Berg Work Jackets from Bangladesh for USA Contractor and Facilities Crews

Our Berg work jacket is made to order in our Bangladesh factory - a plain, hard wearing men's jacket with a clean front, room through the shoulders and a cut that lets a crew bend, lift and drive without fighting the cloth. It is built for buyers who kit out the same team season after season and need the next order to match the last one.

Materials: Cotton twill with a visible woven face and a matte finish, in a firm workwear weight. A cotton rich blend can be set where easier washing is needed, with colour held steady across the whole run.

Functionality: A strong front zip under a storm flap, two chest pockets with button flaps, two lower pockets, an inside pocket, adjustable cuffs and a straight hem that sits clear of a tool belt.

Size: Men's sizes from S to XXXL, graded on adult measurements, with chest room kept in proportion at every size.

Customization: Your embroidered crew mark, woven label, size tabs, hang tags and packing to your format.

Berg Work Jacket

Berg Work Jackets Made to Order in Bangladesh for Crew Programs

A work jacket is judged by the end of the first shift, not on the rail. If the zip sticks, the shoulders pull when a man reaches up, or the pockets sit where his hands never go, the jacket gets left in the locker and the buyer hears about it. The Berg is our plain answer to that test: a cotton twill jacket with a clean front, a strong closure and room where a working body needs it. Our factory in Dhaka has sewn garments since 1987, and workwear leaves it the way buyers reorder it - same cloth, same fit, same finish.

Every order is made to order: your colour, your crew mark, your label, your packing, produced as one controlled run in our own plant.

Cotton Twill Shell Built for Daily Site Wear

The shell is cotton twill, the woven cloth with the fine diagonal line you can see and feel. Twill earns its place in workwear because the weave takes knocks well, hides the dust of a working day better than a flat cloth, and softens with washing without losing its shape. The face is matte, the hand is firm, and the weight is a workwear weight - enough body to sit over a shirt or fleece and still look like a uniform.

Where a crew washes its kit hard and often, a cotton rich blend can be set in place of the all cotton shell, keeping the same twill face and the same colour standard. Colours are dyed to your standard and held across the run, so a top-up order next season matches the jackets already on site. The stone shade in our gallery is the core colour; your own colour can be run to an approved swatch.

Pockets, Closures and Cuffs That Earn Their Keep

The front closes with a strong zip set under a storm flap, so the teeth are covered, the wind stays out and the front stays flat under a hi-vis vest or a harness. Two chest pockets with button flaps carry a phone, a notebook and a pen without spilling when a man bends. Two lower pockets take cold hands and small tools, and an inside pocket keeps a wallet or a site pass against the body.

Cuffs adjust with a button tab, closing down over gloves or opening up when sleeves are pushed back. The back carries a yoke with a centre pleat, so reaching, lifting and driving do not drag the hem up. Every seam that takes strain - armholes, pocket corners, the base of the placket - is bar tacked or double stitched, and the whole build is checked on the body during sampling, not only flat on a table.

Work Jacket Sizes Graded for the German Market - S to XXXL

A crew program covers every build on the team, so the grading matters as much as the sample size. Our blocks are graded on adult men's measurements with the proportions held at each step: chest room, shoulder width and sleeve length grow together, so the big sizes do not turn into tents and the small sizes do not turn into boys' jackets. German workwear buyers in particular ask for a touch more body length, and that adjustment is built into the block for their programs and kept under the buyer's name for every reorder.

Send your own size chart and we will produce to it instead. The approved chart is locked into the production file, checked against finished garments at final audit, and held on record so size M next year is the same size M your crew wears now.

Your Crew Mark, Label and Packing on Every Jacket

Most Berg jackets carry a company mark, and embroidery is where a cheap jacket gives itself away: threads wandering, cloth puckering around the badge, a logo sitting off centre. Our embroidery is digitised for twill, backed so the shell stays flat around the stitch field, and placed to a template, so the five-hundredth jacket carries its mark in the same place as the first. Chest, sleeve and back placements are all available, and printed marks can be set where a design needs them.

We sew a sample with your actual artwork before bulk, so you approve the real stitching on the real cloth. Your woven label, size tabs, hang tags and packing format complete the program, and jackets arrive folded and packed ready for your warehouse, your stores or your client's site office.

Markets We Ship Berg Work Jackets To

USA: Contractor Crew and Facilities Programs

American contractors and facilities firms order the Berg as the standard crew jacket, embroidered with the company mark and run right up to XXXL so the whole team, office staff included, is kitted from one program.

UK: Workwear Supplier Core Ranges

British workwear suppliers keep the Berg as a core range jacket: steady colour, steady fit and packing split by size and site, so their customers can top up a crew without a shade or a size drifting.

Canada: Cold Shoulder Season Crew Layers

Canadian buyers take the jacket as a shoulder season layer with room for a fleece under it, in sizes graded for layering, for outdoor crews from early spring to late autumn.

France: Own-Label Workwear Lines

French workwear labels run the Berg under their own brand, with their woven label, tags and retail packing, and a closer cut set into the block where their market asks for it.

Australia: Lightweight Site Jacket Programs

Australian site programs order the lighter twill setting for mild weather work, with the same pocket layout and crew embroidery, packed by crew and depot for direct issue.

UAE: Warehouse and Service Team Uniforms

Warehouse and service firms in the Emirates use the Berg as a tidy team uniform for drivers and technicians - a smart front for customer facing work, in a cloth that stands up to daily washing.

Sample Approval Before Bulk Cutting Starts

Send your colour, sizes and artwork and we return a costed quotation with fabric options. A pre-production sample follows in your main colour with your embroidery applied - wear it on site, wash it, check the zip and the cuffs after a week of real use. Only on your written approval do we cut bulk. Inline inspectors check measurements, pocket placement and embroidery position as production runs, and finished jackets pass a final audit before packing.

Minimum order is 3,000 pieces total per order, with colours and sizes combined inside that total, so a full crew program ships as one consignment. Your standards stay on file under your name, so the next order is a reorder, not a new negotiation.

Questions USA Buyers Ask Before Ordering Berg Work Jackets

Can the jacket carry our company embroidery?

Yes. Send your artwork and we digitise it for twill, sample it on the real shell for your approval, and embroider every jacket to a placement template so the whole run matches.

What fabric weights can we choose?

The standard setting is a firm workwear twill, with a lighter setting for mild weather programs and a cotton rich blend where easier washing matters. The choice is fixed at sampling and held for reorders.

Can sizes run beyond XXXL for our crew?

The standard run is S to XXXL. Where a crew needs a wider spread, tell us at quotation stage and the grading can be extended on your own chart.

Do you deliver Berg work jacket orders to the USA?

Yes. The USA is one of the main markets for this jacket, and every order ships with full export documentation, through your nominated forwarder or freight arranged by us. The other markets we serve are covered in the markets section above.

If the Berg fits your next crew program, send us your colour and artwork today. We will reply with a quotation, fabric options and a sample timeline.
