Casual Cotton Twill Shorts from Bangladesh for USA Summer Retail Ranges and Own Labels

Our cotton twill shorts are made to order in our Bangladesh factory - a clean flat-front short and a pocketed cargo short cut from the same summer block. Retail labels and casual ranges order them because the waistband sits true, the leg length lands where the chart says, and the style comes back under your brand summer after summer.

Materials: Cotton twill with a clear diagonal weave and a matte, soft face, in summer weights. A cloth with 2% elastane is available where a range wants ease at the seat, and garment-dyed colours are matched lot by lot to your swatch.

Functionality: Button and zip fly, slanted front pockets and a coin pocket on the flat-front build, bellows cargo pockets with flap and button on the cargo build, bar-tacked belt loops, and twin-needle stitching on the seams.

Size: Men's waist sizes 28 to 44, with a mid-thigh or just-above-the-knee inseam graded to your chart, the same regular cut at every size.

Customization: Your woven waistband label, hang tags and barcode stickers, printed pocket bags with your mark, colours dyed to your palette, and folded retail packing to your format.

Twill Shorts

Cotton Twill Shorts Made to Order for Summer Retail Ranges

The twill short is the pair a summer range is built around: smarter than a beach short, cooler than a trouser, and plain enough to sit under any shirt. Getting it right comes down to cloth, length and finish - a waistband that does not roll, a leg that ends where the chart says, and a weave that stays crisp after a season of washes. Our factory in Dhaka has made garments since 1987, and buyers reorder this short every year because the fit and the shade come back the same run after run.

Every order is made to order: your colours, your label, your pocket build and your packing, produced as one controlled run in our own plant.

Diagonal Twill Cloth in Summer Weights from 200 to 280 GSM

Twill earns its place because the diagonal weave does three jobs at once: it drapes instead of clinging, it hides the creases of a long day better than a plain weave, and it takes garment dye evenly, so stone, khaki, olive and grey stay matched across a whole order. Our shorts run in mid-weight twills from 200 to 280 GSM - light enough for full heat, heavy enough to hold a pressed front. A cotton cloth with 2% elastane is available for ranges that want a little ease at the seat. Every dye lot is checked against the approved swatch before cutting, so the first carton and the last carry the same shade.

Flat-Front and Cargo Builds Sharing One Shorts Block

Two builds carry the program, and both sit on the same proven block. The flat-front short is the clean one: a plain waistband, slanted front pockets, a coin pocket inside the right front and two back pockets. The cargo build adds bellows pockets at the side seams with flaps and buttons, cut to lie flat when they are empty. Both builds share the button and zip fly, the same rise and the same leg, so a range can offer both styles in matching colours on one fit. Pocket bags are a strong cotton, bar tacks sit at every pocket corner, and seams are twin-needle stitched where they take strain.

A Clean Line from Waistband to Hem at Two Summer Lengths

A short fails when the leg flares like a skirt or narrows like a cut-off trouser. Our block runs straight from the hip with a regular thigh and a level hem, in two lengths: a mid-thigh cut for younger and fashion-led ranges, and a longer cut ending just above the knee for classic programs. The rise sits at the natural waist and the waistband is firm enough to hold the line without a belt. Fit is checked on the body during sampling, and the approved sample is what bulk production follows, size for size.

Twill Short Waist Sizes 28 to 44 Graded Around the Dutch Retail Chart

The full run covers waist sizes 28 to 44 in one-inch steps, with the thigh, rise and leg opening graded together so the bigger sizes keep the same line instead of simply widening. Dutch retail buyers order this style heavily for summer basics walls, and their programs pair the full waist run with both inseam lengths inside one order. Any buyer's own chart can be followed the same way: a full size set is measured before bulk cutting and recorded against the approved sample.

Inside-Pocket Prints, Woven Labels and Folded Retail Packing

The short leaves our floor as your product. Your woven label sits in the waistband, your mark can be printed on the inside pocket bag, and your hang tags and barcode stickers go on at packing. Buttons, back pocket stitching and care wording can follow your artwork, and pairs are folded, polybagged and cartoned to your retail format, with sizes and colours mixed inside one order. Nothing on the garment or in the carton names us.

Booking the Cloth, Approving the Fit, Sewing the Bulk Run

An order starts with your specification: cloth weight, colours, build, size chart, label artwork and packing. We book the twill in your colours, make the sample in the actual cloth and send it for approval; your comments come back, the sample is corrected, and only the approved sample releases bulk cutting. Production runs as one order, with checks at cutting, sewing and finishing before cartons are sealed. Programs start from 3,000 pieces per order, with colours and styles combined from 800 pieces each, so the flat-front and cargo builds and their seasonal colours can run inside a single order.

Markets We Ship Twill Shorts To

USA: Backbone Shorts for Summer Casual Departments

American buyers treat this short as the backbone of the summer casual department: khaki, stone and olive as the core, seasonal colours on top, both builds in matching shades and the full waist run in one program.

UK: Own-Label Twill Shorts for Holiday and Travel Ranges

British labels take the twill short under their own brand for holiday and travel ranges, with their waistband label and tags, core colours held for mid-season reorders, and sizes mixed in the carton the way their shops sell them.

Germany: Neat Twill Shorts for Catalogue Summer Lines

German catalogue houses place the flat-front build in their summer lines, where a tidy front and grading that matches the printed size table are what their customers judge the short on.

Canada: Full Size Runs Landed Before the Season Opens

Canadian programs run on a short summer, so buyers order the complete size and colour run in one shipment, landed before the season opens, with both builds packed by store group.

France: Slim Twill Shorts for Riviera Lifestyle Labels

French lifestyle labels take the closer end of this block with garment-dyed seasonal colours and their own button and pocket details, sampled ahead of the collection.

Australia: Everyday Twill Shorts for Warm-Climate Chains

Australian chains run the twill short as an everyday warm-climate staple, favouring the lighter weights, core colours that never leave the range, and reorders identical to the first run.

Questions USA Buyers Ask Before Ordering Twill Shorts

What is the difference between the flat-front and cargo builds?

Both builds sit on the same block with the same waistband, fly and leg. The flat-front is the clean retail short; the cargo adds bellows side pockets with flaps and buttons. Many ranges run both in the same colours.

Can we set our own inseam length on twill shorts?

Yes. The program carries a mid-thigh length and a longer cut ending just above the knee, and any inseam on your own chart can be graded across the waist run. The length is fixed at sampling and held for reorders.

Which twill colours carry a full summer range?

Khaki, stone, olive and grey carry most ranges, because they sit under any shirt colour a customer already owns. Seasonal shades are garment-dyed to your palette and checked lot by lot against the approved swatch.

What is the minimum order quantity for twill shorts?

Programs start from 3,000 pieces per order. Inside that total, colours and styles combine from 800 pieces each, so the flat-front and cargo builds and a seasonal colour can run together in one order.

Do you ship finished twill short orders to the USA?

Yes. The USA is one of the main markets for this style, and every order ships with full export documentation, through your nominated forwarder or freight arranged by us. The other markets we serve are covered in the markets section above.

How are twill shorts pressed and packed for retail shelves?

Every pair is checked one by one, pressed so the front crease falls straight, then folded and polybagged to your format with your tags and stickers on. Cartons are marked to your specification.
