inside one order, and vests are packed singly, folded into multipacks of two or three, or hung where your stores sell them on hangers. Nothing on the garment or in the carton names us.

How a Vest Top Order Runs from Sample Approval to Cartons

An order starts with your specification: knit and weight, neckline shape, size chart, colours, label artwork and packing. We book the cloth in your colours, sew the sample in the actual cloth and send it for approval; comments come back, the sample is corrected, and only the approved sample releases bulk cutting. Production runs as one order, with checks at cutting, sewing and finishing, and a final inspection before cartons are sealed. Programs start from 3,000 pieces per order, with colours and styles combined from 800 pieces each, so core colours and a second neckline can be built inside a single run.

Markets We Ship Ladies Vest Tops To

USA: Vest Basics for Department Store Layering Programs

American basics buyers build their layering walls on this style: cotton jersey and rib vests in core colours, packed singly and in multipacks across the full size run.

UK: Own-Label Vest Tops for High-Street Summer Rails

British high-street buyers take the vest as a summer and layering staple under their own label, with scoop and square necklines sharing one colour story.

Germany: Ribbed Vest Tops for Mail-Order Basics Ranges

German mail-order buyers place the rib version in their basics ranges, where the longer body, the even dyeing and sizes that match the chart are what their customers reorder.

Canada: Layering Vests for Cold-Season Store Programs

Canadian retailers run the vest as a layering piece through the cold season, ordered ahead in core colours mixed to their store plans.

France: Fine Jersey Vest Tops for Independent Boutiques

French boutiques and small labels order the finer jersey vest in short seasonal runs of colour, sampled ahead of each collection drop.

Australia: Cotton Vests for Long Hot Seasons

Australian buyers take light cotton vests as a warm-weather basic that also layers under shirts in cooler months, in pale and core shades.

Questions USA Buyers Ask Before Ordering Ladies Vest Tops

How is a vest top different from a camisole or a tank top?

The vest top has a wider shoulder and a higher, cleaner neckline than a camisole, with no straps or sliders; against a tank top it is cut on a ladies block with a shaped waist and deeper armhole binding. The three styles share our floor but are separate patterns, graded separately.

Which knit do most buyers choose for vest tops?

Single jersey is the volume choice for plain layering vests, and fine 1x1 rib is chosen where the range sells on texture and a closer fit. Cloth samples in both knits are sent so you approve the hand before bulk.

Can vest tops carry our own neck print and label?

Yes. Your mark can be printed inside the back neck, a woven label sewn at the side seam, and your tags and tickets applied at packing. The sample is made with your branding in place so you approve the finished look.

What is the minimum order quantity for ladies vest tops?

Programs start from 3,000 pieces per order. Inside that total, colours and styles combine from 800 pieces each, so core colours, a rib version and a second neckline can run together in one order.

Do you ship ladies vest top orders to the USA?

Yes. The USA is one of the main markets for this style, and every order ships with full export documentation, through your nominated forwarder or freight arranged by us. The other markets we serve are covered in the markets section above.

How are the vest tops folded and packed for retail?

Every vest is pressed, checked one by one and folded to your format, then packed singly or in multipacks with your tags and tickets on, or hung if your program sells them hung. Cartons are marked to your specification.
