Matched Team Wear Kits from Bangladesh for USA Clubs, Schools and League Suppliers
Our team wear is sewn in our Bangladesh factory for team suppliers, school outfitters and league kit houses that dress squads under their own name: matched jerseys, shorts and socks in club colours, every player's name and number printed from your team sheet, each kit packed ready to hand out.
Materials: Polyester eyelet mesh and smooth interlock from 150 GSM playing shirts to 240 GSM shorts cloth, ribbed sock yarns alongside, dye lots booked together so every piece holds one shade.
Functionality: Taped ribbed collars that sit flat, coverstitched hems, elastic shorts waists with a drawcord, bar-tacked joins and ribbed sock tops, every kit checked piece by piece before packing.
Size: Youth S to XL and adult S to 4XL on kit grading that keeps the crest, sponsor mark and number in the same place on every size, or graded to your own size chart.
Customization: Printed or embroidered crests, sponsor marks, player names and squad numbers from your list, your woven label, and kits bagged per player with the name and number on the pack.

Team Wear
Matched Team Kits Made to Order in Bangladesh for Clubs, Schools and Leagues
A squad does not take the field in single garments. It takes the field in a kit: the shirt, the shorts and the socks in the same colours, with the same crest on every chest and a number on every back. Team suppliers, school outfitters and league kit houses send those programs to our factory in Dhaka, where knitwear has run through our lines since 1987. You send the design, colour card and squad list; we return matched sets, each player's shirt, shorts and socks sewn to belong together.
Planned as one order, the red of the shirt is the red of the shorts trim, numbers run in one sequence across the squad, and each set is bagged with its player's name and number on the pack.
Kit Cloths Chosen So Shirt, Shorts and Socks Hold One Colour Together
A matched kit fails when its pieces fade apart, so the cloths are booked together from the start. Playing shirts are cut from polyester eyelet mesh or smooth interlock, shorts from a heavier interlock that takes studs, slides and weekly washing, and socks are knitted in a cotton-rich rib with a cushioned foot. Weights run from 150 GSM shirts to 240 GSM shorts cloth. Dye lots for shirt and shorts are reserved from the same batch where the design asks for one solid colour, and every roll is checked for shade and stretch before cutting.
Soccer, Basketball and School Kits Built as Complete Matched Sets
The soccer set is a short or long sleeve jersey, shorts and knee socks. The basketball set pairs a sleeveless vest with longer shorts. School kits follow house colours, with one shirt and shorts pattern held across every age group. A contrast goalkeeper or away set is sewn in the break colour in the same order, and training tees can join. Each garment keeps its own pattern; what joins them is one colour story, one print standard and one squad list.
Coverstitched Seams, Corded Waistbands and Ribbed Sock Tops That Last the Season
Kit construction is judged in the wash bag and on the pitch, not on the rail. Necks are ribbed and taped so they lie flat after washing, sleeves are set in or raglan to your pattern, and hems are coverstitched so they give with the player. Shorts carry an elastic waist with a sewn-in drawcord, bar tacks at pocket mouths and side splits where the design asks for them. Socks are ribbed at the top so they stay up, with a shaped heel and flat toe seam. Every garment is checked seam by seam before printing or packing.
Age-Group Sizes to Adult 4XL Graded for Dutch School and Club Suppliers
Kit sizing has to dress a whole squad, from the youngest age group to the senior side. Youth sizes run S to XL and adult sizes S to 4XL, graded on one block per garment so the crest sits at the same height, the sponsor mark lands in the same place and the number panel keeps its size. Dutch school and club suppliers ask us for a longer body on their youth shirts and a longer short, and that grading is held under the buyer's name for the next season. Send your own size chart and we grade to it instead; a full size set is measured against the approved sample before cutting.
Player Names, Squad Numbers and Sponsor Marks Printed From Your Team Sheet
The finished kit carries your club's marks, never ours. Crests are printed or embroidered to your artwork, sponsor marks sit where your design places them, and names and numbers are printed player by player from the team sheet you send. Numbering runs in one sequence across the squad, and spare shirts continue the same run, so a mid-season replacement matches shirts already on the pitch. Each printed garment is checked against the team sheet before it is folded into its kit bag. Your woven label sits inside the neck, and nothing on the garment, bag or carton names us.
From Sample Kit Approval to Player-Packed Cartons - How a Team Wear Order Runs
An order opens with your patterns or tech files, cloth and colour choices, crest and sponsor artwork, the size run and the team sheet of names and numbers. We return one complete sample kit in the production cloths, with the crest, one name and one number worked as specified, and bulk sewing starts only on your written approval. Cloth is inspected before cutting, prints checked against the approved kit, and finished sets counted against the team sheet before packing. Orders start from 3,000 pieces per order, with colours and kit styles combined from 800 pieces each, so a full squad program - playing kits, away sets and spares - can be sewn in one run and one shipment.

Questions USA Kit Buyers Ask Before Ordering Team Wear
Are names and numbers matched to each player on our list?
Yes. Names and numbers are set player by player from the team sheet you send, and each garment is checked against that sheet before it is folded into the player's kit bag.
Do the shorts and socks come in the same colours as the jersey?
Yes. The set is planned on one colour story: dye lots are booked together, trims are matched across shirt, shorts and socks, and the sample kit is approved as a complete set before bulk sewing.
How is the starting total shared across kit styles and colours?
Orders start from 3,000 pieces in total. Inside that total, kit styles and colours combine from 800 pieces each, so playing kits, away sets and spares can be built together in one run.
Can we see one full kit with a name and number before bulk sewing?
Yes, and bulk never starts without it. One complete kit is sampled in the production cloths with the crest, sponsor mark, one name and one number worked as specified, and production follows your written approval.
Can spare shirts be reordered next season in the same colours?
Yes. Your patterns, grading, cloth choices and print positions are held under your name, so replacements and new members' kits come back in the same colours and numbering sequence.
Can the finished kits be shipped to the USA?
Yes. The USA is the lead market for this program, and orders ship with full export documentation through your nominated forwarder or freight arranged by us. Other markets are listed in the section above.
