Men's Work Shirts from Bangladesh for USA Contractors and Crew Uniform Programs

Our men's work shirts are made to order in our Bangladesh factory - hard-wearing button shirts built for people who work in them all day, not for a showroom rail. Workwear suppliers and crew buyers order them because the cloth is honest, the pockets are where a working man reaches for them, and the tenth reorder sews up exactly like the first.

Materials: Cotton twill in a firm workwear weight, or poly-cotton poplin where a crew shirt has to dry overnight. Visible woven face, matte finish, dyed to your standard and held through the run.

Functionality: Button-through front on a reinforced placket, two chest pockets with buttoned flaps, a pen slot on the left pocket, long sleeves with button cuffs or short sleeves, and a back yoke with a centre pleat for reaching and lifting.

Size: Men's sizes from S to 4XL, graded on working men's measurements with room through the chest, shoulder and arm.

Customization: Your embroidered crew logo, name tapes, woven neck label, size tabs, hang tags and packing to your format.

Men's Work Shirts

Men's Work Shirts Built to Order for Crews, Workshops and Site Teams

A work shirt has a harder life than any other shirt in a man's wardrobe. It is worn five or six days a week, washed hot, dragged across benches and scaffolding, and expected to look respectable every morning. We sew men's work shirts to order in our Bangladesh factory for workwear suppliers, uniform programs and crew buyers who need that kind of service from a shirt, in their own cloth weights, colours and under their own label.

The program is built around one dependable work shirt block, long sleeve and short sleeve, so a buyer can kit out a whole crew - drivers, fitters, warehouse hands and site staff - from a single pattern base. Every shirt is cut and sewn against your specification and finished the way your customers expect to receive it.

Heavy Cotton Twill and Poly-Cotton Poplin That Stand Up to Daily Wear

Work shirts fail in the cloth before they fail anywhere else, so the cloth choice comes first. Our core setting is a firm cotton twill with a visible diagonal weave: heavy enough to shrug off snags, soft enough against the skin by the second wash. Where a program launders through an industrial wash, a poly-cotton twill or poplin holds its colour and shape longer and dries faster between shifts.

Colours are dyed to your standard and held across the whole run, because a crew shirt that fades unevenly makes a good crew look scruffy. We strike off the first lengths for your approval before bulk cutting, and the approved shade stays the reference for every reorder.

Two Flap Chest Pockets, Pen Slot and a Placket That Takes Hard Use

The front of the shirt is laid out the way working men use it. Two chest pockets with buttoned flaps carry a notebook, a phone and small tools without spilling them when a man bends. The left pocket carries a stitched pen slot, so a pen rides upright instead of punching through the pocket floor.

The button placket is reinforced along its length, buttons are cross-stitched so they stay on under strain, and every pocket corner is bar tacked - the small dense stitch block that stops a pocket mouth tearing away from the body. Cuffs button at two positions, and the sleeve placket is finished so the sleeve rolls and stays rolled.

A Working Fit With Room to Reach, Bend and Lift

A work shirt is cut for movement, not for a mirror. The block gives a man room through the chest and shoulders, then runs straight to a hem that sits tidy over work trousers. A shoulder yoke across the back with a small centre pleat opens when he reaches forward or lifts, and closes flat when he stands straight.

Nothing in the fit is left to chance across the size run. Collar, pocket placement, sleeve length and body length all grow with the grade, so the largest shirt on the crew is the same shirt as the smallest, only bigger - never a stretched copy of a medium.

Sizes S to 4XL With Tall Variants for German Trade Programs

The range runs from S to 4XL on adult men's measurements, graded from your size chart or our house chart adjusted to your market. German workwear programs in particular ask for a longer body, a straighter cut through the middle sizes and tall variants inside the same style, and we set that grade before the first sample.

Every size is measured off the production line against the chart - chest, shoulder, sleeve, collar and body length - and the figures are recorded on the inspection report that travels with the order.

Embroidered Crew Logos, Name Tapes and Your Own Neck Label

Nothing on the finished shirt names our factory. Your woven label sits in the neck, your size tabs and care labels follow your format, and buttons can carry your name where quantities support the tooling. A crew logo is embroidered on the chest or sleeve from your artwork, digitised and sewn at a size that reads clearly across a yard.

Where a program issues shirts to named staff, name tapes are sewn above the right pocket in matching thread, and shirts are packed per wearer or per crew as your issue system requires. Standard packing is folded, polybagged and cartoned by size and colour ratio, with barcodes and carton marks to your warehouse standard.

Markets We Ship Men's Work Shirts To

USA: Crew Shirt Programs for Contractors and Service Fleets

American buyers run the largest work shirt volumes with us: long sleeve twill shirts for contractor crews, short sleeve poplin for service fleets, all embroidered and packed ready for issue.

UK: Workwear Shirts for Builders Merchants and Uniform Suppliers

British workwear suppliers stock our shirts through builders merchants and trade counters, in core colours that repeat year after year.

Germany: Own-Label Work Shirts for Tool and Trade Retailers

German trade retailers order own-label shirts with the longer body grade, strict pocket and placket tolerances, and piece-by-piece checks before packing.

Canada: Heavy Twill Shirts for Cold-Season Outdoor Crews

Canadian programs take the heavier twill settings for outdoor and yard crews, with room through the shoulders for layering in the cold months.

Australia: Lightweight Poplin Shirts for Warm-Climate Sites

Australian buyers choose the lightest poplin settings we offer, short sleeves as the core line, and colours held steady under strong sun.

UAE: Short Sleeve Crew Shirts for Facilities and Maintenance Teams

Facilities and maintenance contractors in the Emirates order short sleeve shirts in breathable poly-cotton, packed per site so a new crew can be kitted out on arrival.

Ordering Men's Work Shirts: Cloth Approval, Crew Sample, Bulk Production

An order starts with your specification or a reference shirt. We check it against our work shirt block and price the style in the cloth you have chosen. The standard minimum is 3,000 pieces per order, split across colours and sleeve lengths at 800 pieces per colour and style, so a buyer can cover long and short sleeve programs in one shipment.

Samples are sewn in the actual cloth and sent for fit, shade and pocket approval before bulk cutting begins. Once approved, shirts are sewn on lines set for woven workwear, with in-line checks on placket strength, pocket bar tacks and button attachment, and a final inspection before packing. The approved sample stays as the reference for every reorder.

Questions USA Buyers Ask Before Ordering Men's Work Shirts

Can both chest pockets carry flaps and a pen slot?

Yes. Both chest pockets carry buttoned flaps as standard, and the left pocket carries a stitched pen slot. If your crew format wants one open pocket instead, we set that on the sample before bulk sewing.

Which cloth suits daily industrial washing?

For shirts going through a hot industrial wash every day, we steer buyers to the poly-cotton twill setting: it holds colour and shape longer than pure cotton under that treatment. For wearer-washed shirts, the firm cotton twill is the more comfortable choice. The first sample is sewn in the production cloth, so you can wash-test the real thing.

What is the minimum order for men's work shirts?

3,000 pieces per order in total. Within that total, each colour and style needs 800 pieces, which lets you run long and short sleeves, or two crew colours, in one order.

Can each shirt carry a name tape and a crew logo?

Yes. Name tapes are sewn above the right chest pocket and the crew logo is embroidered from your artwork on the chest or sleeve. Send the staff list with sizes and we pack per wearer, so issue at your end is a straight hand-out.

Do you ship finished work shirt orders to the USA?

Yes. We ship finished, packed orders to United States ports on the usual export terms, cartons marked to your warehouse standard and documents for your forwarder.
